It appeared under repair. The entrance was closed for construction. Had to find a way in thru a thunderstorm. Given directions to use a side entrance that was out of order. Reservations was for 1 king room and two queen room. Got two queen rooms. Tv remote did not work. Had to manually run the tv. Not what we expected from Courtyard Marriot

TERRIBLE WIFI, couldn't complete any tasks. Thankfully there was a starbucks close by. Our door was not sealed on the bottom, the peep hole cover was broken, the bathtub had scum, stains on chair. Alongside these issues, every time we called the front desk, no one answered but when we would come downstairs , there was an employee (male) that was on his phone and only stood up every time we passed by. So unfortunate because this place has a lot of potential to be great - it just wasnt for us. After checking out, there was a person blowing leaves away and once I got into my car, leaf-blew my front window and there were no leaves to even blow. Completely unprofessional. I can see why the prices are low for this hotel. Wouldn't recommend but had to stick it out.

First, the entrance was blocked off by construction fencing. It was advertised that it had a restaurant but all they had was a breakfast bar. There was two different internet portals. One for the room one for the lobby. When I explained this to the manager he wouldn’t believe me even after I demonstrated it. The kitchen was short staffed so breakfast was cut off early when they had a group meeting. This was was the worst managed Courtyard I have stayed at ever. Since I had to do my business work in the lobby I heard multiple complaints at the front desk.

The outside was an eyesore to say the least. The whole front entrance was being repaired so you couldn’t even pull up front to check in. The room was ok but breakfast wasn’t included as we thought it was.

Had to get the room key reprogramed 3X. Closest outside door to parking would not work as the scanner was out of order. Bed was too stiff. Shower control valve leaked profusely. Room phone did not work. Hall carpet was dirty and worn out. There was one ice machine on the ground floor and it was quite a hike to get to it. The ice machine did work well and was appreciated.

Downstairs door entry from parking lot was open when we entered the first floor. Did not have to use the security key to room. Room was smelly so we moved to 3rd floor. AC kept me awake because it make so much noise. Beds are very lumpy because it is a very old hotel. Would not choose it again.....don't know how it got such a high rating,.

Got drinks from the bar and headed out by the pool area around 3/4pm. A mouse ran across the grass and down into a hole. Against my better judgement, we didn't turn around and continued to the sitting area. Not even 10 minutes later, a mouse came out of no where and laid up against the wall on the balcony. We immediately requested a refund which the Front Desk was nice about, she didn't apologize but she was nice.

Their housecleaning service is quite subpar. Firstly, you have to request for housekeeping on a daily basis, and often they forget to clean the room. You have to request it the night before, and remind them before you leave for the day.

The actual courtyard and pool area was over run with rats. Unfortunately our room was a first floor so the infestation was right outside of our door. It’s terrible that the owner’s of this facility choose not to do anything about this.

There was dried blood splattered on the wall above the bed. Various other stains on the walls. All the floors were sticky. The cups for coffee looked like they had been used before. There was no plastic wrapper over them. The room had a strong musty smell. The shower surround and the curtain had stains.

The smell of the room was terrible. It was the smell from the humidity even if AC was on. Friends who stay with us also mentioned the same thing so the bad smell seems to be consistent with all the rooms. AC noise was too loud to sleep. We ended up turning off and suffered from the heat. Water stain on the wall bothered us. Two dead cockroaches in the closet and bathroom welcomed us when we first entered the room.

I traveled alone on business, and typically during these trips, I pretty much just want a clean space to sleep and get some work done. I was totally grossed out by the appearance of this property. The hallways were poorly lit, looked like some of the lights were not functional, but despite the darkness, the stained and soiled dark color carpet was that covered the floor (hallway and room), was highly visible. The place had a musky, damp odor, which they tried unsuccessfully, to hide with some kind of fragrant spray. The room was dark, with insufficient lighting. This place just felt and looked dirty. Housekeeping barged into the room about 3 minutes after I closed the door behind me and said they were there to clean, that made me wonder whether the room I was checked into, was still not cleaned. I politely left the room and property so it could be cleaned. It was a long day, and I was really tired, but I will never make this mistake again. I really expected more from the Marriott Brand!!

