Comfort Inn South Tulsa - Woodland Hills

It's a little outdated but, the pool was open.

There was a fan blowing in the hallway like they were trying to dry the carpet. We had our granddaughter with us and the key cards wouldn't unlock the door to the pool. She was very disappointed. The person at the front desk was very apologetic and tried everything to get the locks to work. I felt sorry for her even though it wasn't her fault.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The rickety elevator broke while we were there so we had to bring all of our things down the stairs when we left. The elevator was half open for 2 days with no out of order sign or the opening blocked off. We had to walk by multiple workers smoking at the front door every time we walked in. Had multiple police show up at the hotel during our stay. Was not safe at all.

The pool was cold. It should’ve been warm and the hot tub was really gross. Everything was green and cloudy so they do need to upgrade the pool in the hot tub.

The bed was adequate. There was black hair in the bathtub and stuck to the shower curtain. No soap in bathroom just several bottles of shampoo. The hallway carpet and stairwells were filthy and littered with trash. The elevator was broken. Sticky handrails in stairwells. Back door at bottom of stairwell was propped open with a rock so poor security. Would not recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay! Elevator was broke down and we were not informed at check out and we were on the third floor other than that no issues at all!

They gave us the wrong room,key wouldn’t work. Moved us and key didn’t work again. Mini fridge didn’t work. They had to come fix the TV. The ceiling was sagging. I was hoping it wouldn’t fall down that night and to top that off the pool was closed down and wouldn’t open until a few days after our stay.

Entire place smelled like cigarettes and elevator shut down three times while we were going to the 3rd floor. AC wasn’t cold and leaked water on the floor.

The smoke detector was coming out of the ceiling in our room which was a hazard, so we had to switch rooms. This was after paying an extra $25 to check in an hour early. Every lamp shade was broken in the room and the tv didn’t work. We asked someone to come take a look at it and they never came. The pool was not full- it is only 3 1/2 feet at its deepest so pretty shallow, and since it wasn’t filled even to the bottom part of the tiles surrounding the pool, it wasn’t fun at all to swim in. The breakfast was okay but the waffle maker wasn’t turned on so we had to wait for it to warm up (about 10-15ish minutes). The coffee dispenser was broken so we had to wait for them to fix that too. The hotel is pretty run down - I was surprised it had the high rating we saw when we booked it. Water pressure was good, and the bed was comfy. Other than that, I wouldn’t go back.

The hotel was dirty as was areas of my room. The elevator would only go to the 2nd floor as the 1st floor button was missing entirely, which forced us to take the stairs. Loaded with bags and having an injured back made that difficult for me. A light bulb was burned out in my room. I asked the desk for one but they didn’t seem to know where to find one. I won’t be coming back again.

The property outside looks like it has been remodeled but inside has not. The hallway floor felt unsafe underfoot and had large red stains. The first room we got had not been cleaned and the second room smelled musty and like old cigarettes.

This was by far the worst stay ever!!! The rooms were filthy. The hotel reeked of cigarettes, urine, and marijuana!!! I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room myself! I had to buy towels bc the towels in the room were dirty! The room was infested with ants and when I told them they said it was nothing they could do! I don’t recommend staying here at all!

This property was absolutely disgusting. When I walked into my room there was a cockroach crawling on the wall. The beds were stained and the ac didn’t work. I went to the front desk to ask to switch room and I showed him a picture of the roaches I found he did switch my rooms, however the next room I got was just as filthy if not worse. In the new room I got there was someone’s hair all over the bathroom and wrapped around the toilet. The lamp had a red stain on it and so did the bed. The room was extremely hot and smelled like smoke and the ac wouldn’t work in there either. The staff was friendly but the facility was just disgusting so I ended up leaving and not staying at all. Expedia refused to give me a refund and I’ll never book with Expedia again.

The room had roaches they offered to move us to another room but then getting on the elevator there was a roach getting off so I told them the entire hotel has roaches. I seen one opening my door to get in the room then there was blood on the curtains then there was 2 more roaches when I turned on the bathroom light running underneath the counter then on crawling toward the bed I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm still waiting on a refund this was a huge inconvenience to us then on top of that I had my 2yr daughter with me.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Bathtub would not drain. Sheets were stained and filthy.Carpet was filthy. The breakfast contained spoiled fruit, salty sausage. I was totally disappointed with my experience.

Dead cockroaches in the bathroom and the entire floor smelled of cigarette smoke.

