It was a very nice place for the price. There ended up being a pool as well which was a surprise. Only complaint is the ice machine cannot be accessed after 10 pm and no vending machines onsite but not a big deal at all. Staff was very friendly.

The pool was closed. Apparently it closes after Labor Day which is stupid! All around the back and side of the hotel are homeless. Not sure if they ever come on the property but don’t go walking around by yourself. If the homeless are there to stay, the price should not be so high. I won’t be staying there again, for the reasons stated above.

The staff was friendly and heplful. Honestly we weren’t expecting much with the price but our room was clean and sufficient. The pool and restaurant on the property was a bonus. We weren’t spending much time here so we weren’t looking for anything extra.

It's a fairly straightforward motel. It is an older building with no elevator, but the rooms appear to have been painted recently. It's on a busy commercial street, but not overly loud. A fairly decent breakfast joint shares a parking lot with the hotel and there is a patio from the restaurant that overlooks the hotel's pool. The beds weren't too comfortable, and the blinds let a lot of light in - so don't expect a deep sleep. It is pet friendly though with a service fee, so that's all that mattered for my crew.

Check in staff was friendly and professional. Really made us feel welcome. Everything was clean and it was very pleasant to sit by the pool. The restaurant right in the parking lot was handy.

Very good for the price. Clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. They had security cameras in parking lot and they could check it from front desk offic, which was very good. Fresh coffee in the morning. 5 minutes away from downtown with car.

Stayed one night. Room was spotless and comfortable. Maids did some amazing things with the towels and made roses with the toilet paper. We really thought that this was a special touch!

There was blood on my pillow under the pillowcase, which makes me wonder whether they saw it and didnt toss it or if they didnt change the linen...the drain was clogged because there was so much hair in it(not mine btw). The street we were next to had a bunch of homeless people living there and were loud into the night. Then the lady at the front desk that checked us in kept bad mouthing the other lady that pre-checked us in which seemed really unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I stayed at this hotel 8/30-9/1/25 and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. On my last day, I discovered a bed bug in the room. This was extremely stressful and concerning, and I immediately reported it. Management initially promised to comp two nights of my stay, but instead I was charged $318. I was also told another $489 would be refunded, but that has not been processed. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this directly, including waiting for a manager call that never came, the hotel has not followed through. Dealing with bed bugs is upsetting enough, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation worse. I have now had to escalate this to my bank. I would gladly update this review if the hotel resolves the charges and honors their original commitments, but as of now, I cannot recommend staying here.

Nice stay. Front desk was super friendly and room was clean. Nothing fancy but was decent for the two nights we spent there.

The sheets on the bed were not clean. There were black hairs on the sheets.

Room was excellent and very clean!

Quick and easy motel option, very simplistic. There was a small bit of black mold on the corner of our shower curtain, otherwise everything was clean.

Drove the 101 down the coast and stayed day 4 in Bend. I pre-booked my other rooms months in advance (after much research) and this room was a last minute booking. This room was the nicest and the cleanest and also the least expensive by almost 3 times the amount of the others. Highly recommend!

Blood on the bottom mattress sheet/cover. Yellow stains on 2 of the pillow cases, mattress was hard as a rick. Bad smell from a/c unit, door not secure with light coming thru the door frame. Toilet splashed water out of the bowl each time when flushing, b4 sucking the water down. Loud guests stomping around upstairs. No vending machine. Pool was very small & right next to a lounge/bar, under their outlooking windows. Strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Close to downtown, and reasonable price. The room was clean. Room decoration was nice for this price point. The bed was a little too firm for my taste. The wall separating my room from the adjacent room was very thin and a lot of noise from next-door came through as well as from outside on the walkway..

The king size bedroom is larger than most 2 star hotels. It has a couch to sit on while watching TV or reading, instead of laying in bed. We were happy it accepted pets.

The room was fine, exactly as described and depicted in their pictures. The bed was comfortable enough. The internet is slow and intermittent, so bring a hotspot if you have one. The walls are very thin, so hopefully your neighbors aren't too "noisy" as ours were for a few nights. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. No breakfast, but there are enough sit down and fast food joints in the vicinity. The Old Mill area and other areas of interest are nearby. The primary negative is the surrounding areas. Be aware that the street directly behind the motel (2nd Ave) is a primary thoroughfare and living area for a significant number of homeless.

I just stayed in a different, "fancier" hotelthe night before this stay, and even though this place is half the price it is really quite perfect. Everything functions really well. The bed was very comfortable, I was able to request between two empty rooms, and the concierge was delightful and charming. There are many outlets conveniently placed so I am able to plug-in and charge all my things. There is a nice big nook with a rack to put my luggage. the curtains typical of this type of hotel. And the condition of the property is excellent. My expectations are usually low for motels, but this one surprised me... it looks like they paid attention to the details when they upgraded and installed the finishes.. and the nice finishing touch is that they made little rosette's and fans with the toilet paper and towels period I love that attention to detail! It's those little things that sets a motel apart. I mean, everything just worked and the place felt like a lot of attention was paid to the details. Anytime I am in Bend, I would definitely stay here!

