For a king deluxe room... this was disgusting. Tub bottom stained. There was still water in the bottom of the tub. The front L.R. chair has black stains from years of people's hands. It has disgusting looking stains on the front of it also. Carpet is coming apart between the living area and the bedroom. Just an overall poorly maintained/ updated room

Ok for one night on the road hotel.

Staff was really nice. Room was very neat and clean

We arrived in the evening. When I went to check in there was no one at the desk. There was a sign saying they would return shortly. We waited about 15 minutes in the lobby with our luggage. At that point two other groups came in to be checked in. The girl came in and was apologizing. She was very nice. But she had trouble with the computer and couldn't check me in. So ended up standing at the desk for about 10 minutes. And off-duty employee happened to be there and she was able to get us checked in via telephone. Unusual, I've never had anything like this happen. The staff was very accommodating and helping me get a room near the elevator. This is the only hotel where I've seen people walking barefoot in the hall and in the dining room. The floors of the hallway were soaked from people continually leaving the pool without drying off. It was a fall hazard. A man got into the elevator with no shoes on, he was coming from the pool. The next morning at breakfast I saw a boy about 12 walking around in the breakfast room without shoes on, it was disgusting.
