Courtyard Dallas Medical Market Center

Staff was very kind. Upon initial check in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. I went down again and was granted a room request on the 1st floor after discovering how slow the elevator ran. Overall, it’s an old property and it shows. There was mildew in the base of the shower and a cockroach in the bathroom. Snack area was very poorly stocked. Thankfully, we were in the room a very short time; bed was comfy and AC worked well.

It was convenient to where we wanted to walk and nothing bad to say. Normal experience.

Had a great stay, home was comfortable, bed was comfortable. I was only in town for one day.

Very conveniently located and the room was cold, just like we like it.

Housekeeping doesn’t clean daily. TV was WiFi but bad signal so it kept going out. No coffee in the lobby early morning. Elevator is ancient and very slow. I wouldn’t have stayed there except I didn’t have a choice.
