The hotel’s price is good if you are looking at it for just sleeping on a clean bed but the bathroom wasnt clean, but the toiletries were good. The bed was clean and comfortable though. However I had an issue with a few things: 1. The bathroom door has a huge opening at the bottom so almost like those mall bathroom stall doors. 2. The rooms have those connecting doors with adjacent rooms which means that you can hear everything going on in the next rooms and we happened to be next to extremely noisy family that woke up at 6 am with 4 kids running, slamming doors, and screaming. 3. The pool and hot tub were not clean and very mirky. The hot tub water is practically grey.

We have stayed in many Days Inn across the country, & this one is top notch. There is a large breakfast area with good choices, but no meat or potatoes. They do have waffles. Covered parking, but get there early to get a space.

This property was exactly what we needed it for. A place to stay to see the Hershey Lights for decent cost. Breakfast was average- breads, cereals, and waffle maker. No eggs or bacon/sausage. My only big complaint was the indoor pool was freezing. No families would get in and the whirlpool was just warm so almost all kids stayed in there instead of pool.

I thought this place was great there were places to eat walkable wise. The only thing that I didn’t like was the Jacuzzi was murky that kind of made me mad but other than that overall it was great. I just can’t get past Jacuzzi. Would love to stay there again, but I can’t get past the Jacuzzi.

Room was clean except there was a bar of used soap in the shower and what looked like a poop stay on the wall next to the toilet. It was still there after the room was cleaned. Breakfast was just ok . Would have liked something besides hard boiled eggs for those of us that eat protein for breakfast.

We only stayed for one night. Everything was pretty nice for the price. Just wished they moped the bedroom floor. Our white socks were black after walking in there for a couple of minutes.

We got into our room and the floor had not been cleaned there was chocolate spots all over it. 10 minutes after being there the bathroom toilet clogged and overflowed on its own and water went every where. Phone did not work to call the lobby for maintenance so I had to go down to the lobby while the people in my party got our stuff out of the room and I went and requested a new room. Thankfully I could get one but I feel I should have been compensated some for the inconvenience.

We stayed for one night. The room had an unswept floor (visible dirt and crumbs). The beds seemed ok. The elevator was also dirty. They advertised washers and dryers, but only one was working. The desk staff doesn’t know how to fix the dryer (she said it was contracted out) and after we got soaked at Hershey Park in a passing storm, we ended up having to use the laundromat down the street. The breakfast was fine, but steer clear of the hard boiled eggs. Terrible taste and seemed off. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

Overall average experience. The floor in the room definitely needed cleaning. My brand new socks were black after walking around for an hour or two before bed. The bathroom needed more attention as well. The woman keeping the breakfast area was the best!!! Such a hard worker and so so friendly. All other staff were just ok. Not very friendly but helpful enough if asked for assistance. Check out is supposed to be by 11 am but by 10:20 am my husband couldn’t get back in our room because the key was deactivated. Hotel is close to the park so we will likely return if the rates remain reasonable.

While showering, tub filled up with water so you had to stand in water while showering. Water ran out of shower and spout at the same time. Black mold in bathroom. Floors were so dirty my granddaughter had black feet within 5 minutes of taking off her shoes.

The location is excellent. It’s convenient for the activities planned and close to plenty of dinning options. However, I paid I advance for a room type that I was not given (paid for a king, received 2 queens) At first it was my own choice, I wanted to check in early and it was all that was ready. But the room had a very noisy a/c unit. I requested service to fix it. I was told when I was out maintenance would look into it. Upon my return I was told it couldn’t be fixed in one night and a new room was being held for me. When I asked if it was a king room, I was told it was not and since the motel had already closed out it’s booking for the night I could not get a king room (this was about 6PM) My room was on the street side so I got all of the street traffic noise, it was right next to the ice machine so I got that noise and the hotel is located in front of a rail line, even in a front room I could hear the trains running all night. Oh! And my a/c unit did not squeak when it cycled on as before but it was definitely loud enough that I had to raise the tv volume when it came on. My stay was okay for a one night, quick stay but I was not satisfied

The bathtub had a quarter sized dark stain in the tub and what looked like dirt in the crevices around the tub base. Children were running around slamming doors into the wee hours and doors were slammed again by 6 in the morning. Seems like the room had no soundproofing.

The only issue I had was trying to turn on the shower. The handle was turned off so tight, it wouldn't move! I finally used my brute strength! Ha ha! Otherwise it was very nice. I would stay there again.

The room was clean and staff were courteous, but I was very disappointed in their lack of interest in the comfortable stay of all guests. There were several sports and band teams... the kids weren't the issue, at least not late at night, but several of the parents set up chairs in the hallway and literally stayed up all night talking, loudly enough that it was impossible to sleep. I feel that hotel staff should have handled that situation and either told the parents/chaperones to vacate the hallways or at least asked them to be quiet. For what the room cost, I don't think I will be staying at Days Inn again.

We stayed at this property because we had a basketball tournament. We stay here every year. It is affordable, clean and has all the essentials (pool, gym, hot tub, game room). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not four seasons but we really enjoy it and the price is right. It is walking distance from rite aid, shopping and a lot of good food options. I would recommend for a weekend stay.

During check-in the staff was rude and dismissive, I reminded the desk about our accommodation request to be as close to the lobby as possible. I was told no rooms were located on the first floor and handed keys. We expected to be right off the elevator, but were the next to last room the furthest from the elevator. The reason for the request was due to my husband being in a surgical boot and my leg not working due to a stroke a few months ago. When we entered the room there was no night stand, lamp or plugs on one side. Instead there was a counter with a sink, microwave and tiny fridge that was not completely accessible because of the bed. There was a couch so why not push the bed over. The windows were disgusting, years of filth and broken plastic planters in the window box. The noice from the hall was loud and we could hear our neighbors. The floors in the common area were dirty, the elevator carpet was filthy, and the building smelled. There was also a lot of noice from the street, we could hear people yelling. Very disappointing.

The stay overall was ok but the front desk staff at check out was rude. They barely responded when I greeted them and didn’t even make eye contact. Also they rudely told me I could not brush my daughter’s hair in the lobby because “people eat there”. I would be totally understanding of this request but the rudeness in how it was said was unnecessary.

Checkin was easy. Our room didn’t have a bag in our ice bucket. When I went to the desk to ask for one the man at the desk was extremely rude. He refused to even acknowledge me bc he had “no proof” I was staying in a room, even with my room key in hand. Didn’t take my name (room was under my name). Just outright refused and rudely told me to go wait for the cleaning lady to come to the floor. When I say rude I wish I was unkind enough to say a harsher word. He was awful.

Great stay during my visit to Hershey Park. Within walking and driving distance of restaurants and shops and Hershey park literally within driving minutes from hotel. Staff were great and very accommodating. Definitely recommend if you're visiting the area.

Excellent location to Hershey Park, grandchildren were excited to look out the window and see the roller loops from our room. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had a hotel. The breakfast attendant was very attentive to keep all of the food replenished and to keep the area clean.

We had a nice stay here. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the make your own waffles for breakfast. I wish they offered more for breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausages or any kind of breakfast meat. Thank you for taking care of us.
