Parking is $25/ night, which is ridiculous because it’s next to a giant shopping mall with lots of parking. Room was fine. The bar/ restaurant closed an hour before posted hours. Breakfast was good. Meh.

There is a daily rate for parking. The hotel is located near lots of shopping and dining options. The staff and front desk persons are very kind and friendly. The pool was cold, the jacuzzi/spa pool was hot (nice). The pool area had a heavy chlorine smell and the floor was very wet with lots of hair strands all over. We still had a great time. Our room had small/minor damage like a cracked sink, scratched/slightly dented lighting, a wobbly dresser drawer, minor stains on the carpet, and doors that didnt close smoothly. Even with the minor things, our stay was lovely. They were very busy and still brought us extra towels and bath tissue when we asked. The Cascadia restaurant packed our dinner to go and it was tasty. We created a ton of trash from eating our meals in the room and they graciously took it away. The rooms were quiet even though we were by the elevators. We watched tv loudly, stomped around and it didnt seem to transmit (the rooms were advertised as being soundproofed). The water pressure was slightly throttled/aerated/limited but we stilll enjoyed hot showers. The place feels older, but still has its glory. The people make the place, not the other way around. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

Love this hotel! They have a great family suite for families of 5 like ours. We’ve stayed here multiple times for school shopping-walkable to Target/Washington Square Mall! Only issue was that only one of the 3 elevators was in service and the hotel was completely full/we were on the 9th floor. Love the evening reception with light food/wine and great breakfast selection!

Hotel is great. We've been before. Our last trip was a bit chaotic with lots of noise and our visits to the pool were CRAZY with pre-teens and teens running around, jumping in the pool and all no supervision. CRAZY!

I liked that at night they do complimentary snacks and drinks, the common areas are amazingly nice and clean. Unfortunately it got such a low rating because even though the rooms were nice and spacious the bathroom had live black mold growing in the shower, nicotine stains on the ceiling of the bathroom and nicotine residue started dripping after showers and strong smell of stale nicotine, unfortunately I had my children with me and I didnt appreciate them being exposed to those substances (I am a smoker and I'm absolutely not ok with my kids being exposed like that to nicotine)

Do not understand the high ratings for this hotel. The only thing I liked was it was in a nice area with shopping and food which is why I gave it two stars, but the hotel was just dirty the carpet was gross and stained in hallways and room, the microwave was missing the turning plate, the air vent fell off its screws when we closed the bedroom door that separates the sofa space to bedroom, there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on our shower rod, the shower curtain had stains and what looked like smeared boogers, and one of the faux leather chairs in our room was peeling I was not impressed

Room was not very clean and has a strange smell. Had to ask for the floor to be mopped because it was sticky when I arrived. Second night, my blanket had a sticky piece of candy on it. No drinking water in room. Had to pay to park which is ridiculous in my opinion. Breakfast is really good, so almost makes up for room. Staff at the front and breakfast area were very nice and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean acne good temps.

The staff at Embassy Suites Hilton in Portland were amazing, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast also had a plenty of choices, which was a big plus. However, the suite itself was very disappointing. I am not a picky nor high standard kind of person, but, this needs some attention. The carpet had a lot of stains and felt so dirty. The bathtub was also poorly maintained, and in need of deep clean. Worst of all, the suite had a strong, unpleasant odor the moment we opened the door, it smelled old, musty and damp, like it hadn't been properly cleaned or aired out in a long time. (I wish I can upload photos here for proof) For the price we paid, I expected much better. It felt far from the standard that Hilton usually offers, and overall, I don't think it was worth the cost.

There was bed bugs in my room. After talking to management. They tried to downplay that there was bugs in my room. They sent a maintenance guy to my room with a can of hotshot spray to try and defuse the problem. Horrible horrible management. The head hotel manager didn’t try to listen to me at all. She is a horrible manager. I imagine the whole hotel is probably infested with bed bugs. I have owned rentals throughout Oregon for over 25years. I know what it feels like to have bugs. And you can’t eliminate them with a can of hotshot spray: you need to have a professional bug company come in and heat the room. The beds, couches and carpets have to all be thrown away. I would not recommend embassy suites in Tigard Oregon at all. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

This property is showing it's age. The carpeting in the common areas seems a bit dated. Apparently there are some leaks in skylights the atrium since there were cordoned off areas with buckets and towels following a heavy rainstorm. Our biggest dismay was finding ants in our bed. Not just one or two but a lot of tiny black ants crawling from the night table to the bed and under the pillows. Ewwww. We had to move to a different room. Overall, for the price it was ok but definitely in need of some updates

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were ants crawling all over the place. Mold in the restroom shower and ceiling. The place just felt disgusting. Not worth the amount I paid for 2 nights with these conditions. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 20-30 miles to find something better.

