The property was o.k.. They didnot inform you efficiently about their extra charges and needing cash.the rooms floors were filthy,they couldnt understand english very well and all we asked for was a wash rag..the pool was closed and not mentioned any where that is was seasonal nor when i called to ask about wasnt informed..no ice machine that we could find...extremely noisy sat.nite after midnite and no answer from the office.

The pool was filthy alot of debris in the bottom of the pool. There was hair other body hair in the tub. The bed was very hard. The is a 50.00 cash deposit that you're not made aware of until arrival, you get it back once you are ready to check out and they inspect your room..

There is nothing good about this place. My room had a leak in the ceiling and they refused to change our room the laundry machine didn't work and there was only one washer and one deyer and they locked the ice machine up at night so no one could get anyw. Place was okay for an overnight crash. But, the highway noise was significant. Bed and bedding okay. Bit surprised by the demand for a $100 security deposit. The place was just typical for an older run-down road-side budget motel. Owners would do well to removed the burned down shed and other trash on the property. The place is so shabby it looks abandoned. No elevator to upper level.

Nice clean room. Check n was quick and painless. There is plenty of parking. Nice cold AC. Now the stuff that wasn’t great. The tv cable is fuzzy. Ice machine, laundry and vending were all down or out of order.

The room was super dirty and there was splatter marks all over the walls. The fridge in the room was broken and the door security lock was also broken. The tub was stained and the sheets and pillows also had stains on them. I was traveling with my best friend and our dogs and advised the front desk of this and they put us in a room on the second floor far away from the closest accessible stairs. We went past the check out time by 2 minutes and was reprimanded by the person going around doing the housekeeping. Very bad experience overall

When I entered the room the smoke alarm was beeping indicating a low battery. The staff solution was to take the smoke alarm off the wall instead. Went to turn on the bedside light and i saw an insect run away from my hand. The bath tub was old and covered with rust or some other type of stains. The bathroom wall near the floor had mold. The bathroom floor made a squishy sound when I took a step and upon looking down I could see water coming up from inbetween the tiles.

There was black mold in the bathroom and in the in the air conditioner. There was mucus smeared in a few spots on the wall. The floor had not been swept for awhile. The shower had a few different types of hair in it leading me to believe it hasn’t been wiped out for several guests. There was candy melted into the AC. A Lot of grime on top of the base boards. Stains all over the wall. Comforter had a urine smell. Stains all over every visible surface.

Jamica was great at housekeeping. Very friendly with a great disposition. However, I saw roaches on five different occasions and only about half the channels worked on the TV. The front desk person is a little short with customers and needs some training in customer service

The property seemed to be abandoned mid-renovation. The bed and the entertainment center were very nice. The flooring wasn't properly installed and had bubbled from the subflooring. There was paint peeling and hanging from the ceiling and spiderwebs in the corners. The drain in my tub was very slow to drain and I originally had no hot water. The front desk was able to fix the hot water situation but was unable to remedy the drain. She did try. The TV only received three clear channels and the rest were varying degrees of static.

The door locks are archaic and I couldn’t get in. I had to walk back at midnight to get help. The man was very nice and walked me back. You have to shake the door while the key card is in when it’s cold.

Requested a non-smoking room. Room I was given had ashtrays and burn holes in the bedding. Front desk insisted it was a non-smoking room. It didn't smell any worse than your average cheap motel room but still would have preferred to get what I reserved. Tv remote was broken and when I tried to go to the front desk, no one was there for over 30 minutes (and did not answer the phone either).

On multiple stays, the staff will enter your room in the morning even if you are telling them that you do not need anything. Always put that safety lock on or they are going to barge right in. Also, don’t expect to get towels after housekeeping goes home. I needed towels one night and I was questioned about why I needed more towels after getting new towels that morning. I told them that I had used the towels and would like some fresh ones for that evening. I never did get those fresh towels. Still don’t understand why I was questioned about needing more towels. So, always put on the safety bolt & latch, and do not expect more than one set of towels a day.

We booked the room then upon arrival they said that they could not find my booking information I contacted y'all then y'all contacted the hotel he stated that there was nothing available but then a couple came in right behind me and paid cash for a room I feel like I should be giving some type of credit for the hassle that I had to deal with y'all did not handle this professionally at all.

Terrible front desk person. Terrible. We are moving from California to North Carolina we booked an online reservation. Due to accidents on the route we didn’t arrive until close to 4 am. No fault of the motel however around 10 :35 am we called to ask for a little time (late checkout) which all motel 6 are understanding when needed. He said flat out no, even if we came at 5 am we would still get a no and needed to be out by 11. Thanks Mr Patel

I had a reservation for a 1st floor, 2 queen bed room due to traveling with 2 handicapped women. I called them specifically to request that room due to the women not being able to walk far, which they said "no problem" on the phone. When I got there, they said they had no 1st floor rooms. So I said cancel and left. The desk clerk had just a terrible attitude, and was not a nice person. I was traveling for 2 weeks and this was BY FAR the worst experience of my whole trip.

This property is not the best place to stay. It is in a high crime rate area. People doing drugs on property and next door. They never addressed any problems brought up to them. We were without water one day from 11 to 3 pm. They were going to prorate the riom, but then would not. The ceiling was falling. Would not recommend. Unfortunately I stayed because I am a diabetic and I got sick the first night i was there and wasn't well enough to leave for 2 days.

UNSAFE DONT STAY HERE, cops in and out, cop sirens all night long. I was to scared to even sleep. Made reservations on way down just to sleep for a bit before we hit toad again. If we had our kids with us we would of lost money and stayed somewhere else. I would never ever have any kids here. Warning you. Besides feeling extremely unsafe and scared. The room was disgusting. Dirty. Bed hard as rock. No water pressure at all. Shower dirty. Plus you have to give 50.00 when you check in as a security deposit. Which you get back in morning if your room is clean. Which i thought was odd never had to do that before. The sheets had cigarette burns all over them. I slept with my clothes on and changed to long sleeves so my skin would not have to touch bed. I cant express to you how bad it was. I NEVER leave reviews but this mandatory. If you have a family or a woman by your self. Run away from this place.

Made an impromptu stay here during a cross country moving trip and spent the night. Motel was clean and although the motel looks a bit older, I was impressed with how updated the room was. Bathroom and bathroom sink have been updated and felt more like a newer hotel. Motel is conveniently located across from a McDonald's since the motel had no breakfast offerings in the morning. I wouldn't mind staying here again.
