Room was clean. The best thing about this hotel is that it does not back up to a noisy freeway. The price was reasonable. The property is under renovation. Both the pool and fitness room were closed. The mattresses were too soft for my liking but it didn’t really matter for one night. There were pump bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower but I could not get the pump on the body wash to work. The heat/air/fan unit was functional and could be set to run continuously so that was a plus. There was a decent selection at breakfast with more decent coffee than usual. Overall I would stay here again based on the location, the quiet, and the price.

This hotel is being renovated but that was not stated on the website. When we arrived we were given the option at the front desk to receive our money back. We were told that there was no pool available and workout facilities were not open. There was also no minimart available and no WiFi . The front desk staff(who were very nice) told me that to get my money back I would have to deal with the website that I booked the room through . After driving for 8 hours that was the last thing I wanted to deal with as I know that a live person is virtually impossible to get. The room was beyond depressing. Although I felt it to be clean, it was old and needed major updating. Upon entering the room, the carpet was frayed. The bathroom was clean but there was paint chipped in areas. The mattresses were uncomfortable. There was a complimentary breakfast served and it was fine. In my opinion this poorly represents the Marriott name. The hotel should be closed and renovated before opening again. I am upset with the fact that hotels.com left the fact that the hotel was under construction out of the hotel description.

We stated for one night and it was a perfect stopover. Close to restaurants and easy on and off the turnpike. There is some remodeling happening but it was not a problem for us. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Although they were renovating, the staff was on point with helping, did not have any issues and my stay was excellent. I appreciate being there.

The entire hotel is in shambles. Not just the construction sites. I can understand some of the mess resulting from having construction materials lying (which they warned me via e-mail), but I wasn’t expecting the rooms not cleaned. Carpets fraying around the edges. Hallway not vacuumed. Furniture are old (maybe they planned to get new ones?) Some of the bathroom features ( at least in my room are new but the craftsmanship on the shower stall is poor. Great looking shower doors tho. For $80+ per night, I think the accommodation should be better. I booked this room is because of the brand, Fairfield. Apparent, the extra $30 was just in the name only.
