Everything was great except for having to pay for parking. Seemed a bit unnecessary for this location. But it was only $23, so very reasonable as far as overnight parking goes. The hot tub was overly chlorinated and caused a burning sensation after exiting, after about 1 minute inside. 😳

The pool is closed. We were not able to swim, but we paid for it. The hotel is having renovations going on we he drilling in our room. I couldn’t sleep. Hot water in the shower is not really hot. We are checking out and going to the Embassy Suites on Stemmons tomorrow hopefully that will be better as we celebrate our 33rd year anniversary. I was not pleased and would like a refund of our stay.

Booked a 2-double bed suite and were given a 1-king suite with no apologies whatsoever. After 1 rough night, Symone, the front desk angel, tried to help. We ultimately were not moved but we appreciated her at least saying she would try versus the lady the night before who couldn’t care less. Breakfast was great. 1 elevator was broken causing long wait times. Pool/hot tub area was disappointing.

The property did not disclose when booking they were under constructuon. They had closed the gym as well, shut off the water at one point and the toilet in my room wasnt flushing. To top it off when i booked the parking was free however when i arrived they had started charging amd wouldnt wave it. This was my local hotel for Dallas travel but i will not be staying here again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We booked through Hotels.com specifically for the hot tub. I called the day before and was told that the hot tub was functioning. Upon arrival there was a sign that said sorry for the inconvenience the hot tub is closed. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool despite the initial disappointment. The hair and skin care products are on the wall— there was no conditioner in the bottle. The toilet would not flush unless the plunger was wiggled. The morning buffet was very good and well put together. I requested a late checkout and was excited to learn that I could check out at 1 PM. I have medically complex children, and we had a full day of appointments and I was hopeful that we could come back to the room to unwind before heading home. I arrived at 12:27pm and my key was deactivated. I could tell that housekeeping has been in my room, despite leaving the do not disturb sign on the door because the curtains were open. The front desk re-keyed my access. I noted that my AirPod box was on the desk but nothing else was there. The housekeeping staff threw away all of my children’s clothes. As I typed this message, they are rummaging for the trash, trying to find my children’s clothes. I wish that I was making this up. If I could’ve given zero stars that would’ve been appropriate.

The room was well above are expectations and was perfect for our family. The amenities were as expected from an embassy suites but still many great perks. Overall me and my family loved our stay. The following although not a deal breaker just an FYI for anyone staying. The biggest complaint was the paid parking was not expected and was not made clear, as well as very expensive almost 30 a day. When we arrived it was dark and everyone was tired so we did not notice the pay parking signs(they looked like they were just reminding people that this was embassy guest parking only) and when we checked in there was no reminder. A simple question and reminder would have been helpful. When we brought it up the front desk basically said yea that is frustrating but nothing they could do, really indifferent in their response. Since the parking enforcement is outsourced to a third party there really is nothing the staff can do about it, but having a card/poster, text/email or just the front desk clerk reminding at check “did you remember to set up your parking” would have been much better than the following day being asked to pay through a QR code on window.

This property just started a renovation and they need it. Our room had mold, dirt, garbage and food crumbs, stained and torn couch and chair, peeling paint and the floor was always damp. They did offer to switch our room but we had already unpacked our family of 4 and by the looks of the rest of the hotel (lots of water damage, peeling paint, mold in the lobby/ breakfast area ) we didn’t think it would make a difference. This was not a hotel worth the amount we paid for it. Maybe half but I have stayed at higher end hotels for the same amount. Very disappointed. Emailed the general manager and did not hear back. I hope the renovations make a difference because this property was absolutely disgusting. The staff was wonderful.

Nowhere on the website nor Expedia did it say that the hotel was under construction. We stayed on the second floor and remodeling was being completed on the third floor. You could not nap during the day because the noise was unbearable. The first room that we were assigned to, we found a crack pipe and lighter hanging outside the side of the mattress. We were supposed to get a call from the headquarters and received no call. This visit was not a good one for you.

