Check in went quickly, staff was friendly. First room I was out in, the smoke alarm was beeping... 2nd room not all the lights worked. Hotel could definitely use some deep cleaning...the pool was ice cold in the middle of summer. We booked for the pool.

This hotel needs new carpet badly it’s soooo worn and smells. I think that they might be replacing it because the baseboards were missing in the hallways. They had recently painted. They leave the pool for open which to me is a great concern if a small child should wonder in there and drown. Breakfast was a joke nothing out for visitors. Breakfast needs little help

Smoke detectors beeped throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The window in our room was broken, as was a window in the stairwell, posing security and safety risks. There was visible black mold in the windowsill and mold in the shower. The bathtub did not drain properly, resulting in standing water. In the pool area, there was a hole in the ceiling, and the elevator lacked inspection certification, making it unsafe. Finally, although breakfast was advertised, none was provided. In short, the hotel was unkept, unclean, and unsafe, and did not meet even the most basic expectations of hygiene, safety, or customer service.

The parking lot was full of pot holes and garbage upon arrival. The entire property was in complete disrepair. Carpet through out was nasty and cover in paint splatter. The side entrance door was not in working/locking order. The fire detector was held on by electrical tape in the hallway. The pool area door was covered in rust. The only plus I can say was the staff was nice and friendly.

The toilet in our room clogged over toilet paper and then when we had asked for a plunger or assistance we were told there wasn’t one and we would have to wait till the morning. It was only after my wife had gotten visibly upset they’d offered to move us into another room that was also not our original option (smaller bed) . The elevator was inoperative and the pool was just a bath full of chlorine. Overall other then that it was an alright hotel you get what you pay for.

The elevator had no lights and sounded like it was unsafe. The carpet in the hallway was worn and looked dirty. The food was ok nothing great. I would never use the elevator. Would not recommend this place.

Older hotel so we didn't expect much. When we got out of our truck there was a horrible sewer smell. The carpet in the hotel hallways needs to be replaced, the hallways were also very hot! Our first room the air conditioner didn't work so they immediately put us in another room where it worked great. The shower was horrible, the counter tops in the bathroom was about thigh high but it was perfect for my 5 year old, lol. The pool was indoor and freezing but that didn't stop the kids of course. The floors around the pool were extremely slippery, more than normal pool side floors. Not sure if they mopped it with something recently or what but several kids fell while we were down there. If they would update the whole hotel we would stay there again but otherwise don't waste your time.

Location was good. Property Was in disrepair due to a water pipe bursting. Elevator didn’t work. Had to use the stairs. Stairwell was not cleaned. Carpeting in common areas was stained and had holes in places. When I tried to check out the front desk person had not shown up to work. The only person there did not speak English. I did not get a receipt. Properties should have to report if there is a structural or repair issue so that I could have made a different selection. Windows in my room were “foggy” like hard water or moisture. Could not see out the windows.

Something had my allergies on 10 the entire time i was there. I am just now able to breathe through my nose. The desk chair in the room was missed in the clean before me and i saw & killed what appeared to be a bed bug. I was in a pinch but unfortunately I will not return. The staff was pleasant and at least I felt safe.

Room had an old musty moldy smell. Bathtub had moldy caulk.TV only worked on the weather channel.Low water pressure and not hot water only luke warm. Wires capped off and hanging out of the ceiling over the bed.Despite all of this the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The night was quiet.I have stayed in worse and paid more.

HORRIBLE!!!! I stayed for one night, and couldn’t get outta there fast enough!!!! The front desk staff was rude. The assistant manager was rude. I asked for a refund because there was ants and a roach in one room and a bed bug on my bed the morning after I stayed in the other room. I asked for corporates number and the assistant manager told me she didn’t have a number to give me. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures on hotels.com. It is dirty, the rooms have a musty smell and the tub was filthy. Other guests were complaining as well. Was told no refunds by the assistant manager because we should’ve checked right back out when we seen the roach in our room. But was told by the person the night we checked in that we wouldn’t be able to get a refund if we left. NO STARS IF YOU ASK ME!!!!

