It’s difficult to get to the parking area from the road. The housekeeping staff knocked at my door at 0830 interrupting my sleep. Despite that, they were too loud on the hallway…. Laughing and been loud on the phone.

The hotel is fine. I thought the rooms were small but they were comfortable. There was no microwave in the room. I would rather had a microwave but I didn’t have a refrigerator so I was good. I like the security around the hotel that was most important, good place to stay.

The front desk was always helpful! Nereka and Mario in the buffet were so very helpful and accommodating!!! Pool wasn’t real clear but it had been raining recently. We still enjoyed it. The ONLY thing that was not enjoyable is the people smoking weed near the pool and it was 10:30 am. There were several kids in the pool and it was blowing that direction and it stunk. Bad. Maybe have people go to the other side of the parking lot?!

Super friendly staff! Hotel was clean, beds comfy, and constant security presence! Hotel has breakfast option but make sure it’s in your room deal! Was a little confused, but breakfast looked to have a great selection..

*Musty smelling room *Fitness room A/C broken *Elevator shakes as if it's coming off track *Car was stolen and there was no sense of urgency from hotel employees to work with the police department. The manager never even reached out to see if I was ok or if there was any additional assistance she could offer. *Hotel never let me see the surveillance video *Extremely small bathrooms that are NOT represented in the pics from their website or Hotels.com *Curtains don't close all the way so all the light from the busy highway enters the room. *Police officer told me not to stay anywhere on Poplar

The bathroom was dirty. Hair all in the shower and wrapped around the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Whenever I asked for something I was told it would be brought up to my room but it never came.

Yeah, I will never stay here again. The employees were friendly and professional, but this place needs to be redesigned, refurbished, and renewed. It’s time. And if you recently had it refurbished you’re lying. Pictures are of a used face towel in the room I stayed at, when I checked in it was hanging up, there were no trash bags lining the bins, the water and coffee was not stocked. It felt like someone had used the room prior but the bed was made and everything else was skipped over. This is a Sheraton?

Room was tiny! There were lights outside that made their way through the shades. Staff was great and bed was comfortable, but the extra blanket I got was very yellowed (supposed to be white).

The stars I am giving are for the very friendly staff and the overall cleanliness. The property and furniture are very dated so cabinets were a bit smelly. What I had real issues with were that there was little water pressure, the A/C unit was incredibly loud so that I had to turn it off during the night, plus the black out curtains could not be closed because of the A/C unit in the middle so that the floodlights from the parking lot lit the room up during the night. All of the above in combination made it hard to get some rest.

Stayed for one night on the way the pigeon forge Tennessee and was great. Be aware the bathroom door is very close to the toilet and black out curtains was not available but overall very clean and for one night we enjoyed our stay!

Each stay the staff is phenomenal. They are super friendly and hospitable. We could stay anywhere but chose Four Points Sheraton’s East location because we appreciate how they make us feel. Great accommodating staff. Always pleasant and professional. They make us feel welcome and safe.

The only thing I didn’t like about my experience was being charged $100 just to check in after fully paying for the room through expedia and that was never communicated! Also after calling the property to verify the booking no one ever told me that ! But after figuring it out the staff was always so nice , my room was never cleaned while there but that was okay for me because i kept my own space up. I had a good trip and would stay at the property again.

While Stay at this property my car and several other vehicle were broken into and robbed. Their was a security guard on site that was no where to found during the robbery. The property did nothing to aid or assist. The rental car was also booked thru Orbitz and now I am stuck with a bill for a car window.

The gentlemen at this front desk was cordial. Check-in took a little longer do to go to computer issues. Our room was nice and comfy. The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping and eating establishment. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was terrible and it cost 12.99 per person beds are small to be queen size, the young lady at the front desk with red hair I don't remember her name was the most professional person we met and of course the security was also housekeepers were nice just wasn't an bags in the trash can . Oh yeah I forgot some one had checked us out and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude with no explanation to who checked us out will not coming back there.

The Front Desk Staff, (Autumn and Felicia) are Very Courteous. They pay Close attention to personal request, which i had several. The Breakfast is "Fresh" and Delightful.

The room was very clean, the furniture was in very good condition, so were towels and linens. The front desk was courteous and helpful. I was disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open but there were many, many options nearby to eat in or get food delivered. After having some very disappointing and frankly not thoroughly cleaned rooms during the pandemic, I was pleased with this Sheraton and would book there again.

HVAC was programmed for energy saving and thermostats won’t function in room. After a couple hours programming in thermostats came back to working. Breakfast is a charge and is mediocre. Staff friendly
