Needs Maintenance the room had lights that didn’t work or had to warm up before they would light up. The charging station was worn out if you plugged something in to it it fit loose seemed like a possible fire hazard. The room had drywall mud that wasn’t sanded or even painted on the walls. The shower doors were almost falling apart. Then the morning I woke up there was no water due to a water brake I wasn’t offered bottled water or compensation or any kind of extras I washed with makeup wipes !!

There was a water pipe burst. The entire lobby was flooded and alarms going off in the rooms. Water was not hot. There were fans blowing in the lobby the entire stay that were loud trying to dry the lobby flooring. Absolutely horrible stay!!!! I'll be requesting a refund.

My stay was rated poor because of certain things. my room had poor lighting, water stain on the ceiling. my mattress, we could feel the springs in the mattress, the soap dish wasn't clean, the tub faucet was running at the same time the shower was running. The bath sink had a slow drain. The pool water was dirty and cloudy looking

Definitely not up to par compared to other Hampton Inne we've stayed at. A lot of general wear and tear in the rooms such as stains on the carpet and cracks in the sink. The poor maintenance crew stayed busy fixing leaks in the ceiling. The pool and hot tub had a green film, definitely needs a deep cleaning. No fridge or microwave in our room. The bed was comfortable. Both women who checked us in and out were not very friendly or warm.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - loved them all! The hot tub didn’t work and that was the main reason for choosing this hotel (the jets wouldn’t come on so you could just sit in really hot water). We told the desk clerk about it the first night but it still wasn’t fixed the next day. Also, very little water pressure in the shower and water seemed cold.

There were bed bugs. No problem the first night but the second I found beg bugs. They moved me to another room and still have no desire to discuss problem. I am now home and have to be very careful not to infest my home! They behave like it is no big deal. I have reached out and get silence in return. Would not stay again!

Our room was dirty with ashes and smelled like weed. We got in at 2am and didn’t have the energy to speak to the front desk at that time. Told them the morning of and was told our room had smoke alarms and smoke in it just two days prior. You could smell it in the carpet as well as in the mattress and chair. They shouldn’t have had guest stay in a room that was filled with smoke just two days prior.

Pool and Jacuzzi was dirty. The room I was booked had broken furniture and was dirty. My room had a dirty bathroom. There was throw up in the sink and used bar soap in the dish. Floor was dirty. There was trash in the room. The bed had dirty sheets. The room had a stench of dirt and old dust.

Carpet was filthy...room had an odor. Feel it came from carpet. Figure day workers stay there, multiple guests in one room, and ruined carpet with dirty boots. We reported it and front desk offered to try to clean it. Staff was friendly. They told us they were in process of remodeling

Great location in the middle of lots of things to do. Only 10 minutes from the military base which was nice since I was there for a graduation. Indoor pool and hot tub was amazing and heated. Breakfast was good and very comfortable beds. Staff was really nice and patient. Only thing I would have like was a mini fridge in the room. There wasn't one and I found a bug on the wall (Roach). I only saw one so that was good. Also this is just me being picky but the TV was super old and small so it was kinda hard to watch with others. Other than that it was still a good hotel for my one night.

First they couldn’t find our booking, the room smelled bad. Then the bed looked like the bed had not been changed, dirty bedding, I had to pull back the cover to find the sheet on my side. I told my husband that I didn’t think the sheets had been changed. He said it would be fine, ha I have ended up with bedbug bites on my leg and arm, I am appalled at this!! I should have complained but I didn’t. I will never stay here again and it looked like the pictures on the wall were just wiped down with a wet rag, they weee gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Was there September 1-3 2023, room 211 handicap room.

Room is gross. Ceiling looks horrible. Curtains are shredding. Elevator floor is dirty and sticky. I asked for a towel and they didn’t have any clean ones. I have never stayed at such a horrible Hampton Inn and it doesn’t seem to bother anyone here!

