We have here before. Big surprise this time June 10 to 11 was breakdown of air conditioning throughout motel except for office. This meant we had to open doors and the single window to try to cool down. This meant lack of sleep because of highway and motorcycle noise that could be heard through open widows and door. Staff was helpful and welcoming as in the past. Beds comfortable. Great shower. We would like to see microwave and fridge in each room.

The air conditioner was completely non-functional. In such heat, it was impossible to stay in the room or sleep. The front desk informed us that they are in the process of replacing the units and that new ones will be installed later. Internet went down and never came back on on a Friday night. But No Frills Hotel, Restaurants close which is nice. Urine smell on stairwell, might be Cats. Staff was great everybody there very accommodating

Thin walls, could hear the neighbors tv as if I was in there; had to go to my car to make a phone call due to this. Room was unclean; I cleaned the surfaces I planned on using. Base of toilet :( grosssssssssss Huge gap in door leading to outside- you can see the light coming in so this means no temperature is regulated in the room. Sink was clogged when I got there- I guess that's what that white bucket was for but it should be near the sink/bathtub where I left it. Service was mediocre. They know what's going on there. I know you get what you pay for but this was too expensive and I cleaned just to be able to put my things down :( Not recommending this place or coming back.

Very dirty outside and inside. Dirty/stained linens on bed, didn’t even sleep in the sheets just slept on top with a blanket. Overall very rundown and very old. Missing electrical plates on walls good thing we didn’t have any small kids with us!!

Bed was clean but the Floors were dirty, and the walls were dirty. There were boogers on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet and boogers on the wall by the bed. The bowl of the toilet was dirty on the outside.

Great location but some road noise due to being in between 6th and 7th street main arterys to and from downtown. Many food and fuel options nearby. Only negative is TV has some burn in from LED which is known issue per front desk and awaiting replacement TVs.

The tv"s are alot of trouble. It took 3 rooms to get a good tv. The girls at the frount desk were very nice and accommodating about the tvs. They tried very hard to get us a room with a good tv. Thank you ladies!!!

Underperforming items first: Mattress definitely needed to be replaced, extremely worn and uncomfortable. Mini-fridge froze anything out in it. Surprisingly, the shower had excellent water temperature. Gentleman covering the front desk on 2 days of my stay was extremely helpful when I needed items to reheat & eat my dinner leftovers - provided plastic spoons & additional paper cups.

I ALWAYS love my stay here. I call it my home away from home lol. Staff is very friendly, nice, great humor, and professional. I have a specific room I always rent and I just love how the staff makes sure that the room is available for me whenever I checkout and come back to check in the next day.

Easy check in and check out. Property was fairly nice, the area around the property wasn't too bad. There was a homeless camp at the end of the street and some shady characters in the parking at night. However, for the price of the room, I would say that the motel itself is good.

Great place to stay thats around a few places to eat within walking distance. Although it is kind of close to the highway...its shockingly quiet at night, which is a major plus. I love it here.

The room was clean and the staff member who checked me in was nice. The traffic is super loud and the first night, it sounded like someone was moving furniture upstairs all night, I couldn’t sleep at all. When I walked outside at 1am to see what was going on, there were some sketch people hanging out in the parking lot. It didn’t feel super safe. The second night was not as noisy. It was fine for the price and we only needed a place to sleep for two nights because we had packed days. We generally don’t hang out at hotels, so we look for an inexpensive hotel with a high clean rating and that’s what this was, so it served its purpose.

Super cheap was the only positive other than staff were nice enough. This property is old and rundown. The area is heavily populated by homeless and what look like drugs and drinking at all hours. If you can afford a nicer place, go.

For the cost, it's good. The room was clean, cops patrolled the area, staff was friendly, walking distance to food, close to freeway Some guests looked sketch (probably reason for cop patrol) but never felt unsafe. Time to throw out a linen or two (lightly stained pillow case).

Bed is comfortable. Ac works great in the morning and heat option makes it nice and cozy at night. Shower has nice pressure. Comedy central, FXX, NICK, and MTV works on the tvs, which is a major plus for me. Its pleasantly quiet at night. Very close to fast-food places and a few restaurants. Also, theres a Lucky Duck and a Marios nearby. Super friendly and awesome staff. Staff shoutout: T (front desk) Chris (front desk) Chris T. (Front desk) Sandy (manager) Eve (head housekeeper, front desk, etc.) Jenette (front desk) Parker (sometimes front desk, housekeeper) There's a few more people, but I cant remember their names right now, but the new guy at check in seems very friendly and nice too. Thank you Motel 6 staff for always making me feel welcome, at home, and like family/a friend.

For a budget friendly absolutely no frills ( no fridge, no hairdryer, no microwave, no breakfast. It does have a pool that looked swimable and the front desk has coffee in the AM Pro’s: Cheap Clean Safe for a solo female traveler Pool if you like to swim Great location near freeway and restaurants Con’s: No amenities No trailer parking on-site I would stay here again for a one night need a place to sleep on a long journey, it fit the bill.
