Clean room with courteous staff. Very nice outdoor pool. Conveniently located near Hershey. We would definitely re-visit.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The parking lot is well lit and because all rooms are ground floor there is a possibility of parking literally outside your door. The room was clean, no weird smells, fresh bedding and towels. They do offer breakfast, it’s not a sit down deal more like grab and eat in your room or even on the road. I did see a waffle maker but I didn’t get up for breakfast so I’m just going on what I saw when I checked in. When I was reading my check in contract I did note that there isn’t anyone in the office over night, I think it said only from 7 am to 10 pm, they do provide a number to call for staff if needed. I booked my room in June or July for October and got a crazy good deal. There were restaurants and a brewery nearby, I was in town for LVC’s homecoming and had plans so I didn’t visit any of them. I would stay here again.

We had a good experience staying here. The only downside was that the wifi didn't work most of the time we stayed. Our son loved the in ground pool. Everyone is very friendly at this location and it's conveniently located close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

During our stay we found the pool to be pristine. We really enjoyed that and the area around the property was clean and felt very safe. The rooms are a bit older but clean and suited our needs fine. I would definitely recommend this for a low-cost option in this area.

Pool is good

An absolute gem of a property. Even the parking lot was spotless! Interior room was spic and span, pool was crystal clear and sparkling clean. It seems to be a family run operation, and it's obvious they take great pride in their facility.

Clean, simple, great location. Good AC and nice, clean swimming pool.

Nice clean rooms

Absolutely wonderful. Check in was very easy and our stay was great. Housekeeping would come and freshen everything up everyday. The microwave in the room was a little outdated but it worked just fine. The pool was kept super clean. It’s very quiet since it wasn’t near the highway. Breakfast was pretty normal but delicious. Had a waffle maker, coffee, apple juice and cereal. Overall the stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Hershey Park is very close. The hotel location is close to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. The pool was clean and the size of the pool was perfect. There was a few things I didn't like such as the air condition in the room kept turning off/on during the night and the bed sheets was not as clean. Likewise, breakfast wasn't that great. UV light picked up a lot of stains on them. I had to request a new set. I like the price, staff, and pool. I would come back if all the cons above gets better.

Checked in worker at desk had no idea of dining establishments in area did not speak English kept pointing out door. We went to room no coffee pot in room microwave was from 80s and dirty. Blood or rust stains on shower curtain. No soap or shampoo. Bed was like a water bed. Had three mattress protectors on it. Room smelled mildewy tons of gnats in room. The we noticed they left doors wide open so housekeeping knew what rooms to do. Also when someone went into a joining rooms they slammed doors so walls shook. It was noisy from traffic. Will not stay here again

The room was exactly what I expected. It is a dated building, but the furnishings were appropriate and everything’s was very clean. The only obstacle I encountered was a musty odor in the room thankfully, I had an air freshener in my car which appropriately covered or absorbed that odor.

I stayed in the room for two hours started feeling itchy, so I lifted up the sheets and looked around the seam of the mattress and saw several black insect looking things so I left

The place was extremely well maintained, very clean, the manager was kind and helpful, and the staff were friendly and polite.

Extremely clean!

Hotel was very clean. Not a lot of frills but a good overnight stay.

Thin walls. We heard conversations and tv's from both sides. Smelled musty

WiFi was awful couldn't connect the entire time, close to hershey park which is why we were there, beds not too comfortable, room is fine, bathroom was clean but showerhead is very very low.

You get what you pay for, which I completely understand. You could hear everything outside in the room, making it harder to fall asleep.

Rooms are very dull, dark, brown, and small smaller than what I thought that would be. They are serviceable and that’s how I would write the place. An average serviceable roadside stop. Staff was pleasant though.

The room was clean but The bathroom was very small. The room could use some cosmetic updates. Our room was by the main road so it was a little to noisy for me. Overall it was OK for a nights sleep.

Room was very clean and price was more than reasonable. Only reason for 4 stars is room 103s heater is extremely loud when it starts and stops through the night keeping us awake

The phrase you get what you pay for is appropriate for this hotel. It probably has not been updated since opening. The bedding was old and uncomfortable.

Don’t stay here! Not sure why this is rated 7.8. It should be more like 4.0. Door swung open while we were in bed during the middle of the night. Located right by a highway so you hear cars go by all night. Very outdated!! Blanket was yellow colored because it was so old.

The staff was so RUDE

Breakfast ended at 9 a.m., which is a little too early for us and could have been a little more extensive—maybe we got there too late. As far as the room was concerned, it only had one chair. We were two people and one of us had to sit on the high bed.

