We chose it for the pool but pool was closed and staff were cranky with us when we asked. It upset my grandkids. It could have been handled with better customer service. We drove a long way and my family was looking forward to using the pool, especially when we were initially told it was open until 11p and she said it twice and the grandkids heard this.

One of my worst stays ever. The AC was broken in several common areas. Breakfast was mediocre at best. My first room had multiple issues: the fridge was broken, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the bedsheets felt damp. The front desk staff was kind and moved me to a new room, but things got worse. Due to what seemed to be a system error, housekeeping never serviced the new room. When I brought it up, I was handed fresh towels and a new garbage bag to clean the room myself. Noise was another issue, the walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Lastly, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the advertised EV charger. In reality there’s only one plug, it’s difficult to use(15 minutes to set up an account), and the electricity rates are unreasonably high. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was far below expectations.

Staff were very friendly. Had an indoor pool which was clean and was a great option to have for the kids after spending an entire day at Hershey Park! Quick, simple & basic breakfast option. Nothing crazy but options and coffee were always hot. If you want something more elaborate there were options close by! Would recommend! Minutes from Hershey!

No working AC outside of our hotel rooms. We couldn't use gym as it was too hot and humid. Hallways, elevators and lobby were uncomfortably hot and humid. Shower water pressure was low so showering took longer than needed. I would skip the breakfast. Staff were friendly. I would not stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was great. Came back to the hotel after a concert and no parking left at the hotel. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The people next to us were VERY loud beginning at 5 am. Plus, people in the hallway were loud at 1:30 am. Made for a not so good night for rest.

We booked this hotel as they have an EV charger. Since there was only one charger it was difficult if others also needed to use it. The hotel staff were nice. Breakfast was subpar as items were consistently out. Rooms were spacious and quiet.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful!! The only complaint I have is hot water runs out half way through your shower and I don't take long showers!!! That is a real problem and was very disappointing. It happened to my family in another room also and appears to be an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed!!

Walls are super thin. Can hear from TV, baby crying, people knocking on neighbors' doors, and talking next door. Two sleepless nights. Also the floors are dirty. They need to do better mopping up the floors.

The outside of the building looks new and modern, but looks can be deceiving. Do yourself the favor and keep driving. The lobby is ok. Tables were visibly marked with finger prints and looked unkept. The elevator made noises that did not make me feel safe. The amount of noise while in our room was incredibly bothersome. Echos were coming from everywhere. We had to call the front desk twice because the guests staying in the room above us sounded like they were going to come through our floor; went on until about 11pm. I couldn’t believe how poor the sound proofing was. There was NO water pressure which made showers for two adults and two small children extremely challenging. The shower was NOT the cleanest. There was a huge red stain in the middle of the carpet between the beds. The table in the room was broken. No review of the pool, gym, or breakfast because we couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Again, you get what you pay for. We won’t be staying here in the future and wouldn’t recommend anyone we know to stay here either.

Overall a nice hotel. My issue is that my family and I were there for 3 nights and was told by two different staff members that our room wouldn’t be cleaned until after 3 nights being there. We had stuff on the floors not mopped up. Even hair on the floor in the bathroom not swept up. Pillowcases need d to be changed so I went to the front to get some. We ran out of toilet paper so had to go to the front desk again to get toilet paper. Beds were made by us and NOT staff. For the price I paid, I was extremely disappointed for that.

Decent place to stay when visiting the Hershey area for an *quick trip especially if you’re looking for a pet friendly property. My main issues with our stay was the overall uncleanliness of our room. Hair and dust all over the floor and surfaces. Bathroom floor smelled of wet dog and had paw prints in the shower. I understand that this is pet friendly but a much more thorough cleaning needs to be done between each guest with animals. My other major issue was how thin the walls/floors are. You can hear every step (and stomp) of anyone that stays above you as well as those next door. The overall aesthetics of the property and room were great but questionable when it comes to quality.

Found over all experience at this location was top notch from check to check out. Breakfast choices were great , room was very nice very clean, beds were super comfy. Was the perfect drive to Hershey park and down town for our weekend get a way. 10 out of 10!!!

Good location near Hershey for a night staying over. Rooms are relatively new and best described as the cheapest nice fit and finish you can do. Room wasn't cleaned particularly well with hair in the soap dispenser, hand towel, and no bar of soap in our room. The other room we booked for he kids did have it. The PTAC worked but was a bit noisy.

We were very happy with our stay there. There were two small issues. 1 - the thermostat. We could not maintain a comfortable temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, although we kept the temp at either 71 or 72 degrees. The register mostly blew cold air. 2. The sower got ice cold by the end our our second shower in the am. Otherwise, this is a very nice hotel!

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a microwave and a refrigerator. The staff members were available and helpful. I usually don’t complete surveys but felt I should on this one to warn other families that this place was very loud after hours. They have many signs in multiple locations saying after 10pm is quiet time but we had almost no sleep due to an extremely loud neighbor that went very late into the night. Complaining to the front desk changed nothing and the party kept going. If you have young children or enjoy and good nights rest find another spot.

I would have enjoyed my stay a lot more if the front desk staff wasn't so terrible. First, I waited a long time for someone to come up to the front. I rang that doorbell they had up there like 10 times until someone came 15 minutes later. I had to be questioned by Matthew the front desk clerk on why I was arriving at the time I was arriving. I then went to the front desk another day and notice there was a guy waiting at the front he had rang the bell. We waited and no one came, I had to ring the bell 10 more times before someone came to the front. By that time there was another person behind me waiting also to be serviced. I hope they get that together. Customer service is important.

