Hotel staff was very nice. Mrs. May was very accommodating. The shower holder was falling out of the wall. The A/C was very loud and needed to run the entire night to cool the room

We had an issue with the room. One of the staff members stated he may not be able to change us to another room due to the number of guests they had; however Ms Gabby stepped in and changed us to the room we paid for. She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us.

Room was clean and comfortable with excellent water pressure. Staff were professional and friendly.

The front desk staff was kind and the room was comfortable and the appliances worked. However the hotel has horrible sound proofing, the tv reception was bad and not connected to the Internet like it was advertised, and there was no DnD sign included in the room, I had to ask for one twice