We checked into our room & immediately noticed an oder of mildew, or mold. We decided to turn the AC, in an attempt to air out the room. We remained in the room for toughly 30 min. My Mother & I developed a severe headache & my 15 yr old son started to experience respiratory concerns. He has asthma, which has been under control. We exited the property for fresh air. I approached the person at the front desk re: my concerns. I inquired about another room and he stated, “All the rooms are the same!” We explained that due to these above mentioned concerns, we could not stay at this property & requested a refund. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all. He continued to blame Expedia & gave every excuse possible, rather than discuss the health concerns. I reached out to Expedia for assistance & was informed that they would contact the property to discuss my concerns. I received a follow up call from Expedia only to relay how uncooperative the front desk person was at the property. He made multiple excuses & refused to issue a refund. I returned to the office to express my frustration to the front desk clerk & was met with the same excuses. He continued to blame Expedia for not issuing a refund. This saga has continued with no resolve & no refund. Even after explaining that my son’s health is being jeopardized. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves & I urgently encourage no other person to book this property. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I stayed here off and on for about 3 months while I was in town for work. The manager Danny was an absolute fantastic host and answered any and all questions and requests I had while I was a guest. If you’re planning on staying for an extended amount of time definitely talk to him about your plans/situation and he’ll try to accommodate in the best way possible. 10/10 would recommend to anybody needing a comfy bed and room in central PA.

Location is good close to area attractions. Motel was very clean. The staff was very exceptional, friendly and wanted our stay to be enjoyable and pleasant and it was! We will return!!!

Mac the concierge was the best during our stay. He made sure if we needed anything. He even prepared my breakfast. The place was great.

From check in to check out we felt valued as a guest. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and easy to deal with. When we checked out my son forgot his beats headphones in a drawer. The staff were extremely honest and called to let me know they found them soon after we checked out. Since we weren’t far we were able to return after our visit to a local establishment and claim them. The honesty and integrity of the staff alone make me want to return again. If I find myself travelling through this will be a definite for my choice. Thank you for everything.

Service was friendly and helpful. Only small negative was getting a call 1/2 hour before the 11 a.m. check-out time to ask if we were ready to check out.

THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS, THE FACILITY WAS EXTREEMLY WELL MAINTAINED. THE OWNERS AND THEIR SONS SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL TREATMENT OF THEIR GUESTS FIVE STARS ACCROSS THE BOARD.

Good value. Located 10 minutes from dowtown Hershey. Room was clean and everything worked fine but traffic noise could be heard from roadway. Owners did a nice job making us feel welcome. Pool was sufficient for kids to play. Property was well maintained, would stay here again

Excellent location on Route 322. Easy in and out to all locations. Restaurants within 5 min. Free parking. Spacious and clean rooms. Great deal. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were 15 minutes, from Hershey Park, which is why we visited. The one minus is that the bathroom was too small.

It was in the heart of the country's farming but not far from Hersey.

Convenient to Hersheypark, clean rooms, quiet location. There is a gas station with a convenience store next door, but you would need to drive for restaurants or other stores.

Easy drive to Hersheypark. Quiet and clean. Stayed here 3 years in a row!

My only complaint is the traffic; had no idea this was a high-access road . . . it's in the country. Literally, one vehicle, after another, ALL night long.

Good location

This facility is a small, no-frills, quiet, clean place to stay. We arrived late at night and left early the following morning, but staff on both shifts were very friendly. The room was clean, well kept and adequate. The breakfast is a grab and go offering cereal/oatmeal packets so plan accordingly. The location is a convenient distance to Hershey attractions.

Older facility that has seen some upgrades. Staff were all friendly. A limited breakfast is provided but there is no dining area. This facility provides acceptable comfort for the price.

This property was easy to find and we had a comfortable room. The room was clean. We were able to park in front of our room. Breakfast was VERY continental. There was very minimal chioces. They provided coffee, juice, tea, cold cereal, oatmeal, toast, egg patty, and bananas.

No space to sit and eat the continental breakfast.

For The most part they were great I will have to say that when I did go for the continental breakfast they didn't have many options that day only coffee oatmeal cereal and bananas but the owner apologized and said they would have everything the next day. I'm not sure if that actually happened though I ended up getting breakfast elsewhere. It could have been a one off. Its a nice establishment.

I'd stay here again, but it was a pretty average experience. The one thing that stood out was the continental breakfast. I had low expectations due to the items being available from the small lobby, but it was delicious. Simple, but it filled us up and surpassed my expectations.

Room was fine. Parking spaces weren't being assigned per room. The attendant was ready to remove my check-in because I complained that someone was in my space. You have spaces FOR EACH ROOM to park. Not like the Hampton Inn that has 3 floors and no assigned spaces. He finally gave me a different room that I could use for my unloading of vehicle. Also the breakfast space was NOT ENOUGH. With 3 people in there, there is not enough room to turn around. Taking the stuff to your room WITHOUT A TRAY is real hard. Need a breakfast room for this motel or make the room larger. Need Roku instead of cable. You already have internet. Would be cheaper. Roku does have live TV.

Property was very clean. Breakfast was very limited with a small area. Have to take your food back to your room d/t no tables to sit at.

Place was cozy and clean. Very convenient; easy to find; place was able to take us in late at night after spending one day in Hershey Park and unable to drive the 2 1/2 hours home to NJ. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Served continental breakfast in lobby 7-9am: Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, fruit. Had to bring food back to room to eat. Room is simple & very clean. Area around the place is well-kept and clean. No smoking, no drinking, no loud noise, must check out before 11am. Will come again if ever we go to Hershey Park again, which is only 10 min away. Thanks for the accommodation.
