The rooms were not very clean! Hall way floors were nasty! Pool was green. But the staff was wonderful! Would I stay there again! Probably not! It was just around $200 for 2 nights! I guess you get what you pay for!

Likes: Easy check in, friendliest staff, great breakfast, easy to get to and from hotel, tall rooms. Staff was amazing. 5 stars just for them alone. Gates closed at a certain time of night and seen security patroling the parking lot. The pool was fun for the little bit we were in it. It was a holiday so there were many people there trying to get in. There were also people selling bbq food at the pool for the holiday so it was very convenient since we had decided not to stop for food on the way back. Dislikes: no microwave in room and the mini fridge wasn't very cold. bathroom door is sliding so doesnt latch, drain in bathtub wouldn't go down so tub wouldn't hold water. All of the built in charger outlets on the tables were really loose. Phones didn't charge one night because they were too loose. There is a $100 incident fee which isn't mentioned. We were charged when we were about an hour from hotel. They said it could take 5-10 business days to be refunded so hopefully it is. Overall our 2 night stay was great. We would definitely stay here again.

the front desk staff was rude, and the pool was closed my entire stay. They don't provide/have enough towels. When I was checking in another guest was asking for towels. When I got to my room we found only two sets. If the room has a four-person occupancy they should put four sets in the room. I requested more and was told someone would bring them to us. The next morning, I returned to the front desk only to be told the same thing. On my way back to my room I spoke to the other guest that was requesting towels. He was still trying to get enough for his family. We had to share towels. When I returned that evening, we did find two more sets. the next day when housekeeping cleaned the room, they removed all and provided only two fresh sets. This seems to be their policy. The area is a high crime area. This hotel closes parking lot gates and posts a guard in the lot at night. But despite this a large group was drinking/partying in the parking lot one night. Wasn't safe to be out after dark. Will not stay here again.

I was in town for the Fedex Golf Tournament and with parking directly across the street, made it very convenient to stay here. Staff was very friendly and has a pretty good breakfast. Will stay there again!

The property is nice……. OLD…. But nice. When I checked in, the staff was awesome!! She was super friendly and helpful. When I went to breakfast the next morning, the other lady was equally friendly and polite. The ONLY issue I had wit the property, is the break-ins!! Our truck was broken into and so were FIVE other vehicles!!!!!! The officer said security leaves at 6am so that means either the burglars were waiting to pounce at 6 after the guards left, the guards were asleep on the job, OR the guards were in on it too…… be careful and BEWARE is all I can say.

First of all the front desk lady - Vanessa was amazing. She even texted me after I checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was nice and clean. Not enough towels and ice machines out of order on every floor but floor one. It was quiet and internet worked well. The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and food. Safety wasn’t a concern because they had added security and gate on one side of lot. I would recommend

We checked in and they gave us the wrong type of room and when I brought it to their attention she said yes you booked a different room but they didnt have one. No offer to remedy it. The rooms were dirty the lobby and halls were dirty. Breakfast was offered, but only cereal and cold eggs available. Not Hampton Inn quality at all!!

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. We had no clean towels for 2 days!! They kept giving us hand towels to use. We only had 3 towels in our room when we checked in, there were 4 of us. Someone’s math wasn’t mathing! There was mold in the shower, breakfast was atrocious, then the front desk had an attitude with us.

I reserved two rooms. The floors were dirty in both. We did have to change one room because the a/c wasn't working properly and the sofa bed was dirty. A hat and change fell out of it when we opened it which let us know it had not been cleaned. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The lobby smelled fresh and clean. The staff was kind and warm. The only complaint I had was they closed breakfast at 9:50 so we almost missed it, however one of the clean up crew let us sneak in and grab plates. Overall everything was fantastic.

The room had a weird smell, it kind of fade it once the AC was on. There was only a couple channels available on the tv, no access to Netflix. No microwave in the rooms.

Nice hotel in a nice quiet location. Rooms are very comfy. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bottom of the tub had wide curved sides going into the bottom of the tub. With a very small flat surface in which to stand, turning in the shower seemed unstable. Not recommended for people with large feet.