We had high hopes with staying here but we were ultimately disappointed when we found hair in our bed and mattress multiple times. Once we notified the front desk of what happened all they offered us was $10.00 worth of Hilton Honors points for the issue. We were very upset and they said we could not get anything more for our room being disgusting due to us booking with Hotels.com. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Not to mention upon leaving on our second day I got extremely sick with a sore throat and fever and so did my significant other. Three days later my PCR Covid test came back positive! We both got sick from our room and it overall wasn't an enjoyable vacation. I wish we could have been better taken care of. Also the pool and hot tub were not clean. The pool was green and did not seem sanitary at all! Wont be returning.

The staff was very courteous and over all the facility was clean but the sheets and pillow cases on our bed had blood stains on them. That was disgusting! Also, the breakfast food was not as good as in the past. We stayed two consecutive nights and the menu was the same for the hot choices.

I haven't stayed at an Embassy Suites in years so I was hoping it was still the same. It is! Clean, spacious rooms with updated bathroom and furnishings. There was the Happy Hour and made-to-order breakfast that was what I was really hoping hadn't changed.

This property is getting very dated and old looking. It is evident someone tried to give the property a little newer look with lighting,…… while a nice touch, not enough to pull this property up into today’s elegance at many other Properties offer. One other item, is their food service. This area is also looking and operating very much in the past.

We had a very good experience overall at Embassy Suites Dallas. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were excellent. The only downside was the AC unit in our room – it was quite noisy and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. If that is addressed, this place would be perfect!

We’ve stayed here a number of times. Probably about 8 stays. The rooms and staff are great. Very quiet. Bill the bartender is very friendly and engaging. Only complaint is that for the second consecutive time did not receive a wake up call. Glad I set alarm and it worked because otherwise would have missed the flight this AM.

In my entire life, I've left 2 reviews. This will be the third one, it was certainly warranted. Jordan the front desk manager has impressed me more than any hotel employee my entire life and I'll tell you why. Due to my work in sales, I travel all the time. I know every detail about every stay and at every hotel. What makes it great, and what makes it not. I've never had an employee of a hotel not only ask me questions specifically about how he could make my stay better, but also knew to ask before I could even ask these questions myself, and then quickly find a solution and go above and beyond . There's only one hotel we will now stay in in Dallas. That is because of Jordan, it is the Embassy suites by the Galleria.Thank you so much, Jordan.I really, really appreciate you.

This place is well run. We cant help but mention how professional and classy Jordan, the overnight manager is.... Because of the weather, we had all kinds of issues with our flight. This situation could have been very stressfu; for many people who needed to delay or expedite check in/check out PLUS the guests who were here for the CFP game......they handled these details flawlessly...Truly impressive Jordan!

To begin, The front desk staff member was unfriendly. She did not smile or greet me and my family in any way. This set the tone for the stay. The daily reception only had one person making drinks for the entire hotel and so you stood in line so long you wasn't able to get more than one if you wanted to because you'd be waiting for for over 30 minutes. This was disappointing. Breakfast was nice, however if you wanted bacon it was rationed out to you, which was confusing seeing as though the sausage was readily available. I just feel like as though this is unnecessary, as it is supposed to be "complementary" and it creates a inconvenience if you have more than one in your party. Lastly, as much as I wanted to enjoy the pool I couldn't. The water appeared to be very cloudy. Which didn't look very inviting. My overall experience wasn't as good as I had hoped, considering I love the embassy suites. This one however lacked in customer service in a big way.

Not my usual experience at an Embassy suites. Pros: staff were nice and friendly, good location if you want to be north of the city and near the mall, rooms updated for the most part. Smooth check in. Cons: 29.00 per night for self parking is INSANE! I choose embassy for the breakfast and typically they have vetted GREAT COOKS. Ordered food from restaurant (the Reuben was twice slices of something that wasn’t corned beef but made like a French Dip). The breakfast (poor quality, gnats all over the baked goods) the omelette was worth eating. I stayed 4 nights and only had coffee the following mornings. The pool hmmm didn’t seem inviting area to hang in. It was dark and outdated. Certain areas need updating (fixtures, elevator had an ongoing odor).
