Everything was fine until we were packing bag up and a roach was crawling across the bed

Drove three hours only to find out the hotel had no power whatsoever, and was not notified in any way shape or form no phone call no email and no text message. I will never be staying at another super 8 again I’ll be talking to a lawyer as well for compensation for my time wasted plus gas.

Terrible nasty hotel. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this place again. Rooms are roach infested and the staff is rude. You wont get any new towels until 6:30pm they all have yellow stains on them. Also the front desk clerk will accuse you of stealing towels in order to try and keep your $60 deposit

Was booked into a room that was not ready then moved to a room that wasn't much better. Breakfast was minimal at best and why is it so hard to get a towel because housekeeping isn't there?
