Terrible storm hit tulsa the night we stayed. Our electricity went out after midnight, never came back on. We left at 7am because the room was just too hot. It does need updating. Tried for a refund, but havent heard anything in regards to it. Id recommend they update the facilities. Its in a very nice location, vlose to many great places to eat, and or shopping.

The hotel did not have a pool as advertised.

Breakfast had cold coffee, dried biscuits, cereal everywhere, and limited other items. Coffee at check-in was cold or there was nothing. Rooms had a horrible odor. Chair in room was ripped and no light bulbs in lamps. Signs were posted renovation was going on. Went to get ice from the machine. Sign stated it was broken. It also said go to 3rd floor. Went to 3rd floor. This was where renovation was going on. Plastic hanging everywhere plastic all over floor. Found t ice machine which was also covered in plastic. This was the only working ice machine. MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE!!! Got the ice, next morning the ice melted. There were bugs and other black items in the melted ice. This property needs to be inspected. Not safe and unclean!!

We were very disappointed in the property had to change rooms twice do to mold in first room and water leak in second room. Couldn’t use elevator because a guest got trapped earlier. Booked a king bed but was told none were available. Only positive thing it was close to our event. Won’t be back.

Night staff was amazing! Turned on the sauna for my son after the tournament so he could recover. I was made aware of a prior leak in the room and the room had a musty smell but we could manage with it. The issue was the morning when we woke up to a room infested with ants. They were in the beds, chargers, bags and shoes. I made the front desk aware. They offered nothing to make up for it and barely an apology, sadly. I hope they spray asap and can manage the smell damage from the prior leak.

The ice machine on the first and second floor was broken the ice machine on the third floor. It was under construction and there was drywall and caution tape everywhere we had to ask for cups in our room for water and coffee. Food tasted like plastic. It was terrible.

Elevator was down for a day, inconvenient.

Initially the room did not have an ice bucket, a desk chair, hangers, coffee or coffee pot. The pool was closed, no sheet on the bed (just a holey blanket), no soap at the sink, no shampoo anywhere and the linens and towels all smelled of dust and dryer burn. At breakfast there was no coffee, no milk only 2 sausages and no fruit. It was by far the worst hotel we ever stayed at. By far!

The hotel was under renovation, so it was a bit noisy during the day, but the newly renovated rooms were comfortable and affordable.

The 1st time i stayed it was a 5 star experience! The 2nd time, there was NO refrigerator, NO phone, NO chair, NO iron or board, NO hair dryer, NO bubls in the lamps, BUT they are under renovation! And the 1st time it was GREAT! the last time, it was not. PLUS the kitchen was being renovated so there was no BREAKFAST! Otherwise, this place was great last time!

Property is under renovation which is not the issue. The room smelled like urine and a stale musky smell . Carpet looks dirty. The smell was almost unbearable. I wanted to leave and get a refund but it was 2am and we had nowhere else to go in town. I didn’t want to eat or breathe in the air. Only booked here once before and the room was the same except the smell wasn’t as strong. It’s like a nursing home at this hotel.

The whole place smelt terrible. When we woke up there was a cockroach on the tub. To top it all off they charged my card twice for the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The first room we were given had an odor, the AC was hanging down from a damaged wall, food in the floor, ants and gnats, dirty walls, dirty fridge, dirty sheets, etc. Since the room phone was busted, I used my cell phone to call down to the front desk to inform the attendant of the room condition. My daughter and I waited in the lobby while the attendant went to check a couple of rooms before moving us to a different one. The second was better, BUT, the walls were still dirty, the floor had lots of stains, hair was stuck to the wall and more. The carpet in the halls was dirty. From the time we arrived at 6 p.m. until the next morning, we only saw one employee on site and she was away from the front desk (elsewhere in the building) or outside. While this is not an expensive hotel, it is definitely in poor condition and dirty. The two highlights were the pool and breakfast.

Hotel was not as clean and up kept as the photos showed in the app. Hotel turned off the water to the room without announcing they were about to do so. I was in the shower when this happened. Marinade man sleeping in his truck in the parking lot

There were ants in all the rooms. Two other parties we travelled with also had ants in their rooms. The housekeeping was sub par. No sweeping was done. The fridge in the room froze our food the first day, while they did get us a new fridge they didn’t compensate or even really acknowledge that we were now out $30-40 of food wasted.

The bathrooms are horrible. The tubs are discusting.

1st room given to us looked very dirty with stains on the sheets, stains and hair in the bathroom tub, a broken leg on the table and some stuff on the TV screen. After complaining we got assigned to another room that was a little bit better.

We didn’t die and our vehicle was there when we woke up. Room was dirty, sheets had stains, hair in bathroom, towels didn’t absorb water, breakfast was terrible. Would not recommend. We slept well and beds were comfortable.

