The staff was always friendly and accommodating, and a hot breakfast was BONUS every morning. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the COLD TEMPERATURE of the pool room and the pool in general as I was vacationing and was NOT able to enjoy it due to this.

I was sure looking forward to water aerobics in an indoor pool but the water was too COLD!! For all the guests who I saw trying it out…no one could get in it..WHY have a pool if you’re not keeping it warm enough for people. I saw no one at all in it for my 3 day stay. Very disappointed!!!

We stayed here at this location because of the indoor pool and spa. Well we get to the indoor pool area and the spa was filled in and covered with new tiles. The indoor pool was so cold you couldn't swim in it. The breakfast in the morning was so so. Biscuits so hard you could knock someone out. Ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. The hotel is definitely in need of some attention and fixing up. I wouldn't recommend staying here for the price they charged. Still waiting on them to correct the charges. Because what I paid per room and what I was told when booking the room. And no it's not the deposit I already received that charge back.

Room had filthy carpet, came off on socks. Bath vent fan didn't work. Bath shower head not secure, water valve had to be muscled shut. Room extra humid, from what? They're milking the brand. Fire local management and whomever denies maintenance at Corporate.

This hotel was not clean. There were multiple leaks and buckets around the hotel catching water. The hallways smelled like mildew. The room was not clean. There were beer bottle caps on the floor and the tub was dirty. It appears that maybe the hotel is under renovations but there were not any sogns stating that. The breakfast buffet was dirty, sub-par, and unsavory.

The hotel was very clean. Had everything you need . Personally im not in love with the new pillows they are using at all hotels, so i will take my own next time. The minute you walk in the lobby it smells great and you can see the pride that they take in their business.

The people/staff were excellent and very friendly. There are no services close to the hotel, so everything is a bit of a drive to get to. The biggest problem is that the bathroom door (barn door style) would stick on the floor. You really had to pull on the door to get it to move. Could be solved in about 1/2 hour by moving the railing up approximately 1/2 inch. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed at.

Clean. Staff does not remain at front desk and there is no bell, so you have to holler to get someone to emerge from the office. Shower leaked like crazy onto the floor no matter what we did. Wasn't non-slip shower floor. Housekeeping left rubber gloves on bedside table and didn't refill either shampoo or shower gel mounted on the shower wall. Had to get them to find a bar of soap for me. Breakfast was decent. USB charging ports were broken.

I spent three nights at this Hampton Inn while in town for a special event. This property seems really clean and perhaps updated recently. The property was clean outside and inside in the common areas and in my king bed room. But, I’m disappointed in some features of my room. The a/c unit has a dial to select the low/high setting which was not easy to use and actually felt broken. The shower head was inoperable to change settings and the glass sliding door was missing a bracket to hold it in place when sliding. And the power outlet has two USB plugs which did not provide power. So, while the property staff was friendly and very helpful, someone isn’t doing a very good job of maintainence.

Could be a nice place, but many little things were wrong. Shower faucet so loose it would not stay where set, so got roasted. No lids for coffee cups. No creamer for coffee. Blackout blinds installed incorrectly. WiFi kept dropping out. At check in we were given a bad keycard. At check in no instructions for connecting to the WiFi were provided.

We reserved 2 queen beds for our room. When we got to our room we had a king and double pull out couch. We managed however we had to call down to get the bedding for the pull out couch. Wasn’t the best situation with 2 children ready for bed.

Not one person that worked at the hotel seemed to like their job. Very rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was good and the rooms were decent. The reviews from the past scared me a little, however, only a handful we true. The beds were comfy but no ice machines worked. The rooms and hallways looked like they were being remodeled but they gave up toward the end. Don't bother asking the front desk for any info on hotel annimeties, they will look at you like you speak a different language. Good location.

Didn't appreciate long hairs on the wall in the shower! Place needs severe maintenance. Booked for two nights, room cards failed the second night and have to have them reset. Still failed on the fitness center. Breakfast was good though!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Hampton Inn’s but never one like this. This hotel is worn out! My room had been partially redone with new flooring but the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the furniture was so dirty I had to put a towel over the chair before I sat down on it. The room smelled musty, which caused my son’s allergies to flare up and the air conditioner couldn’t cool the room down. My bath towel even had a hole in it. Let’s talk breakfast - it didn’t look too bad until I spooned some eggs onto my plate, along with a big, black hair. What an awful way to start my day! That plate went straight in the trash! Thank goodness they had bagels and peanut butter as an alternative! I rarely give negative reviews but I was so disappointed in this property. It’s time to remove it from under the Hampton Inn name and downgrade it to a cheaper alternative. I will think twice before staying in a Hampton Inn again!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The indoir pool was very cold and could not swim. Water in shower did not get hot. Breakfast was dismal and freezing while you ate. Entire hotel was cold constantly. Will not return.
