Parking lot is horrible. It’s mostly on a hill and the parking spaces are very narrow. It’s okay for a very small compact vehicle but for SUVs vans and trucks it’s almost impossible to get into the parking spaces and if you do, it’s almost impossible to get out of your vehicle because you’re so close to the car next to you.

I stayed here last night because the 2 nice hotels I usually book were full. Man that checked us in was great. Room was clean, but when we went back that night the parking lot was FULL. I went to the desk and she told me we'd have to park on the street. On this street in front of the hotel where we had to park was 8-10 homeless people sleeping on the street and in a old car. I asked if they had more rooms than parking spots and she said no but some people come with 2 cars. (IMO, these 2nd cars need to park on the street.) I won't stay again, not wanting to leave my truck on the street in this area and walk uphill to the lobby.

Walls were “paper thin” (next door the occupant had TV on loud all night) and could hear people walking upstairs clearly. The decor in the room was TIRED… and needs updating… like they caulked over the mildew from years earlier. However the pool was clean, the staff were amazing and helpful, the lobby and common areas were updated, their workout room, laundry and ice machines were all great too. Breakfast in the AM was incredible!!! So many wonderful choices - such a nice surprise! And the cookies provided at the front desk in the evening really made our day!

We had two rooms, both super clean and well appointed. Aurora the housekeeper cleaned our rooms spotless! Nicely done! Cookies were awesome, kids enjoyed them at check in, which was a breeze. Beds clean and comfy. Nice TV. Pool and a workout room. Over all a great stay.

It was a pet friendly room but we had to pull a chocolate candy out of our dogs mouth that she found on the floor within the first couple of minutes. Thinking we dodged the bullet and accidents happen we went about getting settled only to then find my other dog had found a hard plastic coffee stir stick/stopper and was chewing on that! At that point I examined the room a bit more closely and am glad I did because I found a metal staple that looked like it would have come out of the bottom of the box spring. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly to make it pet safe and friendly. I thought that was what we paid the extra pet cleaning fee for? The man at night was fantastic and noted the account and told me to talk to the front desk at checkout. She was less that helpful and didn’t even apologize. I had rented a conjoining room through the hotel itself as well, so have paid through this app and at the hotel. She offered me “like $20 bucks off” which is ridiculous! Extremely unsafe and could have caused serious harm to my dogs. Night staff was great but couldn’t do much as the hotel was at capacity, plus we had conjoining rooms. Very unhappy with the way my checkout went and I hope their management reaches out and hotels.com helps make it right as well. I shouldn’t have to clean the room to make it safe for my pet that I am paying to stay in!

I have stayed here often because of tgeir inside swimming pool for my grandkids. The staff have been very nice. My previous visit we were leaving and checking for everything that we needed to take. Found cigarette butts against the wall between beds, a large starter lighter behind the dresser. At that visit a homeless woman was banging on the outside window attempting to get in. That was a 3 day stay during 4th of July. That was my 2nd visit in a row that I woke up with a really terrible headache. I spoke with AM manager and at first she was cranky and when I reminded her about how much time and money that I have spent there she became pleasant and apologized. I just had a Friday and Saturday night stay again. I was so dreading the headache.. well this visit the air conditioning did not work and the hot tub was cold. On Sunday morning at 12:41 AM I went to the front desk to let receptionist know about ac. I did not expect for it to be fixed at that moment I just wanted record of time and problem. I couldn’t believe that a homeless person was in the lobby bent over in their wheelchair listening tto a speaker waving his arms around. I do feel bad for these people but I do not expect them in hotel lobby. Thank goodness that i did not wake up with that headache but i decided to check the filters on the ac. Oh my gosh they were filthy. I even have photos. In the morning when I spoke with the manager she said no discount or credit because I booked with expedia this time.

The room had a wet dog smell, which couldn't air out with the window open. Loved everything else, specially the amenities. I wish they would treat the pool with chemicals after 11 or noon as we wanted to enjoy a swim prior to checking out but could not. The front desk people were very friendly and nice.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. Both just one night stays on roadtrip. Staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms could use a refresh but always very clean, quiet and comfortable! I would recommend if you are traveling through Grants Pass, Oregon!

Room very noisy. Could hear the bathroom in another room clearly, fan was so loud it woke us up. Only one bar of soap provided, two should be standard, one for sink and one for shower. Breakfast was decent.

The room had a weird smell- like someone smoked and tried to cover it up. But the worst thing was how thin the walls were. We heard every word spoken by the family next door and their TV vibrated our walls. It was ridiculous.

Management at this facility will not handle noise complaints without escalation to corporate and when challenged will throw you off property. Hours later received notice they supposedly fines the noisy guests and gives the money as a refund. The rest of the staff is amazing and facility was great for an overnight stay - just don’t expect any resolution to issues with other guests

This is our go to place to stay when in town, pretty great place. Clean, rooms are nice, pool is great. Serves a real breakfast in the AM. It was very noisy this stay. The breakfast staff struggled to keep food stocked for breakfast. They were making their own plates and taking them back to a room by the front desk while paying guests waited or went without. Stayed here with my husband and sister on July 1st, 2025 - I had made a mistake and booked my reservation for July 2nd, but the Manager on duty, Oscar, was an absolute gem and went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was swapped over for that night instead. I just want to say Oscar was the most genuine, thoughtful, and kind staff and/or person I have gotten to meet in quote a long while. He deserves a hefty raise!! Thank you so so much Oscar, you're magic.

The gentleman who was working the evening we came in was AMAZING!! I have never had a warmer greating from a hotel staff member. I wish I would have written down his name. Upgraded us to one king bed. Just so pleasant. We were on a motorcycle. He even told us to park right in front so he could keep an eye on our bike.

I stayed here last night because the 2 nice hotels I usually book were full. Man that checked us in was great. Room was clean, but when we went back that night the parking lot was FULL. I went to the desk and she told me we'd have to park on the street. On this street in front of the hotel where we had to park was 8-10 homeless people sleeping on the street and in a old car. I asked if they had more rooms than parking spots and she said no but some people come with 2 cars. (IMO, these 2nd cars need to park on the street.) I won't stay again, not wanting to leave my truck on the street in this area and walk uphill to the lobby.

It was nice that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7. But the 24 hour coffee - a great idea - was ALWAYS too weak to drink... the kind that makes you want a real coffee to wash the taste off. Kind of ruined the good stuff.

We had a late check in, the front desk gentlemen was very nice. The room was a ADA unit which was fine but unnecessary. It would have been nice to have a different room. It was also immediately by the dining area so was very noisy and busy. The food staff was not very helpful as there was no butter, they ran out!! The other items you might need for toast we not available unless you went into the tiny refrigerator and got them yourself. There was no fruit and the coffee was colored water and almost empty. I got the last cup. Every was very sparse. One person came over to escort the kids whos plates were puled high and they were eating in front of the toaster. Which was helpful to move them along for others to get a piece of toast since there was nothing else to eat. How do you run out of the essentials? you only do breakfast.? This is poor management I drive this route monthly but will not stay here again. Overpriced, and not worth it.