Gal at the front desk nice and helpful. Room was updated and looked nice. Several housekeeping issues that were unsatisfactory. Bed had not been changed; hair, particles of dirt, fuzz throughout the bed, make-up smudges. Night stand had pink sticky substance stuck to it. Toilet was not clean; poop ! Kleenex box empty, limited towels. Breakfast mediocre. Unacceptable. The bed was comfortable for me too hard for hubby.

Very friendly staff, clean & breakfast excellent! Not enough outlets in room for charging cell phone and no phone in room. It would’ve been nice to have extra towels, washcloths for two people during stay. Next time we’ll make sure to get a room on 3rd floor due to much noise! Doors slamming, loud voices and floor noise above.

It was fine for the night. Had a nice light breakfast. Room was good!

The only thing I didn’t like is that there isn’t any light over the tub in the rooms with the jacuzzi tubs. They only have laps except the bathroom and the entry way so the room itself is pretty dark but over the jacuzzi tub should definitely have a light

There was no hair dryer in the room - there was a place for one but it was empty, the coffee pot was nearly antique and the carrafe held way more than the one little pod. The room is in need of some maintenance - lots of little things - like the light between the beds only worked on 1 side. More blankets would have been good to have as well there was none in the room.

Whereas, the staff was nice and helpful, the facility was somewhat lacking. The excuse that was given was the property was undergoing remodeling. That doesn't excuse beds with no bedspread, an undefrosted freezer (with a broken door) or black mold above the bathroom door frame. The mattress was sub-par. It was a 6 inch piece of foam. At least it was firm.

The Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and cleanalthough a little dated. Breakfast was average.

The floor was still dirty from the previous guest, had a bunch of sticky stuff spilt. The fridge was not cleaned out from the previous guest. Literally everything else was great. Could maybe use an upgrade on the bed but it wasn’t bad.

I was charged a 20 dollar fee for no reason told me my card was declined and I have to pay cash. Nope took my cash and my card was never declined! Seen the couple before me pay 100 dollars for a smoking fee- had to be in cash. Why was I not charged that? And I smoke. Very odd- the guy behind the desk is definitely taking money for his pocket

Check-in was not pleasant. Front desk worker was very rude, and expected us to pay him $20 cash extra after we booked online.

Our recent stay was far from smooth. Upon check-in, the front desk staff told me my prepayment had not gone through, even though I had booked and paid for the room well over a month in advance and had my receipt in hand. After some back-and-forth, they finally acknowledged the payment and gave me a room key. Unfortunately, when we got to the room, it was immediately obvious that it had not been touched since the last guest checked out—dirty towels were scattered on the bathroom floor, the bedding was in disarray, trash was still in the bins, and the overall condition made it clear no cleaning had been done. I went back to the front desk to report the problem, but the staff member initially insisted the room had been cleaned. After he personally checked it, he apologized and gave us a key to a different room. The second room was clean, but it was extremely hot inside because the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on ahead of time—not even the fan was running—so it took a long time to cool down and get comfortable. On a positive note, the rest of the hotel’s common areas appeared clean and well-kept, but first impressions matter, and the check-in/payment confusion paired with the state of the first room left us frustrated. While we appreciated the eventual correction, the experience fell well short of expectations for a smooth and welcoming stay.

It was clean, convenient and the staff was wonderful

When I was checking in, there was a guy checking in in front of me that was asking me very weird questions and gave me a weird feeling in my stomach. I left the man working the desk know and he walked me to my room because I’m a 25 year old female and was alone and he didn’t want to take any risk.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

While the property needs some repair the staff was very caring and helpful.

When the first of the three rooms arrived to check in the desk clerk was sitting in front of the hotel with friends and a case of beer. They waited at the desk for over 15 minutes before he came in, hotel phone ringing the entire time with no one to answer. The clerk informed them that he needed a credit card for incidentals they told him they had never been asked that before. The clerk became upset and told the guests “you need to get out of my hotel, your reservation is cancelled. This was a prepaid reservation. When he cancelled the reservation he cancelled the wrong one, canceling a guest who had yet to check in. We contacted the Wyndham reservation desk and their repeated phone calls went unanswered. Not a vey good way to run a hospitality business.

Staff made me wait to check in. It was past 11 pm and I was tired. She could have been nicer. PPL outside were smoking mariguana 😷😩

Convenient location, ease of access, great value & friendly staff.

Great Value! Room Rates were reasonable/cheap. The room was very clean which is the most important factor for me. The place was outdated but not trashed. Breakfast was the usually fare and always warm. Location was great as it was close to freeways and easy to get to downtown areas with in minutes. I would differently stay here again… like I said great value!

Clearly it’s a hotel for displaced people. It smelled like stale cigarettes and there was a man with a two dogs tied to a bench in front of the entrance and I had to enter through the side doors. The staff was very professional and polite and did their best considering their environment

This hotel is dated and shows wear/year, but is clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The room was clean and had all the basics. There were some holes in the curtains and the desk chair was quite worn, but that was the worst of it. The hotel staff was the friendliest I’ve encountered in Tulsa. Breakfast was delicious and hot.
