This property was very unkept. The outside of the building had rust stains on it. The landscape around the building was overgrown. The woman at the front desk was wonderful, but the surroundings and the open area and the front were filthy so the doors and windows leading in, we tried to give a chance and got into our room, but the hall on the way up there was smelly, our room was not clean

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff. Room (with pet) was clean and tidy. The bed was soft but supportive. The "free" breakfast from 6am-9am was very nice. They served waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, apples/bananas, coffee, apple and orange juice, and hard boiled eggs. We thought this was excellent value for the price. The exterior of the hotel was not the loveliest sights. There was a lot of litter thrown around by either other guests or cleaning staff. The doggie stations did not have any poop bags. There was a lot of poop around the area. We would definitely come back to this hotel. I wish they had outdoor cameras, poop bags, and enforce a policy that would fine pet owners who did not pick up after their pets! Also, I recommend striving to make the exterior grounds as clean and fresh looking as the photos. Overall, a great value and comfortable stay for us and our pet.

Our room was clean The halls and paint very dated and needs an update Receptionist at check-in was pleasant and very helpful I used the treadmill this morning and the room had not been cleaned - the waste bucket was over filled with garbage Breakfast was good with plenty of choices Very little choice of restaurants within walking distance but we fid go to The Waffle House and it was clean and the food good

The only reason I put a 4 for cleanliness is because the property is currently, late summer 2024, under renovations and the hall ways get a bit dusty. If you have dust allergies, that could be a problem. Other than that, the property and staff are awesome

I've stayed here a 3 or 4 times passing through, it's overall pretty nice but very hot or miss with cleaning. Bed was clean but commonly touched surfaces were not. Unfortunately both times passing through this time they were not clean, the first floor is worse by far.

Clean front desk area. Helpful staffing at desk. Felt safe and comfortable. Staff member knowledgable about food and shopping in the area. When we checked our room, the A/C unit started making 90 decibel clattering sounds, and there was facial hair in the sink. Upon reporting this we were immediately moved to another room - clean, and no problems!

the bed I slept in had blood on the sheets and the duvet cover had been turned right side over, so as I slept, the side of the blanket touching my face!! had blood on it....I don't know how I didn't see it the night before, but it wasn't my blood, I do not have any wounds, no scratches, no open bleeding anything anywhere on my body......the duvet cover was obviously turned dirty side down and NOT WASHED at all. I called the front desk immediately and was reimbursed $50 back to my card. first complaint I have ever had for LaQuinta. The bed was too soft, too. I could barely get out of it this a.m!

Compared to too many other hotels we've stayed in recently, our room had LOTS of electrical and usb ports both near the bed and on the desk. Very comfortable ergonomic desk chair and a variety of options for breakfast. The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. We will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Our room was on the second floor directly above the entrance sliding doors, every time they opened or closed we could hear it very clearly. We were in room 218. Very annoying when trying to sleep. The first night our tub would not drain and the gentleman at the desk said there was nothing he could do until the next day so we had to take showers in standing dirty water. The next day it still wasn’t drained but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and said maintenance would be there in 30 minutes. In the meantime my husband was able to get it to drain by running hot was and moving the tub release. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

We had a good stay for 3 days. Very clean and well maintained property. Staff were fine. Close to I-75 and many restaurants. Room was comfortable, good selection on TV, Internet worked well. Only complaint was too much noise from nearby I-75. Not sure what could be done about that, perhaps an accoustical engineer could find a solution.

The hallways and stairways had dirt all across the floors. That should be dealt with. The hotel as a whole is dated and old (although I will say that the room was clean). And I was not going to leave this review until the hotel double charged me, and now I am waiting for the refund to hit my account. That lack of professionalism led to this review.

The hotel was overbooked. They sent us to Motel 6 to exits up the road and it was disgusting. Carpet had not been vacuumed, pills on the floor. We are now driving 30 minutes to a different hotel and paying more money to stay there.

Outside needed a coat of paint. The lobby smelled this cigarette smoke. Despite having a reservation through Expedia, there was no room for us. We were told we could have a room at a "nearby" Motel 6 which is not only a lesser hotel, but was even farther away from the event that brought us there in the first place. Other hotels that had rooms in the area were sold out or had raised their prices exorbitantly. We ended up driving over an hour and a half home in the rain in the middle of the night after our event. Unacceptable! We will book directly through the hotels from now on. I do not want an experience like this again!

We really like this LaQuinta. Majority of the front desk are very friendly and hospitable. A couple have even remembered me from other trips. However, this trip (5 days) was the longest I have stayed at one time and not once was our room serviced. We asked but it never happened. We were able to get fresh towels at the front desk.

I traveled back to my hometown to bury my father. I had 3 nights booked. Housekeeping hassled me 2x on my second morning. I asked them to come back after 10am that day as I was leaving for a funeral. I was assured they would be back. Imagine my disappointment to return to a room that had not been touched. Bed was not made, dirty towels had not been exchanged and the garbage had not be emptied. When I asked at the desk as to why not, I was told that housekeeping services are only offered to those staying longer than a week. I was told to bring my towels down for fresh ones, but then was directed to an employees only area as the front desk staff refused to take my linens. At the nightly rate for a king suite, I find this disturbing and disappointing. Though management refunded me one night for my inconvenience, I will NEVER book this hotel chain again; unless they lower their nightly rates. Save your own frustration and book elsewhere in Perrysburg.

It was very clean, comfortable, very affordable, and a pleasant overnight on a long car trip. My only quibble was that our room faced the highway and there was significant road noise all evening and night. Since I bring a sound machine with me everywhere I go, this wasn't an issue, but it would have been otherwise. So if you stop by this place and you're sensitive to road noise, bring a sound machine. :-)
