Property was clean enough but it was a nickle and dime facility. Wifi? $15/day if you don't sign up for their program. Movies, $30. Breakfast, $20 for an egg sandwich that you could get from mcdonalds for a fraction of the price. Hot Tub, Broken. People blasting music in the parking lot, security did get them to stop but they just started back up again after they left. Really dissapointed in this hotel

Property over all was clean and tidy. The pool water was very hazy and looked like it needed a good service. They had removed the hot tub. The wall paint in the pool area was peeling and needed work. The first night the air conditioning was blasting in our room which was great it was 100 outside, the next 2 nights it felt like the air wasn’t even blowing. We called maintenance and they took a reading you could feel the cold air but it wasn’t blowing even though the fan was set to high. We were told it was working fine, the main areas of the hotel was experiencing the same problem so I don’t believe it was. Had to ask multiple times to have the room cleaned. I can understand being short staffed but at least let me know what’s up

Location was close to stores and restaurants. Parking was plentiful. There was also a nicely stocked grab and go area inside where you could get food (microwavable entrees, snacks, and drinks). Aside from that the hotel was very much a letdown. I wasn't expecting luxury but I do expect a chain like this to be clean and properly maintained. Shower curtain was very dirty and had mildew/mold at the bottom, and was not heavy enough to keep water inside the tub. Water ended up seeping into the floor creating a hazard every time someone showered. Had to keep a few towels on the floor at all times. There was no microwave in the room, really inconvenient for families with children. If you're looking for bare basics then this place would likely work. I'd happily have paid a little more to stay elsewhere for a night.

Zak and Bonnie on Friday night were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately there were a couple of unsatisfying things in my room. There was a light out on the restroom and I'm fairly positive there was mold on the ceiling on the restroom. The pool was also wonderful

this hotel is nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is $18.95 a person, so we did not partake. It doesn't say it in the listing, but it is $8 a day to park. the location is tricky - there's lots around here, but getting in and out of the hotel is awkward. The indoor pool is nice, but a little dark at night.

Showed up 2 hours early, wasnt told i was going to be charged $25 an hour for early check in. But maybe my fault, maybe in print somewhere. Just wasn't informed by clerk at desk. Everything else was just fine.

They had ants in our room the second night we were there. It was horrible. We had to move to another room if it wasn’t too late, we would have got another hotel but it was like 11 o’clock at night when we got in Saturday night and there were ants in my bed on the counter, and there was no food there we had just brought food in, it was horrible

The bathroom was dirty ei caulk in shower, soap scum on glass. On top high room charge you charged $12 a day to park outside and $9.00 to use the internet. You should tell people up front you were doing that. The restaurant was always so cold you need to wear your coat to eat. some of the breakfast entrees on the buffet were cold, not even lukewarm. staff was nice.

I woke up and discover dried blood covering the comforter. This was not blood stains but actually blood that had dried!! There’s cracks all along the walls. When the AC was turned on a strong sewer smell was produced. The mirrors were dirty and the bathroom was unclean with pubic hair in the sink and somehow on the ceiling. Wish I had thoroughly checked the room. Security is worthless and works with criminals to stage car break-ins so park at the front! I did not pay to be harassed and wake up with a biohazard covering my body!!!!

I was awakened early this morning, 3am -4am, by the people across the hall ( from 519) yelling at each other. One man left and came back later (6am ish) and began yelling again and banging on the door. The person would not let him back in. The conflict escalated and I called the front desk and asked that security or the police come immediately. Shortly thereafter security arrived. After security knocked on the door repeatedly, the person finally opened the door. The event was very disturbing. I got up and left soon afterwards. I will not stay at this hotel again. You all need monitoring in the hallways. Nothing like this should be going on without the hotel responding. Guests calls should not be your indicator that something is wrong. I also did not want any retaliation from the individual.

Hotel rooms are fine. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and showers are CLEAN with good shower head and containers of shampoo conditioner and body wash. Only negative was that if you want to grab some fresh fruit off the breakfast buffet as you head out the door, you shouldnt have to pay for a full meal.

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed however the ac was struggling to get to the desired temp and never managed to do so during my short stay. I also found out the shower didn’t turn on right before bed. I was leaving the next morning and didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of moving rooms or having some one come to fix it so I didn’t raise the concern.

Checked into the hotel when I was dropping my daughter off for college. Heard from some friends that many cars were broken into the night before we arrived. After a long way to check in, Hotel employee told me that the air conditioning was not working very well. Mind you it was 97° outside. After being outside in the intense heat, all I wanted to do was take a shower. Well, no hot water. We called maintenance. They came and looked at. It said they will try to get it back on. We decided just to go to dinner. Didn’t hear anything from maintenance so we just assumed that it was probably fixed. Got up the next morning and no hot water. We’ve stayed at this hotel, many times and not had too many problems. Suffice it to say we will not be coming back. Poor communication and poor follow up. I left a very detailed message for the hotel manager. No response. Hence this less than glowing review.

Charged 47 Dollars for breakfast. Literally was worse than a basic hotel breakfast. Fruit old … eggs cold … no staff … nothing to drink I told the front desk clerk who was playing on her phone and she said not her problem. Tossed the keys on the counter and she says “ don’t throw those keys at me like that” I worry that the breakfast isn’t safe at this place and is really old and probably should get a visit from the health department As for the front desk person it was clear she wanted to try and start something as I interrupted her time playing on her phone The place is fine overall but rudeness of staff and refusal to do anything about the breakfast bothers me I will report this to the health department

You have to pay just to use WI-FI and the staff didnt know why I was charged the amount that was given and that they don’t see on the screen the amount that my room cost and I booked through a third party so I was giving the room price already but charged hundreds of Dallas I cried to them im so disappointed and all they can say is they don’t know ! They didnt have no one answer to any one question being a rep.

Our time at Marriott was well spent. The area is conveniently located to the airport, restaurants and the church we came to visit. The staff was helpful and kind. We were given complimentary breakfast one morning, and that was made even more special by the service we received from Terrance. Overall great experience.

Stayed as a recommendation from my Distributor and it was a great location although Apple Maps kept dropping me to Olive Garden/starbucks I eventually figured out how to navigate and dropped a different pin in order to avoid the fiasco and that made all the difference. Service staff are delightful and food was good - safe and clean facility as well.

This hotel had an easy check-in, comfortable bed and pillows, and plenty of parking. It’s also is very close to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. We ate at Bog and Barley and Sunrise Cafe, which were very good. The area, including the hotel, felt safe and they had security in the parking lot and on-site.

Hotel is easily accessible to the interstate, has a bar and the staff was very courteous upon arrival. The room was nice, clean and cool when I entered. The overnight stay was very comfortable and I will be booking again.

All in all the staff and facility was great. We did order room service and requested to have lettuce and tomato placed on the side but it came up on the sandwich and the cheese and sausage tray was below par for what we expected for the quality of hotel we were staying at. It was a nice touch that they called prior to bringing the food up to make sure we didn’t need anything else.

The breakfast was overpriced. I was told that pàrking would be 8.00 per night only after I arrived. They lied. They charged me $12 plus tax. They charged me for two breakfasts and i am traveling alone. Rip off liars. If i could give no stars, I would.
