Worst experience ever!! Horrible nasty rooms with no toilet paper or towels and the staff was even worse if that’s possible!! AND I had reserved the room well in advance and paid for the insurance to guarantee that the room was available but was not given what I paid for and when I questioned the staff I was locked out!

Was told at check-in you had to give them a $50 cash only deposit no credit card or debit card cash only ATM At hotel didn’t work front desk said it’s been broken for a long time nearest ATM at a gas station 10 minute walk away in a bad neighborhood

Got into the room for heat it had a space heater. No towels, soap and etc.the bed sheets and top cover didnt fit the bed way to small. 1 pillow very thin. Got ùp next morning had a dead rat at my door. And there was trash all up
