The room was smaller that it looked in the pictures. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless the light d wasn’t on the tank. The elevator didn’t work.

I liked that they had a working hot tube and a pool. The gym is also adequate enough.

Quiet and clean. Hot tub was broken

Great place and Hot Tub and Pool were great and warm. We had new Mattresses and great hot breakfast.

Staff was great, hot tub was nice, never felt unsafe outside the property!! One issue we had was the shower door was falling off and I ended up being trapped inside the shower until I could get my husband awake, we would stay again!!!

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool but when we arrived the pool was not clean, water looked gross so we didn’t get into it. The hot tub was not hot or even warm enough to enjoy so we got out after putting our feet in it. The bed was comfortable though and they staff was quick about switching out the waffle mix.

Yuck. Homeless people hanging around area, and cutting through parking lot. Room was cramped, dirty and smelly. Horrible coffee. Loud AC. Hot tub was just above room temperature and barely had enough water to cover to soak in.

Rooms were clean as promised. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had good choices. Pool was green and chlorine was so overpowering that we could be in the room very long. Everything else was as stated on the website.

Excellent breakfast with wide variety. Coffee 24/7 also very good. Clean, warm pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Food nearby--pizza hut, restaurants inside Embassy Suites and other hotels. Clean, roomy rooms. Safe parking.

When I checked in I had to call multiple times to access the lobby and was greeted with a rude tone. When getting to my room the bed was totally stripped with no linen or comforter in the room. I went to the desk and was handed linens to make my own bed I refused the linens and asked for another room. Was given another room but the cleanliness was horrible. There was a Punic hair on the shower door. Bed sheets were dirty. Don’t recommend.

Brought my family down to Tulsa, and we wanted to stay somewhere that could comfortably fit all 4 of us and had breakfast and a pool. Breakfast and the pool were perfectly fine. However, when we started to get the pull out sofa ready for our kids, there was a large amount of mouse droppings under the cushions. I brought that to the attention of the front desk worker who got us into another comparable room. But the new room did not have the AC on previously, and we had to move at 9pm. Overall, it just put a sour note on the trip.

The property wasnt like in the photos. As i walked inside, i was starting to check in and saw a cockroach crawl up the counter where i stood. Good thing my friends called me as i seen it and i quickly left. I booked here at the wrong hotel. I reached out to Expedia customer service as i got to my car to refund and change my hotel. Expedia agent told me to wait until the next day as they had reached out and there was no management on site.. today expedia says they cannot refund me now as its passed the checkin time and the they can only refund if approved by that hotel property. Here is my take, i reached out to Expedia as soon as i realized 😳 it was the wrong hotel and i didnt want to mention thw roaches but when i looked at the google reviews from last wk i saw there had been reviews about cockroaches at this hotel recently too. I didnt get to stay here, saw a cockroach, and the place is rundown. I'm glad i didnt stay. Ugh... i cannot do cockroachs at all. I hope no one books here and i wished Expedia would advocate for us as customers more than the property management. Its hard for us to know how a property is like and works when all they have to do is make up "no manager is on site".

The rooms were dirty and dried “stuff” on the walls, paint chips missing in several areas, no hot water and endless marijuana stench and fumes down hallways, stairwells and through vents in rooms.

We got in late. Front desk clerk was friendly the whole check in process and so was the clerk in the morning. The issue was the first room I checked into had a horrendous mildew smell. I'm pregnant so my senses are stronger but even my friend couldn't handle it. Tried calling down to the desk and the phone didn't work. We went back to the desk to request another room and got our new keys. Upon trying to enter our new room neither key would work. My friend went downstairs to get new ones and luckily the clerk walked by to let me in. I walked in and the smell in the new room wasnt much better. Like mildew and faint cigarettes. We were so tired after being on the road for 12 hours that we gave up and cranked the AC to calm down the smell and froze all night as it was too hot outside to open the window. Cleanliness of the shower was questionable. There was minimal breakfast in the morning. Few eggs left and looked like they had been sitting a while. I opted for a yogurt and english muffin. I don't know if I got a bad cup but my coffee on the drive out started leaking from the bottom into the holder. Again the staff was nice but I was overall extremely disappointed in having spent any money here.

The staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. However the bathtub faucet constantly leaked and not just a little drip but a steady stream so we had to keep the door shut. The nightstand drawer also had trash in it.

Reasonable place for the price. Bed was on the firm side so partner loved that while I prefer a tiny bit softer. Room was clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was a nice size, bathroom small and did seem to need some minor work such as the shower head leaking. Bedding was clean and sheets soft. Breakfast was decent. I enjoyed the pancakes but orange juice was out. Over all I wouldn't be against staying again if the price stays reasonable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager was a great guy when I told him about a maintenance issue. The room was very clean, quiet and the bed was fantastic. Best mattress I have slept on in Tulsa over the past 9 years. The tv was huge and had so many channels. No complaints at all. Safe location, and while I didn't eat breakfast, it was complimentary and sure smelled good. This will be my go to hotel now for future travel to Tulsa, OK.

The only issue I had was I didn't have a lot of water pressure in the shower in my room. But I made do. The bed was comfortable, the tv and channel selection was great, the AC worked well and it was quiet.

Older hotel but room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was above average. Hotel staff were friendly.

A little outdated and they were having a housekeeping shortage when we got there, but they did their best. Could use a renovation. Otherwise, nothing bad to say about it.

Bed was pretty firm. Furniture was clean enough but really outdated. Bathroom very outdated, small, and only had a shower stall. Pool closed before we got there and was closed until 1 hour before checkout so we didn't get to utilize those facilities. Breakfast was constantly wiped out, we got tired of waiting for them to bring only a bowl of refills out at a time that was wiped out after 2 other guests went through the line, we eventually just gave up on breakfast and checked out.

The showers were tiny and though appeared to be clean - there were open containers on top of door so not really sure it was clean, i would have expected they would notice that. The room smelled weird.

Didn’t like small rooms

The tv did not work and we had to go to the front desk for the tv remote, the refrigerator did not work, and the phone in the room did not work. There was blood on the bedding. The beds was not comfortable. The front desk person did not want to help us with anything that was wrong. Did not want to twitch just rooms.

Staff is always exceptional!!

Not good at all! elevator was out of order, gave no warning, had to do stairs with lots of luggage, one room on 2nd floor , the other on the 3rd. One person we have is partially handicap, they had no options available to help, so had to struggle up the stairs. Double charged for one of the rooms. The guy at the counter was rude and disrespectful, just shrugged his shoulders about HIS mistake. Was told owner would call to fix the double charges, never heard from her. I have called over and over trying to get it corrected.

Customer service is not great. Even though the website says your deposit could take 5-7 days to return it will take longer than that and they are no help at trying to figure out why. The bank says they have not released the deposit and the hotel is saying they did. The problem still hasn't been solved.

Every time I have stayed here I have always been treated so well, everyone always greets you with a smile, they talk to me with respect, they are always clean, and they really do have the best breakfast.... ❤️

The staff could not find my reservation upon arrival until I showed them the confirmation Email. The handwriting on the Door key was unreadable, so I was unable to read it. This caused me to attempt to get into the wrong room. The cleaning staff opened the door to allow me to enter. I booked a handicapped-accessible room, but the room I received was not. I will avoid this motel in the future when visiting Tulsa.

Took me 2 hours to check in because they couldn’t find my reservation when I had already paid for it, showed my receipt and all, then had to pay for it again just because I had to get dressed and be at a show, very inconvenient and was late for my show

The room was very nice..the hotel was nice....the lady that checked us in was kinda of nonchalant.. I was not greeted when we walked in she looked at us like what are we doing here..she didn't explain any rules or let us know the time for the Continental breakfast...no eye contact or anything

The homeless people. We were on the first floor of the hotel and a homeless man kept knocking on the window. Reported to the front desk. Lot of homeless people in the area.

I stayed a week at this Sleep Inn. It was quiet, clean and the staff was very helpful. It had all you could want in a moderately priced hotel. The only slight drawback was the amount of homeless folks wandering the area.

Location was convenient to convention facility; limited breakfast choices (same daily), room telephone didn't work, toilet handle loose & came off, television guide non-existent and could not tell what was on any station, minimal additions to the room---i.e. shampoo, soap, etc. Evening front desk clerk nice & tried to be helpful but had no ability to solve issues. Rooms were clean & towels changed daily.

