Too many construction vehicles and not enough parking

There were minor issues with cleanliness. Our bathroom had a used washcloth hanging on the bar by the shower curtain and the floors were slightly dirty. The pool area had what looked like bugs around the emergency exit door. None of this was horrible, but didn’t hold the 9.2 rating on Expedia

It seemed like there was an issue with humidifier or something in our room. The beds and towels were all damp as well as the tile floor. My toddler slipped and hit her head on the entryway tile. Other than that it was decent for what we needed for one night. We asked fir a crib and got it tught away. We used the pool and it was clean, just rust on the handicap entry seat. Breakfast had a good variety and was good!

The property is in a shopping center which is nice. It’s also quiet. However rhere is construction nearby so the parking lot is super tiny.

Easily located, great parking, very near Levi Commons shopping, easy check-in and clean comfortable lodging.

Joseph at the front desk was so nice and helpful with our group of 4 kids and just me. The pool was at the perfect temperature also. my grandkids swam 3 times and thank God it was warm. This is one of the reasons we choose your hotel for the pool.

Couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Pool is cold. No hot tub. Everything is clean and quiet. Everyone is polite

Beds was HORRIBLE POOL WAS VERY CLOUDY AND THE CHLORINE WAS ABSOLUTELY TO MUCH THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS STAY WAS THE FRONT DESK

I loved the front desk employees. They were so sweet. However the pool was not clean and very cold. The floor of the pool is dirty looking.

The pool was dirty with hair balls. Our room had hair on surfaces that should have been wiped down

There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived and hair in the bath tub. It was gross

Room was not very clean. Cigarette burn on ceiling. Greasy hand prints on walls. Toenails on floor. Its funny is they don’t allow dogs because they don’t actually seem to clean the rooms anyway.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, soft linens. Excellent breakfast. Room was very clean, the fumes of the cleaning chemical was overwhelming as if the entire room had been saturated in Lysol pine, couldn’t open window to get air. Bathroom fan did not help. Spoke with front desk, clerk was nice however hotel fully booked could not change room.

Would not recommend. Front desk guy was very friendly. Got to our room 330, and it was dirty. Footprints in the bathroom floor, dirt was heavy on the floor boards, room was not vacuumed, switched rooms to 322, room had mold on wall and something on ceiling walls, mirrors weren’t cleaned, food on light switch, switched rooms again 422, really wasn’t too much difference. Finally gave up after 10 hour drive. One breakfast lady working was very nice, however you could hear them complaining about manager or corporate not wanting to fix things, then staff, including the 70 year old maintenance guy were all eating breakfast and getting in line while breakfast was going on. Staff wearing crocs and moon boots while working. Pros: room was spacious with lots of storage area, large bathroom Cons: dirty rooms, hallways throughout were dirty, dead bugs near the pool entrance like walking through a land mine, not much selection at breakfast, fire alarm went off at 1:15 AM (another guest said it was the second night), bathroom for pool was outside the locked entrance, no eating or drinking in pool, pool NOT heated, beds not comfortable, vents in room (bathroom) including air units were full of dust buildup. Only put 3 towels in room, when it’s booked for 4 and we have 4 guests. I never understand this. In my opinion, overall dirty hotel. They need to take some time for deep cleaning and general maintenance in rooms on a regular basis. Would not stay again.

Convenient location and the property is immaculate.

Clean spacious room with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean as well with a great shower. Great night’s sleep as we continue into the last night of a 12-day trip.

Room poorly cleaned & maintained.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were not clean enough to my standard. Carpets were grimy and furniture sticky to the touch. Breakfast was just okay.

Breakfast was great, and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of the pillows did smell like maple syrup, and the 4th floor corridor and room had an unpleasant mildew like smell.

The hotel was clean and the service attendants were helpful. The problem I had is with the other patrons. People were loud past hours, running down the hallway and just being inconsiderate it didn’t stop till almost 3 in the morning. I didn’t see any security there so good luck with that.

Nice room, low water pressure.

When I tried to call Expedia I was routed to the Medical Guardian Phone System with no possibility for phone contact with anyone at Expedia. For $180 a night the water pressure in the shower was low and the water temperature was not hot.

Everything was great except that the internet signal was very weak.

The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. There were more outlets in the room than most, which is helpful in the digital age. Breakfast was good. The price was better than lower quality hotels at which I have had nightmarish stays for a higher price. I am finding Holiday Inn Expresses at virtually every out of the way place I visit, and I am having a consistently good experience at Holiday Inn Express. They certainly are doing something right in their staffing. I am becoming a big fan of Holiday Inn Express.

The AC hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Lights in entry of the room didn’t work.Window shades didn’t function properly. Staff did address my issues.

Front desk very friendly and accommodative. Smells great and the ambiant lighting is a nice touch. Room was more than we expected. Beds were nice. Negative points - complementary coffee wasnt available and Keurig in room didnt work.

Guest services were excellent - especially Aaron who was extremely helpful

Nice location. And when the people in the room next to us seemed to be playing football or wrestling at 11:30 pm the front desk took immediate action and then we slept well!

Was welcomed by the friendly desk staff. No issues will be returning.

Check-in was smooth, staff was outstanding (thanks for the dinner recommendation!), room was big and clean and welcoming.

Awful experience. 1st room was already occupied, walked in on a guy eating. 2nd room had dried urine on the toilet seat and floor. 3rd room was acceptable. The manager was going to refund my stay and never did.

The staff was by far the best thing going at this location. Everyone I had contact with from Holiday Inn was very nice and helpful. Great location for my needs.

I was frustrated when arriving that there was only one person to check in guests and it wasn’t terribly late. There was quite a line too. I ended up waiting for a good 15 minutes, at least. The desk clerk was friendly but almost a bit too friendly. We were staying in a six person suite and there were only two sets of towels. Again, a bit annoyed that I had to go back down for more towels and there were no linens for the pull out bed. The clerk was nice to bring the linens to our room since he didn’t have those available. The room did not have additional toilet paper and there was hardly any left on the two rolls in the room. Again, this is a six person suite, there should be extras put in there for the amount of people who could be staying in the room. It is inconvenient for the guests to have to run up and down to get what they need for their room. The room itself was very nice. The beds were fine. Not the most comfortable for the price point. But the breakfast was very good in the morning. Our kids loved the food for sure.

Close to interstate, shopping and dining! Comfortable beds and clean environment.

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms are not new but well-maintained, and the staff is amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Perrysburg Plaza with its shops and restaurants.

This is our first stay here in Perrysburg…the hotel is excellent and very conveniently located within walking distance of an upscale shopping and restaurant area, beautifully designed and landscaped…off of the main highway.

This was a last minute booking. We had a reservation at a different hotel for two nights, but after seeing the condition of that place we had to find something else. The type of room we wanted was available and from the moment we walked in everything was great. The staff was friendly and personable, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was super excited to find Dove products in the bathroom, just like home! The breakfast selection was huge and the lobby had ample seating and an all around nice vibe. Our stay totally turned our trip around.

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was relatively clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wifi was fast and the 55" TV worked well, though we did not watch much. We ended us staying an extra night but our room was never freshened up, no new towels or garbage changed. I\'m not sure if we had to request this so it could be our fault for not asking. The breakfast was good though a lot of the hot food was cold despite arriving a bit after 7:30am. Still overall a good quality stay with no surprises.

Definitely could be cleaned better. It seems our room was a rushed job even though it was ready before our check in time. Lights were also confusing and one of the lights weren’t even working. Breakfast was also very limited. I understand it’s not home but no other options beside what was being served so if you were allergic or had dietary needs, you couldn’t eat.
