Booked the room a month in advance for the indoor pool only to arrive and the whole hotel was under renovation and NO POOL. I had been checked in 20 minutes and they refused a refund. This was a family vacation and we had hyped up the indoor pool to our kids for a month. It was a huge huge let down. Breakfast was stale and it seemed unsanitary to have all the food around the open work being done Clean room - beside from the marker on the wall and the toilet seat that slid off when you sat on it. Will not be back and pleasantly surprised I got my $50 deposit on the room refunded.

Hotel was under construction in the breakfast and lobby area, was not mentioned on the website. Was charged more than what my reservation stated plus a deposit, all staff said was sorry, didn't offer any compensation. Food was left in refrigerator, night stands and TV stand was dirty, washcloths were dingy and shower was moldy. Horrible conditions!

The property was going through renovations, which made it a little less enjoyable

Room was what I needed for a night. They are in the process of making improvements to some areas, but the room was good. Would stay there again.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub for my family to enjoy. We arrived and while checking in, saw the pool was closed. We tried asking about canceling our reservation but were told it was not possible due to a no cancelation clause with hotels.com. Rather than pay for a room for nothing, we stayed. On the way up to the room, we noticed renovations were under way, elevator was out of service, there was water damage to the ceiling up and down the hallway. Our room had moldy curtains, a terribly stained toilet seat, the skirting on the air-conditioner was damaged and sticking out. The air conditioning was completely off in the room and uncomfortable. The room did eventually cool down but took a long time. The only concession. If you could call it that, was a taped up sign apologizing for any inconvenience caused by renovations. This should have been disclosed on the booking site. I never would have reserved this hotel had I known it was under construction