Well, when I got to the room, you had a high humidity humidity, but I never really checked on too much of anything brought my PS five with me and turn it on and entertain the family before it was bedtime. I turned it off and went to sleep I proceeded to wake up the next morning, my PlayStation wouldn’t start and it was light and we had the windows open and light on. We seem to notice that the room has always been with moisture because I noticed some spots on the wall and on the ceiling in the corner, and they appeared to be mold

Parking was convenient, check-in was smooth and the location was good. The hotel smelled pretty bad; like mildew and the carpet near the elevators was stained. Rooms were decent for the price. I’d say the hotel needs some updates.

I missed breakfast but was given tea for free. Had trouble getting cold water out of shower and also getting reception on tv(channels were scrambled)but response was immediate. Room smelled musty but I was able to open door on balcony.

The room was almost fully dark once the sun went down. It only had a small lamp that I had to find with my phone flashlight. It barely lit the room. The heater was unbelievably loud, but somehow the bathroom was not heated and didn’t have any ventilation that I could find. I had to run the hottest possible shower for 5 minutes to get the bathroom warm enough to use. Overall a very inconvenient stay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property has recently been redone and everything was "fresh" and "new" feeling. The only complaint was that the electrical outlets on the beside tables did not work on either side.

Shower head was set to drive the water through your body, no way to adjust water pressure. Temperature went from tepid to HOT without warning. Bar was not open on a Saturday night. Staff was difficult to understand and not very personable.

Once I made it to check in, i was made aware the hotel did not have any rooms. The hotel did not provide any accommodations for the inconvenience or anything. Just said they didn’t have anything available and gave me a refund for not the full amount. Highly unacceptable!

Check in was not easy. They would not accept my debit or credit card for the room hold. Apparently they do no accept Chime. Expedia mentions that a deposit/hold is required but nowhere does it say they will refuse certain cards. Terrible experience.

Property was full of homeless people looking for handouts and begging to anyone walking through the parking lot. There were also numerous women eliciting paid services in the area. When attempting to check in, the front desk staff and 2 guests were yelling at each other, making the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.

Pulled up to location, after passing a homeless tent camp next to it. I walked in, asked if my reservation was refundable ( it was not, told the front desk my name, told him I would not be staying, lost $100 ( I am on Social Security) and left the property. Your company is better than this. I booked it based on your name. So disappointed in Marriott.

Previous reviews suggested this might be an adventurous stay with cleanliness issues. Check in was fine and fast. Room was clean and comfortable despite previous reviews suggesting otherwise. Room was functional, bed comfortable. Area accessible to major highways, plenty of food options nearby. This was a pleasant surprise.

My hotel.com reservation was a king with a sleeper sofa. Got to my room, two queens. I went to the receptionist and told there was a mistake and tried to tell her showing my confirmation on my phone, she told me that was all she had. Breakfast area was close for remodeling, but there was no remivoing on.

Not enough lighting in room. Toilet ran all the time. Unable to set fan on constant. Coffee was not delivered to room as promised. Breakfast was "provided" but you had to pay for it. You can't even get a cup of coffee without buying it. We will not stay at a Marriott Courtyard again.

No Bistro. Squeaky loud shower doors in one room and toilet running water on the other. The front desk personnel were nice and tried to help. I don't think the maintenance personnel support the front desk. This hotel needs more attention.

I like the employees at the front desk. One of them is an aspiring musician, yet he loves the hospitality business. I wish him the best. My concern was the closed Bistro, squeaky shower glass doors in one room and a toilet running water in another. This hotel facility needs closer attention.

There was no food at this property. When I booked and paid for the room online, there was no mention of the Bistro being under renovation. There was no vouchers to get food from surrounded area. In fact, their web site still states hot breakfast included which was not the case.
