They are remodeling. We were charged $600 for an outdated room with uncomfortable beds. The pool was nice. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was great. Just outdated overpriced and a bit noisy.

We stayed for a ski trip, myself and my children, 10 and 12. I really struggled between a 4 and 5, because it was really a great value, but some things could still have been better. I would recommend this as a great budget option that is just about as close to MtBachelor as you'll get, and close to lots of restaurants. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good for the price. I would stay there again. The room was surprisingly spacious and had lots of drawers and cabinets. Nitpicks are that the sofa bed was not super comfortable, but since it was just for a kid it was no big deal. The blankets were quite cheap - would like to have had a comforter. The jets in the hot tub didn't work, and it could have been hotter, but still great to have. Some of the high cabinets had some crumbs in them, and there weren't spatulas etc in the room - but I know you could get them from the front desk. Staff was great - we even left a cup my daughter got for Christmas and they are mailing it to me for the cost of shipping, and did so without complaint. Very friendly, which I like a lot. So overall exceeded expectations for such an inexpensive price.

Property overall was great. We were seeing a show at the amphitheatre near by so it was in a great location. They were doing a lot of construction on the property so noise, machines and debris in the parking lot.

My husband and I were impressed. Continental breakfast was superior. Staff was amazing. I would give a five star but the jets on the hot tub. We’re not working the weekend we were there. Other than that we would stay again no matter what.

Kitchen was clean and fully furnished. Hot tub was excellent. Staff was very friendly, informative and helpful.

Lovely check in with Andrea. Very lovely hotel rooom. We had the renovated room. The little kitchen in the room was great. All supplies needed. Only complaint is the beed was super hard. It made it hard to get comfortable and sleep well. The temperature of the room was perfect. Thermostat on wall and it worked good. They had a wonderful breakfast with egg options. Pato fire was nice but only if no rain as its not covered. The hot tub was perfect and appreciated it being open toll 10pm.

Room was spacious and clean, but did feel a bit like we were in a basement than a comfortable room. Hotel does have EV charging, but will let any vehicle park in the space. We were needing to charge, however there was a large diesel truck in the space. We talked the the front desk staff, who said they wouldn't require the truck to move.

This was our 4th trip to Bend to visit with family and enjoy the area. This is the best place for us! 5 adults and two small/medium dogs stayed for a week. Very clean rooms! Not particularly fancy but very functional and comfortable! We stayed in a suite that had two beds and a sofa bed along with a kitchenette and two bathrooms. The photos in the booking showed a large fridge but the small one ended up being enough, as we ate out most of the time. The sofa bed had an ottoman making it easy to relax before bedtime and doubled as a coffee table with the wooden cover. There was also an accent chair, and a large dining table with two chairs. The kitchenette was handy, as family wanted a couple of home-cooked meals (they are young adults now). Dishware provided as well as cookware and utensils. Dishwasher, dish soap and dishwasher detergent were provided, as well as dish towels and kitchen towels. The free breakfast was a good start to the day. But we ate a couple of times at the Original Pancake House sharing the same parking lot! It was amazingly good. The orange juice tasted fresh-squeezed. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby, but drip coffee makers only in the room. Prepared for this, we brought filters and ground coffee, but the hotel coffee was not actually bad. Beds are very comfortable, bedding was also comfy. Location was excellent! Did not use the pool, tubed the river, instead! Laundry room was good. Lots of dogs, pet friendly, and not one whiff of them!

This property is great for popping up to the Mt. B. It is older with paint peeling in bathrooms but it was very clean. They are set up for breakfast to go on your way to the hill. Not far from Old Mill or WestSide restaurants. The bed was good, and my kid said the sofa bed was decent. Great for price.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly upon arrival, but that was the only nice thing about my stay. I was surprised that rooms are only serviced after the third day of your stay. I had to request a cleaning just to get the trash bins emptied. This was a room with a small kitchenette so one would assume if you are cooking, there would be food waste in the trash and before three days there would be definite smells. Also there was black mold between the back wall of the shower and the ceiling. I have stayed here in years past but I will not return. Not great quality of rooms and services for the price.

I really enjoyed this property and my room. Everything from the excellent service and friendly staff to the cleanliness of the room and property. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great scenic views from the back deck. Clean and well maintained. Did have to wait an hour after check-in time due to cleaning staff still in the place. Overall great experience.

Older property, nice view of the parking lot 😂. Bed was OK, pretty firm. The bathroom was TINY! You had to step in, turn to rven close the door.

We've stayed here many times since it's a great dog friendly place centrally located. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the room needed some work. Specifically the Television which looked to be about 15 years old and was in a strange location to the side of the bed. Additionally the matress was probably older tha. The TV and was not comfortable and was in desperate need of changing.

Room was freshly remodeled and clean. Breakfast was decent and the location was great. Just a 15 minute walk to Hayden Homes amphitheater. We will definitely consider this location when we attend concerts in the future.

Staff was absolutely lovely. The location and room set up were great. Walking distance to the Hayden Holms Amphitheater. Rooms were spacious and kitchenette was nicely stocked. There was some aging of the room visible but overall an excellent stay. Our whole group would staybl here again.

Great location for access to Mt. Bachelor. We had two separate but connected rooms, so it was easy to put our kids in one and us in the other. Breakfast was excellent. No problems with check-in or parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. The dishwasher in our room was a bit old and you had to slam it shut to get it to run (I'm told we were in one of the non-renovated rooms). The bathroom in the parents room wasn't great, with a faucet that leaked unless you press real hard on the nozzle, and sometimes we wouldn't get hot water in the shower (and the shower nozzle was loose, so it was hard to adjust the temperature). Overall it was a good stay, with a few issues.

Perfect setup! Full apt size fridge with actual freezer, microwave, stovetop, and even a dishwasher. Comfy bed (foam was a little warm for this hot sleeper) perfect options of pillows. Will stay again.

Showed up for a guys weekend at Bachelor. Gave us an early check-in. Easy check-in. Free upgrade to bigger room. Breakfast in the morning. Average sized hotub. Easy walking to a selection of bars/restaurants. Small kitchen in room. Worked out great. Friendly staff

Got it at a steal of a deal for 3 nights. Some renovations, but no big deal. Spacious rooms with a kitchenette in a good part of Bend. Tucked away. Easy access to Old Mill and 97. Recommend.

Great location close to old mill district

The breakfast was top notch with so much variety and many options even gluten free breads. Area was safe, nice, quiet, staff were super friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend and will return when in town.

Breakfast adequate but not great. Problems with door lock

This is a budget hotel similar to a Hampton Inn but with a kitchenette added to the entry way. We just stayed overnight but found the location to be conducive to a short drive to downtown in the evening and a walk the next morning to the Deschutes River. Breakfast may be the best I've had at a budget hotel: many oatmeal toppings including walnuts and jam, egg muffins, and packaged quiche-like egg dishes. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast attendant Sophie. Was quiet - location is on a two lane road in town.
