$20 paid parking everyday just for it to be packed on the weekend. There was one working elevator the entire stay and like I mentioned it got packed on the weekend. $50 to stay later on checkout day. So yeah I give it 2/5 poor hotel under the circumstances of being there on a 4 day stay for a concert.

We are Dallas Stars fans and travel to Dallas a few times a month to see the games. We have stayed in many Dallas hotels and this is our favorite. Price is right, free shuttle to game, nice bar and very nice employees. We will be back!

The overall stay was great. We were in town for a concert. The hotel was beautiful. It was clean and all supplies were stocked. The buffet breakfast was expensive for the selection but the food was good. There were only like 3 options other than the "general continental breakfast", I did not feel the options were adequate for the price. The AC in the room kept going off and swapping back to a higher temp. We would come in and it would be cool in the room, but during the times we were in the room it would get warm. One of the elevators were not working so it was inconvenient to have to wait 3 or more cycles to be able to access the elevator. The location was near where we were going and close to restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, very good experience. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Did not like we could not watch anything. We had to log into our Netflix account to watch tv. Also that parking was $20 a night. A bit pricey for parking where you are paying to stay.

This hotel is horrible. With only two elevators servicing 11 floors, and one of said elevators not in working condition throughout our entire 2.5 day stay, we spent a lot of time at the elevator bank. And there were no apologies from staff. Once we got to our room upon check-in, we found one double bed. My Hotels.com reservation paid for two double beds, yet the staff blamed the error on Hotels.com booking the wrong type of room. I was forced to pay - again - for the upgrade. The air conditioner worked well, but there was no way to keep the fan on, so we heard every single thing, including our neighbors yelling early in the morning (thin walls), a strange humming that seemed electrical in nature, and delivery trucks with music blaring before daybreak. Upon taking the first shower, we discovered that the body wash was either out or the pump jammed; we had to use the facial soap bar for our bodies. We will never stay at this hotel again.

My room was dirty between the bed and stuff on wall. The closet didn’t work was broke. This room looks like was put together with different furniture. The shower tile was dirty.told the guy down stairs he didn’t do anything just look. Very disappointed

Our room was filthy. The drain in the shower did not drain properly had to shower and clean thoroughly by housekeeping they would’ve noticed. The headboards were absolutely disgusting. One of the pillowcases was extremely dirty. The bathroom smelled awful. The toilet leaks and barely flushes. Best part was the water bottles at the front desk and the delicious cookies. I tried calling the front desk however it just rang and rang, and nobody answered.

Property was not like the picture at all besides the pool area. Very dim lighting in east floor. Low ceilings, and very small rooms. Felt very uncomfortable and like we couldn’t even unpack our luggage because it would be too crowded in the room.

Overall enjoyed our stay and the staff were professional and friendly. The room was a little stuffy but my biggest compliment was how thin the walls were. We enjoyed our weekend but didn’t get much sleep due to hearing every single noise and conversation word for word from the room right next to us.

Great hotel and area. Unfortunately, the hotel room had some concerns: Clogged tub, low pressure water. Loud drilling noise from a neighboring room. TV channels and WiFi not always working. When I asked the hotel front desk, they waived it off. They offered to give me a different room, I declined because I had already unpacked and settled in. Overall, nice place but will never book again. Additionally, the hotel attendants were not the friendliest. This included a gal named Lindsey and a tall gentleman (didn’t get his name). Very “upity” with their attitude. It didn’t feel comfortable to ask them questions about local eateries or places to get a drink. I thought about asking for a manager call back, but just not worth the time. Zero customer service… #dissappointed

My stay was just ok. The staff was not very welcoming, would like me right in my face no smile or anything the demeanor made me uncomfortable immediately. However, the check in process was super easy which was a plus. The room was ok, but some upgrades needs to be made to the restroom. everything was outdated and the toilet had an old school public bathroom flushing handle which gave me the Ick instantly. All my all it was an ok stay for 1 night.

This was very disappointing. After a 16 hour drive, we checked in late (we called and were told it was fine), front desk was very rude, didn’t say more than “ you’re checking in NOW?” And put the key on the counter. The room was dirty, stains on the pillow cases, remote and phone sticky with dirt, bathroom so small you couldn’t even open and close the door without swiping against the sink and toilet. Dust on everything. No coffee in lobby or room. Had to go buy it in restaurant. Really?? No maid service or towel replacement next day, had to call desk for towels and they asked questions before reluctantly bringing us the bare minimum we needed. This place is in desperate need of upgrades of rooms and staff! Won’t be here again. Hilton should not have its name on this hotel!

It was good. We enjoyed our stay overall and had a good time going to the concert we were in town for. There is a little to be desired in that within the first five minutes of arrival we witnessed a seemingly under the influence homeless person chase two pedestrians down the street right across from us. Everyone was okay but it did affect our perception of the place. The location isn't the best in our opinion I guess.

The hotel was conveniently placed near downtown Dallas. I really like the fact that it had a in-house restaurant and bar. The hotel was very clean and exactly what she would think of in a big city. I would recommend staying at this hotel the next time I stay in Dallas.

Great stay. Clean, comfortable room and helpful, friendly staff. We stayed one night to attend a concert at Dallas Silo, which is within walking distance. The approximately 15 min. walk to the venue was along a nice paved trail that had sufficient lighting that we felt safe enough to walk back when the concert was over at 2 am. There were also a couple of great restaurants within walking distance.

Hidden fees everywhere. I chose this hotel for the "free" wifi and the looks of the pool. Little did i know there was a fee for streaming wifi. There's a $15 per night plus tax parking fee. There's city and state tax added to each night stay, about $17 worth per night. The "continental breakfast" was $16 for stale bread. The $19 breakfast was soupy eggs, tasteless potatoes, hard bacon, or made to order "omelets" which i could have made better drunk. I ended up eating a bagel... that i paid $20 for. The maid service made our bed, took off the duvet cover and left it off for the rest of our stay. They never gave us more coffee or cups. I had to keep asking the front desk for more. The beach towels for the pool were the size of a hair towel but were scratchy enough for any itch. Dont let me forget, if you used the microwave, the tv and refrigerator would shut off while it was on. I will never again stay at a Hilton. At least not this type. I bet Paris wouldnt even last a night.

Was there for a business trip. The front desk welcome you with two nice warm cookies. Liked the cookies and the complementary toothpaste and toothbrush. They did not have coffee at the lobby which I did not like. They were selling the coffee at the lobby.

The hotel has its own restaurant which was very convenient since there aren’t too many places to eat nearby. The food there was good. Our room had a balcony which was nice. Our room was clean but the picture in our bathroom had a frame on it that was damaged, which I don’t know how that happens but why wouldn’t you changed that out? The pool area was nice but the weather was too cold to use the pool.
