Hotel very nice and clean. Staff was very kind. Only downfall is that the hotel only has one elevator on each floor. If your room is on the other side of the building, it’s a good walk to get to the elevator. We were on the 2nd floor so took the stairs. Other than that great hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

The only problem was we had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport. We had to call four times before the bus was actually sent to pick us up.

This property was damaged by an ice storm. The fitness room and lobby are under construction. The pantry area needed fully restocked. The electrical room was using a house fan on an extension cord to cool it down. No food service.

Nice enough hotel, but the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There was rubbish on the floors, including a pair of used socks in the corner. Housekeeping didn’t service our room at any point in the 4 days we were there (even though we requested it), so same towels, sheets, overflowing trash etc. The rest of the hotel was nice though—clean and comfortable.

There were small insects throughout the room. We asked front desk for additional towels and employee forgot about our request. Had to go to front desk 2 1/2 hours later and get additional towels. The condisate tube on the HVAC unit must have been plugged up because there was a considerable amount of moisture on the floor around the unit.

Please do not stay here. The First room we checked in to had stained sheets. So We asked for new sheets and they just switched our rooms. Went to the 2nd room and found bed bugs under the mattress. Asked for refund and left.

Property is next to a busy freeway. Rooms facing the inner courtyard were quieter but all rooms facing outward were very noisy. Not worth the price of the room.

Initial check-in was good, but they ask for a credit card for a $20 incidental fee. The room appeared clean and the bed was soft, but the bathroom door squeaked loudly when ever you opened it. The shower water was hot and there was nice lighting throughout the room. The gate gojng in and out of the gated parking was nice and easy to use. After checking out I received a statement with an $8.00 charge for daily parking and a $.78 restaurant fee. When i booked through hotels com it stated that parking would be free. I didnt use the restaurant so I dont know why i was charged a fee.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you find yourself in a room with a joining door to the next room, turn around and try to get a different room. The door is paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room including conversations, tv, and children. We also smelled cigarette smoke seeping in from the other room. This would have been a perfect stay if not for the joining door that caused us to get only a few hours of sleep.

We stayed here in Jan 2022 and had a great stay then. It is close to the airport so I booked the same hotel this Jan 2023 and the hotel was been or is in the process of being remodeled. Our room was amazing!! The aesthetic were beautiful. The new stand up shower was such a great idea. They even have a little black towel for make up removal. So impressed!

Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Lady who checked us in was rude and short when we inquired about the shuttle. Shuttle driver was helpful, cheerful and the best part of our stay even though it 4 am. Our room was upstairs and the elevator was waaaaay down the first floor hall to the opposite end of the building. It was quite inconvenient and signage lacking, so that you had to hunt the elevator down. 😐

Arrived at hotel and was told no rooms were available even though the confirmed I had a booking through Expedia. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was left scrambling to find a place to stay at 11pm at night. Will never book through Expedia again or stay at a Marriott after this experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. We stayed here the night of our wedding as we had an early morning flight the next morning. While packing up in the morning, my wife forgot her necklace (a wedding gift from her sister she just received that morning!) on the nightstand. We called that evening and told them exactly where the necklace was. The lady let us know that staff had already left and she wasn’t sure if the room had been cleaned yet or not and she would reach out the following day to let us know. No call back. I called again the following day and was put on hold for 15 minutes and no one came back to the phone. I called again the following day and was told once again I would be called back…no call back. Finally, I called again and expressed my frustration about no one getting back to me. I’m writing this review as no one from the hotel has yet to reach back out and give me any sort of update. I was told on the initial call that nothing was logged in the lost and found even after letting them know exactly where the necklace was. It’s frustrating and unprofessional that something that was left behind by a guest wouldn’t be returned. What is even more frustrating is the lack of care and communication from the team. Marriott should be ashamed. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Our two rooms were reduced to one upon our arrival. The reason we were given was that others had flights canceled and they received an influx of guests. Despite our reservations. We stayed one night instead of the intended 2 and one of my party slept on the pullout bed. Getting a refund has been difficult too. The business practices here left a poor impression on us. Would not recommend.

The hotel was nice and updated, the back entrance area back by the back parking lot was a bit sketchy, it still needs to be renovated, the hotel area itself is in a industrial area so there’s nothing nearby. But it’s less than 10 miles from downtown. I’ve stayed here twice now.

Hotel location was convenient to the Elvis Mansion and Graceland. Not so convenient to restaurants outside the hotel bistro. The bistro was very nice with light foods and wine and beer even though a bit expensive. Tyrone was pleasant and extremely helpful to meet us at our room and help carry baggage inside. Hotel was enclosed with card entry fencing which made us apprehensive at first but then realized how safe it was. Room was very clean and relaxing.

The hotel is not in a great part of town but that can't be helped. It is very close to the airport, which is very convenient. There are security gates to get into the parking lot so that made me feel much more secure. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. and the shower had good water pressure. Really my only problem was the food. There's a made-to-order food cafe in the lobby that was supposed to be open from 7-9am for breakfast. The worker didn't show up that day so no food for anyone. It just made it inconvenient since we then had to try to locate a place for breakfast on short notice, and McDonalds was just about it.

This hotel is always a great choice. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The front staff is so helpful, and the shuttle drivers are courteous to and from the airport. It's also nice to have a food option/grill on the premises with good food.

They advertise restaurant onsite. The first night we tried to order dinner when we placed our order was told they had ran out of most stuff and only basically had chicken & burgers. Next day my husband went downstairs to get breakfast was told they had no cook. He could only get coffee. He only had cash on him they had no change so he ended up paying more for coffee. Staff seemed uninterested spent more time sitting on the lounger chairs in their phone. Rooms Themselves were fine. Free parking a bonus.
