It was very clean and pretty central to the areas of Tulsa I was wantint to shop at it. Would recommend staying here. The only down side of the trip was the pool was closed for renovations, but besides that was a great stay.

The pool was being repainted and the smell was horrible and went all over the hotel. Our first room air conditioner didn’t work, we were moved to another room next to the elevator and it squealed loudly. The room key maker was broken and we had to be escorted to our room each time to get in.

We were traveling with our six year old granddaughter and one of the main reasons that we booked here was for the pool and hot tub. The pool was nasty (green/dingy water) and the hot tub wasn’t operational. Extremely disappointed.

Really disappointed with our recent stay while attending chili bowl nationals. The first morning waking up, there was very loud construction noise promptly at 8:00am. Not fun after staying out late on your first night of vacation. Also, was NEVER told that there would be remodeling/construction during our stay. The rooms seemed clean enough but saw some black hairs in the shower and under the vanity. After staying there for a couple of days noticed the remodeling of our room in particular was very cheap. White plaster/spackle smeared all over the paint, drywall debris in the cracks etc. The exterior lights by the doors just had wire hanging from them. CAME HOME WITH BED BUG SCABS/BITES ALL OVER MY BODY. Really was more like a stay at a motel 6 but with a higher price tag.

The floors were so stained. The place felt incredibly dirty. At 10:30pm the lobby was so full of people and loud. The bathroom door was broken. We called and asked for more towels, they were never brought up. It was a pretty miserable stay for our family.

First room was very poorly cleaned, used soap bar in the shower, stain on sheets, hair on sheets. The second room the toilet wouldn't flush, the a/c didn't work well, and had broken tv stand. The happy hour snacks looked like it had sat our for days, we arrived when it started. The pool was way over capacity and no employee was doing anything about it. The lady that checked us in was rude as ever. For what you pay to stay, this was all extremely unacceptable.

If cleanliness is one of your top priorities….DO NOT STAY HERE!! Room “appeared clean”. Not only was there hair in the sink and dirty soap, used towels, and a coffee cup, the bed looked slept in. Pulled back the cover and the fitted sheet was definitely stained. I’m a huge Embassy fan, but when the staff knows they have an issue, but are unable to accommodate the lack of cleaning their staff did, sorry……not cool. It’s an older 40 year old property and they are trying to renovate little by little. Sadly as they renovate they’ve not made sure everything that’s new is working…..not to mention keeping it clean. Embassy…..so much money spent on your renovation. Hire staff that knows how to make things right. You’ll be renovating again in two years at this rate.

During our two-day stay, we had a number of issues. The shower was dirty. There was no shampoo or conditioner available to us. They said they were waiting on a shipment. There was no hot water in the sink and the shower only had lukewarm water. We were not given towels or wash cloths on day two. Someone else was given our room by mistake, so those people were trying to get into our room for several minutes, which scared my daughter. This also caused our keys to stop working.

I don't normally write reviews but here are some issues I wish I had known before choosing this place. Most of the things were small inconveniences and I'll list those last. The biggest issue was the noise at night. Twice I had to call the front desk about the banging around and constant noise from the floor above mine (3rd.) Once at 11:00 p.m., the noise continued until midnight when I called for the second time and it was finally shut down. The minor inconveniences included: only two volume choices for the TV (mute or loud), no pool towels, no ice machine on our floor, little hot water, and we had to move rooms/floors due to the air not working.

We got there late at 11 pm and had already paid for our room and they told us they had over sold the rooms and we had to wait until after midnight until they got one cleaned for us. Two different people told me they were going to comp our room for the night. We get to our room the ac doesn’t work it was so hot in there but they had already given all the fans out. We didn’t have a refrigerator so the food I brought with us was ruined and our tv didn’t work the entire trip. After we checked out I looked at our receipt and I was charged for the room and I called to speak to a manager twice about it and no one ever called me back. Horrible will never stay there again

The room looked nice but the a/c wasn’t adjustable so it was miserably hot and humid in our room even after the maintenance tech looked at it. Also, the phones in our room didn’t work and when the fire alarm went off in the night we were not notified by any alarm in our room, which is unsettling.

The breakfast and evening reception were great, as usual. However, the air didn't work in our room. It was a hot weekend. Also, the TVs wouldn't stay connected to the service so channels were intermittent. Lastly, there were sports tournaments all weekend so the hotel was crowded with loud kids behaving badly.

