Staff at check in were very nice and helpful. Room was mostly clean, there were 2 food wrappers on the floor. Pool was nice, sad there was no hot tub. There was a giant black beetle type bug in the pool area and terrified my son.

Overall, this is a very nice property. However, the paid parking in a hotel that's 10 to 15 miles from downtown and the locking of one of the gates at night indicates that the area may not be as safe as one would hope. Plus, the a la carte charges of many typically complimentary things hotel really adds up in addition to reasonably high rates for the hotel.

Never stayed in a hotel without internet for phones, computers and television apps so this was a first for me, and a deal breaker. NEVER AGAIN. My stay was miserable for this very reason. They tried to sell me some internet but even if I had purchased it, I wouldn't have been able to watch anything but antiquated cable TV.

Pricey for what you get. Hotel is just okay. Overall very outdated, dusty and lots of stains and kind of hot inside, AC in the room was definitely struggling but did work.Staff was friendly, parking was easy and had security at night but had to pay and by a QR code. Pool has been out of service for sometime but at least they have some type of arrangement with the hotel down the road, which was very small; especially for TWO hotels to share.

Had stayed at this property many years ago. Thought then it was a very nice hotel. Great location. Appears now that they've been lax in remodeling and updating. Bathtub was rusting and had little hot water. Blackout curtains wouldn't close all the way allowing light in all night and in morning. Never could get AC to completely cool room. Noticed other signs throughout the property where repairs needed to be made.

Horrible we drove to Tulsa to stay the night before my wifes surgery and I told the clerk about it and we got stuck on the 3rd floor the farthest room away right by Hwy 169! Needless to say all we heard all night was the sound of semi’s and cars going up and down the highway! The room was old with construction below us on the 2nd floor and something made both of us sneeze all night!

The room was clean and the staff was courteous but it was so humid in the room it was almost unbearable. The bedding was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Not to mention there was no enforcement of quiets hours and there was an unbelievable amount of young children running and screaming in the halls all hours of the night.

We had to leave early due to a family emergency and the property wouldnt work with hotels.com to provide us a partial refund EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BEFORE CHECK-IN. TOO BAD. This would have been a property we come to for the next 4 years of our son’s college. Not again

House keeping will unlock your door and proceed to open it all the way and then say house keeping as you are standing there naked. They did not only do this once during my 9 day stay but TWICE.

Booked our stay for a fun movie night. TV in the room did not work. We requested assistance and were told maintenance would be up. We waited hours and no one ever came up to fix it. We checked out around 1am to try and salvage what little time we had left. I requested a refund and was told to contact Expedia for it. When Expedia called the manager with the hotel would only approve a partial refund. We will not be returning to this hotel. Very disappointed in the customer service and the compensation of our wasted time.

Our stay was amazing. The room was beautiful. Yes the hotel is older but it was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Justin the front desk manager was excellent along with the entire staff. We can’t wait to return next June.

booked this hotel mainly for our child to enjoy the heated pool but a note on the door dated 12-10 said they would have the issue taken care of in the next 24 - 48 hrs. and the current date was 12-16> not only us but other families with children were disappointed also! the next morning we went to have a continental breakfast and were informed breakfast (buffet at that) would be 16.95 per adult! I informed them of the disapointment we experiencd and I will not book at that hotel ever again

Stayed at the Renaissance Hotel, Tulsa Ok on 3/24 - 3/25. Booked a double suite on the club room to enjoy snacks, happy hour and breakfast. When we arrived at check in our room was not ready so they gave us another room club floor. The Manager on duty announce no club happy hour tonight. Arrived at the club room with zero food and limited drinks. Not any water. The room was worn and the curtains were falling apart. Sadly never again. It was once a gorgeous and comfortable hotel. Guest should not have to ask for snacks on any club floor hotel. That’s the reason we chose this floor. Also, the TV did not work. It would play then turn off. This hotel is in major need of updates. The manager on duty was accommodating and we appreciated that.

Staff was great!! Friendly, helpful, professional. The breakfast buffet, I think could have been a little better. Could have had more choices; possibly add some pancakes and/or waffles. Don’t think it was worth the price. Especially the increased price on Sunday - the buffets was no different than Saturday for less…

Breakfast was overpriced. Carpet in the room was loose and was shifting under our feet Paying for WiFi in a hotel is weird. Paying for public uncovered parking also isn’t a great thing. Zero amenities all expectations to pay a higher price for a room that smelt funky.

The property is very nice, well kept and the room was great (comfy bed, etc). HOWEVER, we paid extra for a breakfast "buffet" that was a continental breakfast- nothing fancy (although the staff in the dining area was very kind and helpful). Additionally, the check in staff was what I would describe as curt at nest, and there is a per day fee for parking on top of the cost of your room. It wasnt an ideal experience overall.

The atmosphere was relaxing. The bar staff was so very friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok. I was expecting a little more options for the price. Example biscuits and gravy, waffles, french toast, boiled eggs for instance. Once i sat i heard some order french toast. Didn’t know that was an option. Over all i enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. I will stay again if i needed to.

At first I thought it was a really nice place but after staying there it turned out not to be so much. The bathroom shower was disgusting. I chose not to shower in it. Also after checking in I noticed a giant cut in the wall, which I talked to the front desk and they replied "its been like that for a while". With that aside, how do you not get free breakfast with a $200 a night room? We paid $17 per person for a worse breakfast than Holiday Inn. I am pretty upset about the whole experience.