We tried to check in an hour before the 3pm check in time. Was told room was ready but we would be charged $25 extra for early check in. I was traveling and had commitment that was going to take until 9:30 pm, so I had to leave hotel with my belongings even though my room was ready.

Great location that is close to Hershey Park and local restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds! The front desk staff and owner are so helpful and kind. The complimentary breakfast and coffee are great perks! Parking is plentiful and convenient. 5 Stars!

Mostly, I want to highlight how wonderful the staff were during our 2 night stay. The day we checked in the poor girl at the desk was absolutely killing it with multi-tasking. She made me feel like a priority and very welcoming despite clearly being understaffed and having to balance calls, checkins and guest questions. The girl at check out was friendly and accommodating with changing my payment and applying a gift card I had. The rooms were quite large, comfortable and clean. We were short supplies but again front desk staff accommodated well and quickly. Myself and my family have worked in the hotel industry for many years so we can be picky, this was a great experience and BW should definitely acknowledge their employees for being the driving force for a great review!

The water pressure in the shower was VERY LOW! Like it took forever to rinse out the shampoo and conditioner in our hair. We travel a lot and it was the worst water pressure we’ve ever had in a hotel room! Also, the shampoo and conditioner were empty so we had to use the body wash to wash our hair. The iron and ironing board were also dirty with a white powder substance all over it and I had to clean it. Also had to lay a clean towel over the ironing board to be able to use it and didn’t want our clothes to lay on a dirty ironing board. Also, there was some miscommunication with the staff. When we checked in late on Friday the nice(East Indian I think?) guy told us we would be able to able to get late check out on Sunday at noon no problem without an extra charge. We just needed to come to the desk or call Saturday night to let them know we wanted late check out. I called Saturday night after getting back from Hershey park at like 10:30pm or so and left a message. The lady at the front desk called me back and told me late check out would be $25 extra if we wanted to check out at noon. Which was not what the first guy told me when we checked in. 😒 I told her what the first guy told me and she was very short with me and just kept repeating that if we wanted to do late check out at noon it would be $25 extra. She then said that if we wanted late check out at 11:45am that would be free but after that it would be $25. So, I took 11:45am. We won’t stay here again.

Property was very clean, parking is good and well lighted at night. Building across the parking lot is a minor cause for concern. Watched someone leave in the morning with a full plate of food and a 7/11 slurpee cup full of orange juice and walk directly into the building across the parking lot. Staff was pleasant, had to ring bell for service but they were promptly available. Usually front desks are manned full time during regular hours. Not sure that I would stay again.

The hotel is very clean and modern, like new! Our room was large and had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee and a large TV with lots of stations to choose from. The beds were very comfortable! It had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was provided at 6:30 AM on a Saturday, which was fantastic, since we wanted to leave early. The food was VERY good, much better than most hotels we've stayed at over the years. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a little outside of the downtown area (two or three miles), but it's quiet and safe with easy and abundant parking.

Soap was not replaced on a daily basis. Breakfast foods were not replenished quickly and the selection was unimpressive. Trash was not emptied by the cleaning staff, and by the time I left it was overflowing. There was frequently no one at the front desk. Walls were thin and I could hear the residents next door very clearly. Some staff members were unhelpful. The room and the hotel were pretty clean. Very close to attractions. Overall, this was a disappointing stay.

Found over all experience at this location was top notch from check to check out. Breakfast choices were great , room was very nice very clean, beds were super comfy. Was the perfect drive to Hershey park and down town for our weekend get a way. 10 out of 10!!!

This is my second stay at this property. The first stay, just a few months ago, was much better. So what changed? Well, I stayed during a heatwave, and the lobby was sweltering. If the main AC wasn't broken, it simply wasn't sufficient for the space. The AC in my room was working, but not well enough. It was far too warm for me to sleep. My room was not terribly clean, either. There was a lot of stuff on the floor - especially in the bathroom. Few things turn me off a hotel more than hair on the bathroom floor. On my previous stay I thought the shower was fine, but the water pressure in my room's shower was just awful. The cappuccino machine, one of the things that brought me back, dispensed hot brown water. I'm not exaggerating -- it really was just hot brown water. I suspect there was no coffee in the machine. At least the regular brewed coffee in the urn was decent and relatively fresh. But the breakfast options were disappointing. Add in the lack of parking and constantly unattended front desk, and I don't see myself returning to this Best Western anytime soon.

Check-in was quick and easy, the front desk attendant was friendly and personable. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning was great! Eggs, sausage, tater tots, pancakes, yogurt...fantastic selection and they kept the area very clean.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Clean room and grounds, and check-in/out was smooth. The only thing I would update is their coffee machines and breakfast. Weekends are pretty busy and the complimentary breakfast the hotel offers tends to go fast, and they wouldn’t replenish right away. I didn’t go to the pool so I have no comments on that.

We booked this hotel as they have an EV charger. Since there was only one charger it was difficult if others also needed to use it. The hotel staff were nice. Breakfast was subpar as items were consistently out. Rooms were spacious and quiet.

We had an excellent visit here. Our room was excellent in every way. The hotel was clean, quiet and staff was ready to help if needed. If we are in Hershey again, this is where we would stay! Also, the hot breakfast was great - one of the best “breakfasts included” - clean, nice variety - great!

The staff was amazing. The room was very spacious and nicely refurbished. However, The floor in the bathroom had a cracked tile and the drain in the middle was dirty inside. You could see it and my ESA dog was constantly trying to smell that. I had to close the bathroom door. The breakfast was delicious and had gluten free muffins which it was great for me. Thank you for offering gluten free items. I really appreciate it.