At arrival found suite temperature 67 degrees. We reset thermostat to 72. 1 hour later suite temp 66 still blowing cold air from register. Asked for help. Maint. person told us we could only have cool or heat which did we want (ridiculously ignorant of how that equipment works). He removed an access cover and reset something on the unit. Woke up to 80 degrees and still blowing hot air. After almost 24 hours and 3 different maint workers the thermostat was finally able to control the room temp. All 3 maint people treated us as if we were idiots and did not know how to set a thermostat. They removed the ceiling cover to the equipment twice and switched something and made the issue worse. The 3rd person almost 24 hours into our stay called someone who was able to explain to them how to fix the issue in the unit in the ceiling. During this time the front desk staff and maint people treated us rudely and as if WE were the cause of the problem. Then 11:00 pm Sat evening the fire alarms went off, then stopped, and then shortly went off and stopped again. After about 10 minutes a maint. worker came out and yelled from an interior balcony to all of the people standing on the balconies outside our rooms that there was no problem, it was just the Fire Dept. "messing with stuff." Obviously a LIE. No FD comes to a highly occupied hotel 11:00 pm on Sat to "mess with the alarms" There were no FD officials observable to give an all clear. We were treated so rudely by poor staff.

The staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady to the meal prep was excellent didn’t have any issues was greeted with smiles and thank you and the food was great. The atmosphere was great. Will be back soon.

The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were offering. Not just thinking that "this get this old fart satisfied"

We arrived around 9pm, exhausted from a big day. We booked a room with a king bed and pullout couch. We had no sheets or pillows for the pullout, or adequate towels. Also missing was a remote for either tv. One bedside table broken and hanging from the wall. Immediately we called down and requested the missing items and we told someone would be up with sheets/pillows/towels and maintenance would be up with remotes and look at the table. An hour went by and…nothing…so my husband called down again and was assured that someone would be up soon with the sheets/pillows, he could come down for towels, and maintenance had just went to close the pool and would be up later. Another half hour went by and…nothin…and I went down to the front desk and expressed my dissatisfaction and I was given sheets that had “just arrived” and was told that the hotel was extremely short staffed, they were sorry. The lobby was like a party at 10:30pm, despite the quiet hours posted in multiple locations, so I asked if someone was going to enforce this and was told that there was a shift change at 11pm and he would take care of it. Huh? It took another call and at least 30 more minutes before we had pillows and could go to bed. Never did get a visit from maintenance. Spoke to manager before leaving who offered to comp room until she realized it was booked with Expedia. She then promised to add points to my Hilton honors acct for an equivalent amount. She added 1000 pts, which is about $10. Insulting

I can always count on a consistently good stay at an Embassy Suites. This was probably on the lower end of all the Embassy Suites I've stayed at, but still a good experience. The hotel front desk staff need a little bit more training on customer service, just small stuff in managing the flow of calls/customers waiting, etc. The area nearby is by no means any kind of destination. There are no restaurants (other than inside the hotel which looked like it was probably really good), and it's kind of in an industrial area right off a busy freeway. But, it's an oasis once you are inside. It's clean, it's decently maintained, and you have to love the managers reception in the evening and the made to order omelets in the morning. It's a good place for crashing before or after a flight.

This place was wonderful. So beautiful when you walk in, pool, resturant, and bar. Drinks were priced low and wish i had time to spend more time here. Beds and rooms were large. Breakfast buffet was awesome. They had an omelete station that surprised me and the guy making them was so nice and the staff there and at the front desk. Will come again for sure!

Evening reception with snacks and adult drinks was a nice perk to staying at the Embassy. Breakfast was also nice! We had omelets made to order with a good selection of breakfast options (cereals, hot bar with scrambled eggs, protein choices, fresh fruit, etc) the best complimentary breakfast by far compared to many other hotel stays we’ve experienced. Our room was perfect in the corner on the 6th floor, away from the elevators. Overall, great experience! We would stay again. The staff here were the sweetest and my only regret is not bringing enough smaller bills to tip. Service was great all around.

Hotel is under renovation, heat was on and room was so hot. Breakfast buffet was lacking, no cold drinks such as cold juice or soda. They had the machines but only the juice worked and it was hot. Breakfast chef didn't seem to care about quality of food they made. Buffet ran out of food and they were incredibly slow to refill if they even refilled it all. Room was nice and clean despite being very hot.

The property was overall so well kept, the rooms were very nice and clean, the bar/bartender and restaurant/ restaurant staff were all great! On the other hand breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. That could use some work, and last but not least the front desk help was a 10 out of 10! Jami DeLuca was amazing! Her customer service is next to none. In my opinion she's an absolute asset to your business.