Great stay overall, and especially for the price! Biggest area for improvement: bathrooms need much stronger fans to exhaust humidity, and the shower rod was installed upside down so it kept falling open on both ends during showers. Otherwise, I can easily recommend this hotel.

Weve stayedchere several times eachbyear for a night. This time thecroom was uncomfortably hot..a/c took overnight to decrease the temp by onlyb4 degrees. Ughh. Bathtub didn't drain well. Was standing in ankle deep water. Only half roll of toliet paper was available and hand soap, shampoo bottles were not filled, only 1/8 full.

Was expecting a better experience. Have had far better luck at less expensive hotels. First off the A/C was not up to the task. Was only mid 70's outside, yet our room could only cool to 72 with the A/C set to 60 for 3 days! "Engineering" came and changed the filter, no improvement. I love sweating in bed at night. Parking is tight here, so why not randomly block off a bunch of parking spots for "busses" only, yet I never saw a single bus. But each day more parking spots were ribboned off for more busses. What the heck? Recently remodeled? Really? Is that why the sofa and bed were flat as pancakes? Speaking of beds, is it that hard to find sheets that fit the bed? Then again, I was tossing around a bunch at night thanks to the warm room.

Old, worn down hotel. Embassy Suites is a hotel of the past, this place needs a makeover. Gross carpet flooring that was frayed at the seems, mismatched tile and hardwood flooring. Will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Total letdown! Was promised compensation for the fact that they had given away our spa suite but we were put in a downgraded room with a trash view! No compensation! Nothing! I asked for a fork and they wanted me to go round one up…really?!?

We always stay at this property when we go to Oregon. This stay was made more memorable by the Supervisor on the floor that day - Alex (I forgot to get his last name). He made our check-in smooth and efficient. He was very hospitable, accomodating, friendly and kind. Unlike other check-in personnel from other hotels, he was very friendly and not a snob. He went out of his way to ask what made us visit, converse about the property and out precious stays, acknowledge and was grateful that we always stayed at this hotel when we visit. He was very gracious to give us a complimentary upgrade to a premium King room with snacks. I commend his very good customer service.

Service was terrible! One of the check in ladies was very rude! The toilet was dirty, the sink took almost 10 minutes to drain! Also, when taking a shower the tub filled way up with water and the drain was open! The air conditioner did not work properly and our room was very warm! The air conditioning maintenance person that came into our room said all the air conditioning motors needed a complete overhaul or replace all the air conditioning units! This is a beautiful looking building and it’s a great hub access to a lot of the area. We spent 2 nights there in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 adults and 2 kids. The cost was not cheap but also not the most expensive around. Pros: accessible to main areas around town, nice staff, beautiful building, available parking (it costs extra to park) Cons: elevator was down so it’s slow to get up and down, room had a lot of maintenance issues: it was really hot weather and one of the rooms AC was not working at all, the sink in the main room was clogged, faucets are extremely loud to turn on and 2 of them didn’t get hot water, the phone receiver didn’t work, 2 of the 3 room keys stopped working on the second day, doors don’t shut all the way and have to be pushed firmly to close. There are A LOT of rooms here, it’s a cool design to have all the floors open visibly but it is really loud during the breakfast and reception hours in the room when 100’s of people are down in the dining area. Overall it was decent but I don’t think I’ll stay there again. Too crowded, loud, and expensive for having so many functioning issues.

A little worn, but comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The "evening reception" was just cheese and crackers, chips and salsa, veggies and dip night after night. The breakfast was decent, lots of options, but the made-to-order was superb. Cascadia Restaurant was over priced and just not good - go out for dinner.

Real nice, new appearing, modern hotel. I love the spacious lobby, breakfast area with the ceiling many stories high! They had a really elaborate free breakfast but I only made it to one because I slept in! ( comfortable bed hard to leave in am!). and they had a free happy hour with free wine, beer, cheese and crackers, vegetables and dip, and I think more but I didn't look... and only made it to one because there's so much to enjoy in Beaverton. The glass elevator is a fun added bonus! Love how close it is to Washington Square because I love that shopping mall. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice large bathroom with pretty granite countertops. the coffee, fridge area also had a nice granite countertop. The woman that checked me in and that I saw most days was extremely friendly, welcome, seemed happy to be there, eager to offer information... couldn't ask for a better front desk worker! I wish I knew her name to credit her.

This is the Embassy Suites experience that we like to experience. Very well maintained and with very helpful and pleasant staff. It is within walking distance of a mall (JCPenney, Macy's, etc.) and places to eat. Breakfast was wonderful, as was the evening reception. Having stayed in about a dozen or more Embassy Suites, this was one of the better ones.

Everything was great. Thanks to Flora at the reception desk for being polite and efficient. We enjoyed the cook to order omelettes plus the other offerings for breakfast. Seafood chowder at Cascadia Restaurant is not to be missed.