At check in staff was not friendly. Room was dirty. Bathroom floor you’ll want shower shoes, there were stains on bedding, trash under side tables, walls and curtains were dirty and stained, there were pills on side of bed. Absolutely not a place I would ever recommend. Mattress on pull out couch was disgusting.

The room had no toilet paper, floor haid clumps of hair, razor guards and used jelly packets on the floor. Pillow had no pillow cases. Smoke alarm was wrapped in plastic. The whole building smelled like an ash try and Marijuana.

There were several roaches in the room everyday. Spider webs hanging from the ceiling. Very disgusting!

Do not stay here. I could not get an early check in which is understandable, but once I did finally get checked in it took 30 minutes and they also put me into the wrong room. When I was trying to go to sleep after midnight I had somebody trying to come into my room. I got a call to the room asking me all sorts of questions making sure I didn’t sneak into the hotel room when in fact the person just put me in the wrong room. Also the AC did not work luckily it was under 60 outside yesterday night so I could open up the window.

The hotel is in need of an update, grout on bathroom floor is broken and the carpet wasn’t the cleanest but overall for one nights stay not terrible

The air conditioner in the room did not work. We checked in unloaded turned on ac, we went to dinner and walked around the mall. When we got back the room had not cooled off. I went down to the lobby to see about the ac it was just before 11pm but no one was in the office so i stepped outside for a smoke. Tried to go back in about 1110 but the door would not open. Then i see a sign on the side window half falling off that says door locks at 11. I tried my key card on what looked like a sensor but it did not work. Then tried the phone on the wall which no one ever answered. I had to call my family to come down and let me in. With no one at the desk i had to go upstairs to a hot room. To top it off we had to listen to what sounded like stomping, running from one end of the room to the other and jumping off the bed and landing on the floor until 2 or 3 am. When i checked out i tried to tell the desk person the the ac did not work in 209 all i got was oh ok. After a frustrating night i was ready to go. Then i was told by my daughters that a hous keeping person took some pictures of our room when we were making trips to load up the car. Not sure what that was about but we were already on our way

Key deactivated everytime we left the room, refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Unfriendly staff, dirty, the hotel needs a major revamp, I could hear everything through the walls, the floors felt like we would fall through them. Over all horrible experience and I’ll never stay again.

Room was 98 degrees upon arrival. Air conditioner sounded like a plastic bag blowing in the wind very loud.

Had problems with our TV but other than that it's always nice staying here.

Needs updating. Paint peeling and water stains in bathroom. Very damp in the room.

When given a room the housekeeper was still upstairs cleaning so we waited in the hall for another 30 mins. There was roaches in the room. I watched two families bring keys back after attempting to enter an already occupied room. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a hotel.

Also, had to go out to my car during the middle of the night and they had locked the outside door to get back in with no information posted that i was locked. I had to call and tell them I was stuck outside they picked up the phone only to hang up on me. I had to call another family memeber to come down and let me back in. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

The staff here was amazing. The pillows were super comfortable the room was clean. The sheets were also comfortable and very clean obviously maintained well. The staff was very accommodating. Given a very impromptu Needed say this was a great spot.

We booked a hotel here at 10:30 pm. We arrived at 12:30 am. The lady (only one working) told us that she only had two rooms, both of which were dirty and to give her 15 minutes to clean it. She leaves to go clean at around 12:45. Comes back at 1:15, saying she had just a little bit left, thought about trying to switch rooms, but called the manager and told her no. She then went to finish the room and the manager told us that it was expedias fault, they overbook the hotel and the desk clerk should have told us there was no rooms available (even though we had already paid) said “she’s being nice and cleaning your room”. We finally got to our room at 2 am. We asked for a discount due to having to wait for 1 1/2 hours to get a room, to which he refused.

Staff was outstanding.

I've stayed at Comfort Inns at different locations and had wonderful experiences but this weekend, we stayed at the Tulsa OK (Woodland Hills) an it was awful. I could tell from the lack of cleanliness when I walked through the door, but against my better judgement I still stayed 2 nights. When I arrived at almost 9pm,(keep in mind check in was 3pm) the room wasn't ready, so we took the key and went to the grocery store. When we got back the we were exhausted. The bedsheets looked as if they just remade the bed from the previous guest and never changed the sheets. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. So we put clean towels on top of the blanket. The next morning (Saturday)we left out at 9am and before leaving we requested room service. We got back at around 8:45pm and the keys didn't work. Went to the front and got new keys. Went back to the room only to discover NO ONE had cleaned the room. When we went back to the front desk the lady was very rude about it and pretty much said "oh well" and gave us some clean but dingy looking towels. There was a gentleman there that heard the conversation and could only offer an apology. Later that night (early Sunday morning) we were awakened to a couple cursing and yelling at one another in the hallway outside our door which by the way had a large gap at the bottom. Sunday as we were getting our things together to check out early, a ROACH was crawling down the wall. NEVER AGAIN! Won't upload a pic.

