The pool was always very crowded, and rarely ever towels available. The property and rooms seemed a little dated. The parking lot was small, and very tight parking spaces. The area felt safe and had plenty of food, shopping, and coffee shops. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

First the good: location is near restaurants and shopping- not walkable really, but nearby. We felt safe. The beds felt clean and comfortable. The bad: we arrived late in the evening and upon pulling the sofabed open, there was a huge red stain and crumbs on the mattress. It was so late and we had packed a blowup mattress for my youngest, so we just ended up using that instead of contacting housekeeping about the sofabed. The next day, my husband joked that it was a crime scene. My children tried the pool, but didn’t stay long as it was very crowded and the water was pretty foggy/unclear. Overall, we were thankful it was only two nights and would probably look to stay somewhere else next time.

Great hotel, excellent location, staff was wonderful. Only complaint I have is the pool floor is extremely slick. My son stepped in and fell hitting his head on the tile. He was not running, but just stepped into the pool area and fell. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Great location. Easy interstate access. There are a lot of restaurants very close by. The parking was very easy, although there's a $10 charge. The only thing that I saw was not appealing that my bathroom ceiling in my room was peeling.

Place was a ghost town when I showed up. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. I stood at the front desk for 10+ minutes before anyone materialized. Couldn't have been 10 people staying at the hotel. Escalator at the front was all torn apart and closed off also so pretty much an eyesore.

No remote in room took several hours to finally find a staff member to help. The initial staff members just told us they were out. Called Hilton who tried 4x to contact the desk and and no one would answer. On day two our door battery died and we could not get into our room for a while. The pool was overtaken by a group of people who made it so no one else could swim and were smoking pot the smell was horrible caused everyone else to leave the pool. Front desk staff were told yet the group remained in the pool and made it so we could not use it that night.

Not sure if this was a hotel wide issue or just my specific room, but I didn’t get the feeling that our room was really inspected/thoroughly cleaned before being ready. The hand lotion was not secured into the wall, rusting behind the toilet, the floor mat had an obvious stain. We didn’t see it until the morning but the bed sheet also had a yellow stain. I didn’t take a picture but we moved the couch pillow to pull out the sofa bed and sitting on the couch cushion was a couple of coins and hard candy - nothing that was disgusting, but things that were obviously in sight and would have been seen if the couch had been cleaned in between visitors. I told a staff member, not really looking for a refund just so they knew the condition of the room, and he offered to put points on my Hilton account (which he didn’t even end up doing.) I will say, probably the best free breakfast buffet of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The omelet bar was fantastic and a large variety of other hot food.

Hotel lobby was beautiful. Rooms were unclean, roaches present in first room. Asked to be moved 2nd room worse than the first. Shower not fully operable. Hole in sofa couch mattress. Gum on headboard. Room hard not been properly cleaned. Gave up complaining after front desk complaints were referred to Hilton Honors program- put on hold over 40 minutes- they had a wrong email address. The front desk had entered my email address… Terrible experience. No rest! Air conditioning also did not work. 7 hours from home and no recourse from the hotel. Shuffled around, no management present, Inefficient, ineffective front desk who do not/ can not resolve issues.

Needed a place to sleep for the night on our way back to KC from Florida. Booked the Embassy and paid $200 for a few hours of sleep because I wanted a clean and comfortable place after a long drive without worry. Got to our room and it was filthy! Shredded cheese all over the dining table and spilled soda. Went to pull back the covers and there was a pair of dirty slippers in the bed!!! Went to the front and they desk and they moved us to new room. Got to the 2nd room and the beds were unmaid and dirty!!! Switched to a third room and it had ZERO towels and the toilet was clogged. We had to use rhe lobby restrooms as there was one employee working and no maintenance!

Staff was excellent. Nice rooms but the air conditioning must have had a sensor to only run when someone is in the room moving around. This is fine except at night when you’re trying to sleep and the air won’t run unless you get up and move around.

We had several issues with our stay, 2 phones in the room. Neither one worked , we addressed it but it was never resolved, our kids room TV had missing remote control, and would not work without the remote control, it was addressed twice and it wasn’t resolved Many families with kids, their kids were running around the hallways in the main floor, shouting most of our stay ! Some parents were watching them and not doing anything about it!

Left a very important bag behind and housekeeping turned it in, and they held it in the safe for me until I got back up to Memphis to pick it up. A lot of hotels aren’t that honest so really appreciated the honesty of the housekeeping staff.

I am not one for staying at hotels, however, i will utilize a very nice one if need be. Well, i booked a room through a third-party app. On the day i was to check in, i was able to do check in via app. And I was given access to my digital keys. Well, when I get to the hotel, and as I tried to use the digital key that was said to have been ready to use, it didnt work. Tried several times. So i go down stairs (left things by room door) and the receptionist walked to the back after finishing with the customer in front of me. She didn't acknowledge me at all!! Well, there was someone eles who looked as if he could have been a manager. I spoke (twice) he didn't look my way....smh! After about 3 to four minutes of me standing there, she comes from the back and says "be with you in a minute"..lol. What??? I'm like, im I being punked or something??? This is the freagin Embassy Suites!!! What is going on?? All of this, I am saying to myself because I had parents who taught me to always stay poise no matter the situation!! The gentleman finally comes over and asked "may I help you" I laughed and was like "Yea, you can help". I am a Hilton Rewards Member and you guys are really Rude, and Do not possess any qualities for this position as i can see!!!! He goes on and try to apologize but i threw up my hand and said save it. I Do Not care to hear uour sad apology! Very Very Rude!!! That is my first and last time at the particular establishment. Better trained staffing and you'll get 5 st

WE HAD NO TV A STORM CAME THE NIGHT BEFORE WE CALLED AND ASK WAS EVERYTHING OK A D THEY SAID YES WE GOT THERE NO TELEVISION SERVICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE UP WE WENT TO GET FOOD AND NO BODY HAD STILL BEEN THERE AFTER 30 MORE MINUTES THE SERVICE GUY SAID THE STORM KNOCKED CABLE SERVE OUT AND IT WILL NOT BE FIXED TILL TOMMOROW BUT WE CAN GO ON TUBI AND PLUTO AND WATCH MOVIES, EHAT ITS SUNDAY NIGHT WE WATCH FOOTBALL! This is a good place to stay!.. the dining area could prepare a bit better..particularly for days during peak travel such has holidays.. they continued to run out of items.. other than that it was a good experience.. I would stay there again

Great location! Always a plus to stay here! Breakfast however wasn’t replenished like it normally is and it doesn’t end until 10:30. I was down around 9:30 and only cereal,pastries, and eggs available. I don’t think they were well prepared for the amount of guests staying.