They were updating the property. Had crews on scaffolding in the front. I rented 2 rooms, mine didn't have a fridge or microwave, but the othrr room did. 1 room was on 4, the other on 2. So it wasn't like a quick pop in to use the fridge. The building looks like it had hail damaged. My room in November 2024 was better than this room.

Room was worn down and had lots of water stains and damage on the ceiling. You could easily see them. Some of the kitchen cabinets were missing or falling off. Light fixtures were not working properly. Faucet in shower was not working properly. It was either super hot or super cold. Wouldn’t regulate when you showered.

Attending a family member funeral in Lawton OK. Reservation made through Hotels.com. Hampton did NOT have my reservation but did show that someone had checked in under my reservation. My room for 3 days was paid through Hotels.com. There were NO ROOMS left AVAILABLE. Found out the next am that this was the checkin girls error. This all could have been avoided. I paid for these reservations through Hotels.com which are non-refundable. I paid again at another hotel because of Hampton mess up. Hampton Inn - Lawton, OK needs to re-pay me for my reserved stay!!! I would appreciate a reply.

Tried to check in to Hampton Inn in Lawton, Okla, surly clerk couldn’t find the reservation, showed the clerk the Expedia confirmation but Expedia doesn’t show the hotel reservation number only the Expedia itinerary number, clerk suggested that I call Expedia for said reservation number. I then attempted to call Expedia, but as with previous attempts to call Expedia, it was impossible to get a live person to help. Fortunately, after about 30 minutes of frustration the very nice and extremely competent manager arrived, quickly found the reservation and quickly checked us in.

Awesome place to stay! The customer service is beyond astonishing! Jordan helped me get checked in and off to my room at 3am when I got in! Thank you for hiring this man! Wish I had 10 workers with his work ethics! Jordan should be recognized for his customer service! I will be staying there again because of him!

The lady at checkout told me to run my card for payment did that payment was approved. Them she told me she had to put my card in the system since I uses my debit to reserve the room. I then told her again that the payment already went through and that it isn't running the card which i saw her hand key it in. Got charged 2 times made my card over limit. Them i asked her about it she told me she cant see where i was charged twice while smiling and almost laughing. Plus the air didnt work real good and the room smelled loke smoke.

I asked the night manager for a crib. Without missing bear he said they didn’t have one. Magically they had one when I asked someone else the next morning. Housekeeping tried to open my door which was bolted. I explained that I didn’t need services. Then in less than an hour the same person did the same thing. This time she woke up my baby who already didn’t sleep well since “there wasn’t a crib”. Food was gross. Do not recommend.

After departing the East Coast at 0400am traveling thru multiple airports to OKC and renting a car and driving to Lawton for a funeral. We arrived around 1:00 totally exhausted . I was told matter of factly......if I want to check in before 3:00 you must pay another 25.00 dollars. I have traveled all over the US and internationally and have never been told the room is ready but you can't have it for another 2 hours. Also went to check the ATM.....10.00 service fee ----- never stay there again. Crazy.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Good location for travellers. But not many amenities in immediate area especially for dining. Breakfast very limited, especially healthy options. Hotel being upgraded, so perhaps this will change but furniture poor condition, pool was open but no changing facilities. Maybe good stopover if you are arriving late and leaving early. I would probably look for other options if I pass this way again. But I did appreciate helpfulness of staff on site.

It was very convenient to the army base and restaurants. Good variety of food at breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is in the middle of renovations and the outside was being painted which caused some mess outside.

The staff was decent. Room was ok and around 115am fire alarm went off because of staff member burning a bag of popcorn. The breakfast was ok. But no ketchup or salsa for potatoes ask kitchen staff he said they took everything from him.

Loved the breakfasts!! Check-in left me weary after an 11-hour drive when the two parties checking ahead of me spent a great deal of time--mostly regarding Hilton Honors. I had Hilton Honors for decades traveling on business, but I must have heard over and over with both persons "be sure I get my points." Other than that, I was extremely pleased with my choice of hotels.

The breakfast server petted a dog during serving period on Saturday morning. It can't be confirmed if he washed his hands afterwards. The food server should not interact with pets during the service time period
