The inside seemed clean but the outside of the building entrances definitely could use better cleaning and maintenance. The breakfast was also horrible. Consists of bread, waffles and raisin brand and corn flakes cereal. They dont even give spray to spray waffle makers so my daughters waffle stuck to it. Decent pool area.

Breakfast lacked any meat or potatoes but OJ and coffee were excellent. We stayed 2 nights - the bed wasn’t made nor were new towels provided. No one at front desk when we were leaving. Suspect they are very short staffed. Pool was very good

Good: Check in was quick and easy. Hotel is conveniently located near the interstate. The room was clean and well stocked. There was a coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator and hair dryer. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. Bad: My sister inquired about the pool at check-in to be sure it was indoors since she could not locate it. The staff stated it was indoors but never offered the location. The toilet tank cover had a hole in it that looked like a bug. Despite the webpage showing "fitness center" under the amenities as well as showing a picture of a room with a treadmill, when i inquired about the gym, i was told "we don't have one" That is false advertising! I booked the hotel based on it having a gym and it did not have one. I believe i should get a partial reimbursement. There are no towels in the pool area. We had to use the room towels. We kept a do not disturb on the door but after 3 days with no service we needed clean towels and TP. When we called the front desk, we were told to come down there to get them. I worked in hotels for 15 years, we never made the customer come get those items. That is very poor customer service

The hotel is ideally located, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is great and the Continental breakfast is simple but still a good perk. The staff at the front desk is friendly. I always have a great stay here when I need a comfortable and affordable place to stay when I have to go to Saratoga for business.

This property is not clean, found bugs in first room and when pulled back bed found dried blood in the mattress. Switched rooms then new room was cleaner but A/C was terrible. Then not mention the people in parking lot partying smoking and drinking. I won’t mention the other things saw there but it’s not safe for children to be around. The only post is the pool is nice and the shower is decent. We ended up leaving about midnight after only being there for about 4 hours. I called management in the morning and they said would give me a 35% refund but because I booked online it could be awhile before it goes through. Will see if I get it. All I’m saying my family will not return to this hotel.

Everything was run down and dirty. I have stayed here before and it wasn’t perfect but now it’s gotten worse. The smell in the entire hotel is awful. My room was so dirty and it was never cleaned. Medication from last person was left on the night stand. The carpets were not vacuumed but they were dirty. Stained and smelled. The bathroom was dirty and smelled as well. The floor was sticky and the tub was dirty. The desk chair in the room was broken. The lounge chair in the room was stained and very dirty.

We were in town for a wedding and had stayed at this hotel years ago. The hotel was filthy. The room keys didn't work everyday a couple of times a day I had to go get the card reset!

This hotel needs to be demolished and a new one built. Rooms are broken down and disgusting with stains on window curtains; broken shower curtain; chipped and scraped coffee table; water damage to ceiling; terrible smell; broken lamps and nasty carpet. Continental breakfast had powdered eggs; stale cereal; and water down juice and coffee. Do not stay here. I left a few days early because it was that bad.

Filthy toilet bowl… could not have my daughter and my fiancé sit on the toilet bowl the whole night. It was dirty and nasty..I took photos of it. I had to get another room. I was disappointed and my family were disappointed in me for bringing them into that.

My room was on the side near the high way. It was really hard to fall asleep with the continuous vehicle traffic. Probably would benefit from some sort of noise barrier. Also the heating system is very loud in the rooms. Not many options for the continental breakfast.

The bed was great, the second sink leaked, you heard doors slam when other clients just let the door close, carpeting was very dusty on the stairs. Needs a second waffle iron & more choice of fruit would be appreciated. Overall was good, but could be better. Our room decor was a bit dated, the office chair was broken.

No local knowledge on area, food, restaurants- the map that was on offer at check in related to a town 20 miles away, not the town we were actually staying in! Quite expensive for the standard of accommodation. Looked ok online but what you got wasn’t what they made out you would have. Attitude of the receptionist was extremely poor, she wasn’t at the desk when we arrived, she was cleaning down the corridor, doing too many jobs!

The guy at the check in desk was super polite and welcoming. While the styling of the hotel common areas is a little dated, everything is crisp, clean, and well maintained. The color scheme is pleasant and neutral. (None of those horrid burnt orange and red tones that some hotel chains use.) The room is nice, comfortable, clean, and in good repair. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing. If I need a room in this area again, I'll definitely return.

The front evening manager Brian is a wonderful person. He assigned us a room that had not been cleaned Apologized many times and found another room more convenient for our wheelchair son. A used towel was not removed from closet , Not sure what is going on with house keeping!!!! Also the small chair is visibly broken and was not removed. On this night your lobby check in manager Was your only saving grace. The house keeping dropped the ball. I did not take a picture of 214.

I like the location. This was the second time staying at this hotel. The only issue I had was there was a bus load of people that came to stay at the hotel and there were quite a bit of teenagers in this group. They ran up and down the hallways and slammed the doors into the early morning hours causing sleep disruption. I called the front desk and no one responded. When I went to check out the next morning no one was at the front desk to report the chaos that happened the night before. Overall I would stay again.

1. Didn't acknowledge me at check in instead talked to the person I was with 2.the rooms light was being fixed as we were coming into room 3.rust on ceiling & dust everywhere 4. slamming doors the entire stay 5.took shower in the morning and the water didn't go down and was told they would get to it whenever they could 6.light they were fixing when we came in didn't work and the sink under it was slow draining 7.there were smells like essential oils throughout the hotel that made me sick 8. started having troubles with our keys not working then they went so we couldn't get in room or outside doors had to get them rescanned we weren't the only ones having problems with keys 9. they texted me on the morning of checkout asking when I was leaving when I had already stopped getting texts and when I went to check out a few minutes later no one was there VERY DISSAPOINTED ! DON'T THEY HAVE SOMEONE IN THE BAYMONT COMPANY THAT CHECKS ALL THE BAYMONT HOTELS TO SEE IF THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT? WON'T BE COMING TO THIS HOTEL AND WON'T BE RECOMMENDING!!!!!!!

I tried to cancel after the first night. Hard to find people at the front desk. They left two numbers to call. No answer at either number. Breakfast area had terrible choices and stale products. Garbage in the parking lot for a couple of days. No cleaning service for the 3 nights.

Location was a bit weird. Older facility with long closed restaurant so a bit dingy appearance. Breakfast was poor with only watery eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no biscuits and gravy. Despite using conditioner waffles still stuck on the older irons. Waffle timer was set too high almost burni g the waffles.

Good for overnight, but early wake up 7:30 am with pounding on renovating room above . Should have waited until after checkout time , as you don’t know how late your guess stay up .. Breakfast was lackluster. Watery eggs only, no sausage, no bacon, no potatoes or biscuits and gravy. Waffle iron was old and despite using conditioner the waffles still stuck. Timer was set too high at 3min instead of 2:30. Other options were limited. I did like the spacious room which was previously a restaurant.