The staff was absent from the desk and when she did come to the desk was inept in computer use. Our first room began flooding in the bathroom. Our second room was already occupied, & our third room was at least quiet. The people outside the building were questionable and sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially not families

The hotel is near some really great restaurants like Outback Steak House which is across the parking lot and Black Bear Restaurant which is also good. Close to other great restaurants as well. The room I was in had a soft low spot in the center of the room like it was a hole in the floor. The shower door had to be held closed to take a shower. The rug was partially pulled up. Overall, it was a big turn=off. The property is decaying fast.

Good stay, room was good, area was nice lots of restaurants nearby along with shopping.

Let's start with the good. Tara at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I had keys that wouldn't work repeatedly, tvs that wouldnt work. The entire check in process took well over 30 minutes due to these issues which i was very annoyed at. Having to walk back & forth to the front desk w/my luggage. Was assigned THREE different rooms to find one that a tv would work! The property is DISGUSTING. Carpets are stained & dirty. I had gum or something sticky in my room. Hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, you can hear people above you which is very unpleasant. Was told breakfast was at 630 get down there & she says it's not ready until 7 then goes back there & says its ready ? Everything was ready to serve so i didnt understand her telling me it wasnt?? The entire property is worn down and outdated, and most of all DIRTY. It is located next to a nice shopping center, nice places to eat and the mall. But don't stay there, its trully disgusting.

We stayed for 5 days from Minnesota and it was so convenient driving around! Staff were very kind and friendly and breakfast was always on point with that waffle maker they got there!

No one should stay at this property until it is cleaned up. It had some very sketchy people working there and the surroundings made us feel scared about staying the night (which is sad because it is located right next to the mall and good eating establishments). We ended up leaving and the poor lady working the desk was in tears because ipeople checking in at the same time were complaining about keys not working, rooms being dirty etc. it was a real mess. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked it.

There was a lot of people just hanging out. I realize it was the weekend, but the people that were just hanging looked like that they had been there awhile. Not a place I will go back too. This seemed more like an extended stay type of environment than one that you are staying at for a short trip or a business trip.

I have stayed here multiple times. It is comfortable enough and I feel safe. The rooms have a small refrigerator and microwave. The location is convenient. The front desk clerk was accommodating with my request for a 1st floor unit. The staff was friendly upon arrival and departure. There were two minor issues during this visit: The shower was slow draining and the side door didn’t allow re-entry with my room key.

Long line for check-in at 4pm. Rooms still weren't ready for the two groups checking in ahead of us, luckily ours was ready. Room smelled of cigarette smoke covered by air freshener... yuck. Toilet slowed and would'nt fully flush, they brought a plunger fairly quick. The pool was okay but very chlorinated and 3-3.5' deep. Our smoke detector was covered by a bag.

This hotel was dirty, they didn’t have keys to hand out because of a system failure. There was blood on the walls, dirty unknowns all over carpet. There was a kitchen fire. Alarm and fire trucks at 6:30 am so no breakfast. No television connection. If you stay here- make sure your vaccinations are current.

Arrived to reception desk and felt as it was an inconvenience to disturb the lady who checked me in. Rate sheet sign off was slapped down with no instructions. Room had 1 towel and no shampoo and bed sheets were stained. They were replaced but the first image was very negative. Short staffed hotel made for a terrible breakfast experience. I was not expecting a 5 star meal, but everything was messy or lacking. Door to “kitchen” area was open revealing the mess continued beyond the public area. Another couple was offered semi frozen bagels that were being thawed in a microwave before the hotel employee suggested they didn’t want to microwave them anymore so it didn’t “taste weird”. Booking sites may want to up their game on cutting some of these dumps out of their offerings, otherwise it may give the impression that they as well don’t care about the customer.

Dirty, smelly, walls had blood and old food on them, hotel system was down so we didn’t have keys to room - had to get hotel manager to walk with us to open room every time we needed in, there was a fire at 6 am in the hotel kitchen, fire alarms, no breakfast, tv was not working… overall just really really bad and gross experience.

Check in was easy and we going the attendant to be most helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean with only minor issues, like the outside trash can and trash can in the dining area needed to be wiped down. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast and good!

It was a wonderful 1 night stay. The only negative was that they had no milk for cereal.
