The room was old and tired. The blinds on the window did not block out any light. The garbage truck pulled up at 5:15am to move the big bin and dump it right in front of our window on the ground floor. After a 12hour drive, I was exhausted but barely slept due to the light and noise. There were a few restaurants nearby within walking distance which was helpful. The room was cheap though and Grants Pass was convenient place to pause en route from British Columbia to California.

Worse fleabag hooker and dope fiend motel ive ever stayed at first not pet friendly after paying through hotels.com i was charged a pet fee then $10 for my boat mind you i was towed in then i had to move from handicap space for owner who isnt handicapped i took pictures hookers on balcony and drug deals going down all day and night it looked like the parole office

We were traveling with a dog (listing showed pet friendly). When we arrived we were told no dogs. They did honor our reservation but said they wouldn't be allowing the in the future. Bright lights from the exterior lights shined into the room all night. The lights are great for safety to get to/from your vehicle but they may want to install some better blinds so guests can sleep. It was close enough to shopping/dining locations.

This place is very clean and very safe. Budget hotel with high standards. Great location and great for a night or two. I love that the parking lot and walk ways are very lit up at night. It gives me a great sense of security for myself and my vehicle. I’ve stayed a couple times here. Comfy bed and nice room. There were stains all over the carpet. A giant stain right when you walk in the door. Felt gross walking on the carpet without shoes so had to wear shoes the whole time. There was a large stain on the side of the bed. Had to open a new roll of toilet paper and there was brown spots on the toilet paper. When I got to the motel they informed me you can’t have guests between 10pm and 9am without notifying the office first. Didn’t say anything about that in the rules when I booked the room.

The room was really big and pretty nice for the price. The only problem was that they were no privacy curtains on the window. There was a big security light directly in front of the window and it lit up my room and made it difficult to sleep.

Wi-Fi was not working the entire duration of the stay. Staff refused to even attempt a router reset on direct orders from the owners. Staff seemed willing to do more, but the owners refused. Also the heating was unable to raise the temperature in the room to 70°. It was snowing out, but no space heater accommodation option ready upon request. Had to run the tub and faucets through the overflow and turn the whole room to a sauna before it could get to a not shivering temperature. If you care about WiFi or are here below 50° outside, RUN!!!

The clerk at check in was very nice. As for the property, you get what you pay for. The beds feel like a cardboard box with no padding. I would have been more comfortable on the floor. There was a bright light right in front of our window, which shone like a beacon into our room all night long. Also, since this is a lower priced hotel, it seems a lot of people who travel for their jobs come here. They drive a lot of really loud trucks, which come and go through the night. No clock in the room, so if you want to see what time it is in the middle of the night, be prepared to get your phone out.

Staff was friendly. Very loud as it is on a Main Street. They could use drapes as the Levelors basically means you wake up with sun. For the price still a good one night stop especially if you get a room back from the main drag.

We have booked many hotels, with no issues, through Expedia. I am currently undergoing cancer treatment which is quite a ditance from our house. We usually stay at Motel 6 as they are always really nice about my dogs. This night, we wanted to get a closer place to my daughter's house in case I was up to seeing family. When my husbNd went to check in, the person at the window said they needed a $100 cash deposit, when my husband said we didnt know anything about that, the guy became irate, yelling, etc. He refused to rent to us. We went and rented Motel 6 down the street. When we got here we mentioned it and they said they hear the same story regularly. He refused to refund us. When i went to Expedia he told them we were drunk and disorderly. Hopefully, with the statements from our current location I can recover my money. Sweet Breeze is more like Foul Sewage. Buyer BEWARE!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The owner is very very rude and is disrespectful to customers. I am amazed someone would choose to work in the hospitality industry with this type of attitude. The heat did not work in my room. When I informed the owner and asked to get a different room, I was told that he "didn\'t want my drama" and that "I could pack my bags and leave." The owner would not change my rooms or refund the room. The interactions were so disrespectful. I have tried to contact expedia and they have provided no help. Do not stay here!

This place is very clean and very safe. Budget hotel with high standards. Great location and great for a night or two. I love that the parking lot and walk ways are very lit up at night. It gives me a great sense of security for myself and my vehicle. I’ve stayed a couple times here. Comfy bed and nice room. The light does come through the blind abut but worth it to me for the security. I would stay here again no problem.

The front desk staff/Manager was warm and welcoming. I believe it's a 21 room place and they appear to take pride in their place. I like working with small businesses. The room was very basic but clean. A/C was fair. There are bright outdoor lights at night so it seems like daylight (No blackout curtains). No coffee until 9ish, no breakfast or pool or ice machine, but it has a safe and friendly feel. Good location. Clean. I'm returning this weekend and hope that a 2nd floor room is better?

Every time I am in town this is the hotel I will stay at if they are not all booked up. Great staff and clean rooms. Convient spot to walk to several different restaurants as well.

The motel is well located and has reasonable price but it is minimal in few items. Internet is very slow. No coffee in motel / room. No guest laundry. Housekeeping only on request.

This is a very nice little inn. Very clean, best bed ever! Nice linen bedding. Only thing missing is either coffee in room or in lobby. Otherwise great little stay!

The staff that greeted me upon arrival was very welcoming. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the ac worked, and the bathroom was very clean as well. I had no issues or complaints about my stay and will absolutely book again, if the need arises.