We felt very safe in this area. Every employee at this hotel was more than helpful kind and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would suggest replacing carpeting with any type vinyl flooring as it is easier to keep clean. We basically used the hotel as our sleeping place since our son does not have room at his home.

The hotel was nice enough and the room pretty standard, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable...firm and could feel the springs. The shower was very narrow with the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel mounted on the side wall taking up more space in an already narrow tub. The shower curtain rod was mounted too high so the curtain didn't come down in the tub far enough, and water got all over the floor. The bathroom sink was coming out of the wall and was strangely mounted so you had to turn the handles an odd way to make them work. The sink shower pressure was also very low.

Upon check-in there were two staff members both on their phones and talking/laughing with each other. After waiting patiently for a couple of minutes they finally asked what they could do for me. After giving them my name the staff informed me that they were sold out of the king suite that I had reserved, and they only had 1 king bed rooms left. I told them that would not work as we had booked for 4 people and one bed would not fit us all. The staff were extremely rude and said i could call whoever i booked through. As i sat in the lobby trting to contact Expedia another staff member approached me and stated the king room still had a pullout sofa. I told thrn that would be fine and i would have accepted it the first time as i sinply needed 2 beds and had tried to explain that. The hotel was in terrible shape and very dirty. The restroom in the lobby had urine all over the floor and hadnt been cleaned. Our room had only 2 towels and when i went downstairs to ask for 2 more towels so we could all shower, i was told housekeeping wasnt there and they didnt have any more towels. I know this review sounds like a Karen review, but this is honestly the first review I've ever posted and wanted to warn others not to stay here. We stay in hotels 1-2 times per month for the kids travel sports and ive never been so disappointed in a hotel.

The worst thing a hotel can do (my opinion) is forget to give requested wake up call. I often sleep through my phone alarm so always place a wake up call request. Not good.

The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was fast. The room and bathroom were clean, we stayed in a king size room with a pull out. It had two TV's, fridge, microwave, and the bathroom has lots of hot water. I did not use the pool due to the weather. Lots of shopping and food places near by.

My reservation was cancelled inexplicably and I was told they were out of rooms. Then I was told my reservation moved Homewood Suites. I called Homewood suites and no reservation and no rooms available. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK. A FULL REFUND!

Loved the location for the golf tournament. Great breakfast! CISCO and his shuttle were phenomenal for the golf tournament and Cisco was great! If not for VANESSA at the front desk on Sunday, 8/13, we wouldn't have even made it to the tournament because she helped us access our online tickets. She was amazing! All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful.

The night I checked in (5/24/24), neither of my room cards worked. Which wasn't a big deal, because the two friendly ladies at the front desk handled it promptly. My room wasn't cleaned by the maids on the 2nd night of my stay, even though I was out of the room approximately 14 hours straight that day. When I told the lady at the front desk (blue top and black pants), after the initial eye contact she gave me when I approached the desk, she had her head down looking at the computer screen and or her phone while I told her about the lack of cleaning, she didn't even apologize for the matter. I checked out on Memorial Day (it's 4 days later as I type this), I spoke to the manager/supervisor about the matter, for which he apologized and took my info to "make it right" alluding to I would be compensated in some way for the problem. Well, as I mentioned, it's four days later and I haven't been compensated nor have I heard from the manager. If you're looking for a place just to lay your head, then maybe you can risk the experience of having poor customer service. I almost forgot to mention that some of my family members with me had to change rooms, because the air conditioner in their room wasn't working properly (which is horrible in Memphis hot weather), and sounding like a loud motor. Book your stay with caution.

Very close to TPC Southwind. Lots of food within a mile or so. Grocery store a block away. Plenty of other shopping as well nearby such as Walmart, Marshall's..... Easy access getting in and out

We had a wonderful experience! We did notice some of the guests were loud and the breakfast was mediocre (cold and rubbery sausage, the waffle batter was empty for quite a while, and the orange juice was very watery). However, in total, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I booked a room for 3 people and at first I had only 2 towels, so I had to go back downstairs and ask for another towel. The breakfast was too limited, also the juices and coffee were like water.

Didn’t seem that breakfast items were replaced after the big rush at 07:00. Plenty of waffle mix and eggs and meat! Danishes and bagels not replaced but over all was a good breakfast