We loved the heated pool and hot tub and that it was close to the places we wanted to go. It was a family staycation!!

We loved the hotel! It felt very nice and in good condition for the price. We loved the indoor pool and the large buffet breakfast. It was also very safe and comfortable the entire time were there. I will pick this hotel next time I am in Tulsa for sure!

Ive stayed at several budget hotels in Tulsa over thanksgiving weekend for the last 10 years, and this was easily the nicest of the lower cost places. Very clean and comfortable room, simple breakfast was always ready and available, good lighting in parking lot. Front desk was friendly and For the money this was a great place.

I absolutely loved this place and the people running it and working there are amazing! Not gonna list everything but i love everything about it. Super clean, quiet, everything's new and smelled great. Has an awesome pool and hottub and everything was maintained well. Staff were all polite and helpful. Best sleep I've had in a long while. Showers are the BEST! Have an awesome breakfast with eggs n Bacon and even PANCAKES! conveniently located there's a mcdonalds you can walk to there's a Walmart 3 miles away. Cracker Barrel basically next door. This will always be where I stay when I need a hotel in Tulsa! or need to recommend one to anyone. One that's even more affordable than all the others that offers way more in the end! Just stay here and SLEEP INN!!!! :)

I had originally reserved for 2 nights, the first night i tried to get a refund on the 2nd night as i witnessed drug transactions going on between 2 individuals thru the wrought iron fencing. I was told by the woman that I'd have to wait until the morning because it was paid for and he'd have to give me the refund. I brought all valuables(including my firearm) into the room that night and there were people steady walking back and forth thru the parking lots. The next morning I go to ask for a refund and cancel the next night's stay and he refused staying that i was there on a discounted rate and it cost over 100/ night originally which was NOT the truth. I had viewed that it fact was the rate that i had in fact paid. The only thing that he was willing to do was change my room and that's it. Upon entering the next room i instantly started having an allergy attack as it had an awful smell of mildew & despair. I wasn't able to get sleep ALL NIGHT! I didn't completely get my things out of the room and didn't realize until late that i had left my locked box with my firearm in the previous room. I immediately called the hotel upon realizing and they stated that they didn't find it. I told them that if they hadn't found it that means they didn't clean the room as it was in the desk. At that point it was considered stolen because if it wasn't there the housekeeper or other staff has it. So I immediately went through the steps and made a police report with TPD. I'LL NEVER GO BACK

Whwn we arrived after booking online they charged another $100. Then got to our room and the sheets were nasty af. Then the pool closes at 10p qnd doesnt open til 10a when check out is at 11a. The front desk dude was very short with me. The breakfast was trash the eggs were watery and the milk was old. Very disappointed.

The room we stayed in had burnt out lights in the bathroom, the phone didn't work and the bedding is plastic feeling and uncomfortable. The coffee was old and burnt tasting in the evening and in the morning they ran out of coffee, sausage and orange juice. The hotel has gotten much worse in the past couple of years, likely due to staff.

The property was nice overall, but unfortunately, there were some plumbing issues during our stay. The water was shut off from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., which was inconvenient. Additionally, the waffles served at breakfast had a chemical aftertaste. While this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, since the breakfast items appear to be supplied by a third-party company whose branding is prominently displayed, it did affect the overall experience.

As a whole The hotel wasn't that bad. A couple of the rooms, I had 6 rooms for my group. In my room that toilet seat, was broken? One of the other rooms they had to have it reclean and even at the end of the visit, they still found condoms wrappers under the bed. The rooms had refrigerators and microwave which they were clean to my knowledge. There were people who smoked in the hotel even though it was a non-smoking hotel. I do have the request for handicap accessibility to be improved. We had People who struggled it's not having grab bars, not having it Ada toilet, which means it wasn't tall enough. And it was difficult for her in the bathroom. They only have one luggage cart, which means we all get to take turns or carry everything up in several trips. They do have hot breakfast in the morning. But their juice machine was down every day that we were there. Inspite all the things that I mentioned above. It's not a bad hotel. We'll stay there again, but I just need to pay attention to the little details like that.

I booked at this hotel because we have stayed at other Sleep Inns and always had such good hospitality and for the breakfast. There is a bus station or something across the street so there are so many transients walking around. This particular hotel had a pancake machine but the attendant refused to refill the mix. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