The room was clean and our stay was nice. The beds were hard and not warm enough, the sheets/blanket was quite thin. Also, the pillows are very thin and small. Regardless, for the price I would consider staying again.

The pool was closed for season already & it was 88 the day we arrived. The desk clerk was very friendly. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. I’m not sure what was on our floor & I am not sure I want to know. I will say the bathtub was extremely clean. The walls are paper thin. Whatever the bed spread is made of is rough & bedding should not be made of it. The bed is probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried to sleep on.

Room 120 had a broken security chain on the door. Burned out light bulbs. The tinyest pillows I have ever seen and VERY firm bed. Room was clean.

The staff and cleanliness were great at this hotel. The walls however are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you like they are in your room. But overall it was good value.

The HVAC unit is very noisy. Can't sleep.

***WARNING TO ALL VISITORS*** This motel will take photos front and back of every driver's license in your party (even if they didn't purchase the room) or will not give you a room. The policy reason given for this is "in case someone damages our hotel we can track them down". The policy provided was not an actual privacy agreement but instead a public blog post printed off the internet. Nowhere on Expedia or their website was this mentioned as a policy. During a time of increased fraud and identity theft, this is very concerning. I spoke with the county sheriff and he agreed with my statement in how unusual and concerning it is, recommending we stay vigilant about identity theft or other fraud. After requesting the photos be deleted, they refused. The building and rooms were fine but this type of behavior will make me never want to return. This experience was reported to Expedia who agreed with our concern of the unsafe handling of private information. Also to be clear, this was a prepaid booking, they had my information and card on file for incidentals, and they immediately took a photograph of my drivers license upon check in without permission. They then required the same of EVERY person staying in my party. The front desk clerks (although just doing their job and what they were told) could not help resolve any of the issues or get us in contact with any form of management.

Every person we met at the desk was kind and professional and interested in us. Something you don’t see very often these days.

Staff questioned me very aggressively about my personal marijuana/vape use upon check-in before they'd hand over keys. I'm not even sure if that is legal. The room was clean, but had musty odor. The doors between adjoining rooms are hollow-core and provide no privacy or sound deadening. Both nights I had loud, drunken guests next door. I had to leave the second night's stay at 3am as the guests next door had beer on the balcony and were exceptionally loud. I went to the front desk to request help and it was locked up with no signage. I rang the bell multiple times and waited to no avail. Upon calling for a refund the front desk keeps telling me I "should have pressed 0 on my phone" (there was no indication on how to contact a staff person in the lobby or room that I saw at 3 in the morning),and refrencing a non-existent "manager" who is supposed to call me back and will not. Don't waste your time and money staying here.

Best Hotel staff EVER!!!!

I had multiple issues due to THIS WEBSITE but luckily the staff at the hotel knows you people screw up CONSTANTLY and were graciously willing to help me through the process. I will NEVER book through Expedia ever again.

Both ladies at the front desk were super sweet and respectful! The staff was amazing and very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

The check-in was a breeze. The lady that checked me in gave me quite a few suggestions about restaurants in the area. The room was comfortable. Somewhere between 9:00pm and 1:00am the person in the room above us sounded like he/she was up and down, very loud walking noises. Made it difficult to sleep. When I booked the reservation, I did not realize that the area around the motel is quite undesirable...lots of homeless transients. I was concerned about walking my dog at night, but luckily I did not have any issues.

This was the perfect place for us to stay to attend a show at Hayden Holmes amphitheater.

It is convenient location BUT don’t like the number of homeless behind the motel near Bimart! It’s packed by evening and many do not pick up after themselves.

Great location a little over a mile from Hayden homes. Easily walkable and really nice touch with the candy bowl and lollipops up at the front desk. Clean, comfy rooms, nothing special except the price and location!

It is in a run down neighborhood with about twenty homeless people right around the corner. Didn’t feel safe

Very comfortable room and easy parking. Could hear the neighbors at 4 in the morning, but otherwise quiet. The restaurant across the parking lot has great breakfasts.

Restaurant was only open until 2 PM. We arrived at 3:30 and hadn't eaten all day. Found restaurant about a mile away. Otherwise 😃.

I booked this hotel because it wasn't far off the 97 freeway. The listing stated breakfast was included and they had a restaurant. When I checked in, I was told there was no breakfast, and the restaurant was closed. I would not have booked this motel if I had know this.

Good place to stay in Bend, reasonable price and central location. Friendly staff, easy check in, restaurant on property.

Bare bones, but clean. Don’t expect a coffee maker or free breakfast in the morning, that’s just not this places vibe. But it is fairly quiet, convenient and the staff is really friendly. We stayed there several times and haven’t been disappointed. The restaurant next-door makes a fantastic breakfast and is about 20 yards away from the motel itself.