It was very dirty, deteriorated and beat up. The comforter was covered by a light wait cover, but we discovered a 4" stain (probably blood) on the white comforter. Both ceiling fixtures had been ripped out of the ceiling and the carpet had a 8" circular bare spot. This was terrible and if it had not been so late we would have left.

Floor Lamp was in the bathroom bc the vanity light didn’t work. The room was dated looking-old carpet, chipped wood on vanity and wallpaper in bathroom peeling. Bathroom was large and clean though. Room was quiet.

The guy who checked me in was great. The place inside and out was dirty. Got to my first room on main floor window in room wouldn't shut and the screen on the outside looked like someone tried to break in. Asked for another room was given a suite rooms were clean. Elevator light was out and made a horrible noise so you had to go in the dark creepy

The AC would turn on but didnt blow cold air so we were extremely hot and sweating. None of the outlets worked either, so we couldnt watch TV or turn on the lamps. The smoke detector wasnt secure it was hanging from the ceiling.

The absolute worst mattress i have ever attempted to sleep on. If they try to put you in room 118, refuse to take it. You will hate yourself when you get into bed. Zero support and completely worn out.

The mattress was extremely worn out and sagging and the windows in our first floor room had nothing but sheers over them allowing people to see directly into the room from the parking lot at night. The staff was the only saving grace of our stay as they were very friendly and helpful.

I checked in on the fifth stayed that night and then on the sixth of November and the middle of the night I got woke up to someone trying to come in my room. The hotels tried to give my room to someone else. And then the manager, or whoever was working, came, knocking on my door and tried to come barging in. Saying there’s no record of me being in the system and that I shouldn’t be there asking if I even paid for the room and was trying to get me kicked out. It is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hotel in my entire life. I will never be back at this Hotel ever again, and would really like a refund.

Check in and check out was smooth. Location wasnt bad (about 13 mins from the airport) and there were a number of places to eat within walking distance (Black bear diner and outback steakhouse are both in the same lot as the hotel). True to some of the negative reviews there was a strong smell of chlorine or bleach throughout the hotel. Our room was clean and everything worked, except for the entry light and the ironing board (would not lock into place). The bedding looked clean and smelled fresh. There was a white film on a good portion of the windows which made them difficult to see out of. Not a big deal there at all unless you want to gaze out into the parking lot. All in all it was quiet and comfortable for our entire 2 night stay. I would stay there again for a short stay of 2 nights or less, but for anything longer I'd probably spend more for another hotel.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and smelled nice. We had dinner at the Black Bear restaurant directly across the parking lot, which was very convenient. If you're a shopper there were many stores within walking distance too!

The room and common areas were either in a state of slow repair or disrepair. Wires were sticking out of the ceiling in some places. Areas that had been repaired we repaired incorrectly such that the repair didn't take. The shower surround was held up by rusty hooks. One morning the breakfast area flooded and none of the staff moved a muscle to fix it, they just put out a wet flood sign. No effort was put into the free breakfast and it was barely restocked between days. I was looking for something on a budget, but I wanted fewer amenities, not a compromise on everything else.

The Property is run down from the entrance; entrance door dragging so doesn't close all the way. Our room was overall clean but bathroom leaking water down the wall behind toilet. They offered to exchange rooms but we were afraid we'd get something worse; they gave us a big towel and we used big towel but the water eventually soaked up the towel. Breakfast was delicious. Asan the person that checked us in didn't understand English so we had trouble finding the hotel but finally we got there. Nevertheless, Asan was helpful but as I said, he doesn't understand English, so we Also had a slight challenge checking in. The hotel was smelling evidently from water damage because there were fans in the hallway. Very Rundown.. website pictures are deceiving. I will not come back or recommend because it's really run down. It's however is a go local for shopping and eating
