We stayed at this hotel specifically for the airport parking and shuttle, we were told when we got there they didn’t offer long term parking anymore. The next day we were told they do but the shuttle doesn’t run till 6am we had to be at the airport at 4 so the stay there ended up being a bit pointless we had to drive ourselves to the airport and pay for parking. Facility was o a bit outdated and dirty. For the price I’d stay somewhere else next time.

Older Hilton property with a bar and restaurant with limited options (and it's not open Sunday night). Staff were nice and the room was clean. The indoor pool area left much to be desired (needs repairs, deck was dirty, and towels were small head towels). Extremely convenient for the Tulsa airport. Would stay again in a pinch, but would pick elsewhere for a longer stay until this property is revamped.

Everything was run down. The toilet seat was falling off, clock didn't work, light bulb burnt out, wall patches. In the fitness room there was no air and the treadmill was broken.

The location is excellent, as it is walking distance to the terminal, perfect for an early morning flight. The long-term parking option is great, as is the courtesy van, which starts running at 3:30 am.

The swimming pool need fix and around the swimming pool need reface. Shower curtains need longer so water do not get out of the tub. Got a drink and got double charge it should not cost 17.00 for one drink.

The website states free parking and free shuttle to airport. In the past we have stayed there with no problem. This time when we got home, we were charged for parking. Not only that, when we arrived to be picked up, the first three times I called I got a message saying to call back later. After a 12-hour plane trip, that is not the kind of message you want. The website needs to be updated, clearly stating you will be charged if you leave the car with them.

I checked into my room around 3 pm and went to lay down and found blood on the ceiling and on the curtains. There was also water on the window seal. I went down to the front desk and was able to move rooms immediately. Probably won't be staying here again.

I found black mold on the curtains in the room I was given. I told management and they gave me another room but it smelled musty. The whole building smelled like they cleaned the carpets with water and no soap. Just a lingering musty smell throughout the building.

This is a tired, dated property badly in need of refurbishment. Scuffed paint, cracks, old carpet in room - some newer in hallways. Hair in shower drain. Thankful this was only an overnight stay. As a Hilton Honors member I wasn’t impressed.

When we got in the ac unit was not working in the room. There was a roach in the bathroom. When we went to use the shower the faucet came off in the tub making the shower/tub unusable. The bathroom was in need of some definite attention. On the plus side the staff was very approachable and nice.

The hotel had water damage, there was a mildew smell, the first room they put us in had a hole in the floor that almost fell threw, the desk was rotten, second room was same mildew smell. It did not live up to the Hilton name

The room was dirty. The dresser was broken, and the drawers wouldn't stay shut, which meant that every time we needed to go to the restroom, we had to fight the drawers. Also, the beds are not queens, they were full.

Great location to the airport. Staff were very friendly and it was clean. Just very much in need of attention and repair. The floor in our room was literally sagging and my wife and I both stumbled over the terrible floor.

Single woman, got parked in a king room over the trash service area, all night long the sounds of trash cans and noisy neighbors. Really decent soundproofing for the takeoffs and landings but just kind of run down in every other aspect. Tub/shower combo that was a bit grimy, carpets with almost a stickiness. Only 2 coffee setup and the pillows haven’t been changed out in a while; small, flat and lacking any support. It was very convenient, only 3 mins from rentail car drop off. The morning breakfast crew were friendly and accommodating but desk personnel on check in and out could use some personality.

The staff were very nice and the public areas/lobby look recently refreshed and welcoming. However the hallways and rooms themselves were dark and dated. My room had a lightbulb out in the bathroom, the room darkening curtains were split and the security latch on the door was almost falling off. It is walkable to the airport and the shuttle was very prompt.

The clerk on duty charged my card an extra $118 (the room rate for the night, even though i had prepaid for the room) instead the incidental charge of $50. When we pointed this out, he admitted his mistake but said his "login" didnt have permissions to reverse the charge and we would have to talk to a manager in the morning. When we spoke to the .manager the next morning, we were i formed it would take 7 business days to get the money back in our account. Because of the employee's mistake, i now have $118 that i cant access and is frozen in my account.

Olivia is a great asset to Hilton. I was having a problem with the reservation n she went over n beyond to solve the problem. Expedia, thank you for working with her. Great property so close to the airport. We had dinner n enjoyed the meal. Great customer service all the way around but Olivia, you epitomized great customer service. Thank you.

I paid for my stay through the Expedia app. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told to swipe my card as usual for incidentals. But what they actually did was charge me again for the room. I immediately questioned this and was told that the computer had crashed and it would only put a hold on my card, not actually charge the amount. We were going on vacation so I didn’t check my statement until I got back and found that they did charge my card. I still have not received a refund either. This is unacceptable.

This property is excellent. It is so close to the airport but still quiet. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious. The front desk staff were awesome. The restaurant had delicious food and was so convenient.

The breakfast is delicious - and the fries at supper are the best I’ve ever eaten! Transport to the airport is great (the shuttle is fast and the drivers are so nice!). For a Hilton, it is not what you would expect (not fancy and dated), but it is wonderful if you’re flying out.

Check in was fine. Night person was nonresponsive. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain, faucet broken. Restaurant service was horrible. I waited 1.25 hours to get my meal for reasons they could not explain. Take out people ordered and got their food, people who came in after me got theirs. I finally got a mediocre sandwich. Waitress discounted my meal, but it should have been comped.

Great if you are flying out/in. Great breakfast buffet. Shuttle service to Airport is fantastic (drivers are so sweet). Lunch and supper is delicious (fries are the best ever!). A bit pricey as property is not your typical Hilton - not fancy at all (but clean!) and quite dated. Convenience is worth the extra cost over a lower-priced hotel if you are flying out. The standard room would be equivalent to any lower-priced chain like a Super 8, but it served our needs. Will stay again due to convenience, location and safety for our annual mom-daughter trip.

Coffee maker did not work in my room. Table lamp did not work. The breakfast buffet was not worth $13.95. I believe the staff could have been more helpful in providing options . The pricing was on a white board but I did not see it & did not enjoy the breakfast as biscuits were over cooked, hash browns were not cooked.
