The room itself was a little small but ok. The fitness room had busted equipment and the small outdoor pool was not heated. The hot tub was cool as well and we saw rats in the pool area. Would not stay here again.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Pool area could have used a bit more cleaning and wasnt a heated pool and the whirlpool didnt work at the time. But the room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Valet needs bigger area to drop off/check in, but they were also very nice and helpful.

The front desk staff, Trell and Reggie are amazing at their job and very friendly: they are the reasons for the stars that I have hotel. The tvs in myself and 2 family rooms did not work properly, constantly buffering. There were some issues with AC in 2/3 of our rooms. The hot tub was closed and sealed with caution tape, putting a damper on our outdoor swim. Other than maintenance issues, my room was clean and comfortable. I would only return if the front staff is still the same

Excellent location in downtown Memphis. Very clean, except for the workout area at a gymnasium smell. :-( Also, we did not anticipate a $35 mandatory valet parking fee.

Hot tub was under construction so that was disappointing. Parking was valet mandatory but they were very quick and friendly. Seating for breakfast was small compared to the amount of guest so people had to stand and wait for tables to come available. Two elevators were slow especially when we stayed in 6th floor.

The pool was cloudy and had dark things on the bottom of it. I had purposely booked this hotel for the pool. It didn’t feel comfortable using it. Room service was not daily- this was not clear upon booking. I requested towels on a day that the housekeeping was done and was told that they were short staffed and that I would have to go downstairs to get the towels. Then also told that housekeeping was not daily but every other day due to Covid protocols. However the next day when my travel partner called she was told that the housekeeping wasn’t done daily because there was a service animal- we didn’t have a service animal with us. They never mentioned Covid protocols when they spoke with my travel partner. I was deeply disappointed by this stay. The conflicting stories about housekeeping were unnecessary and offending.

The hotel was clean and the stage was friendly, but the room had large stains on the furniture and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The valet service was not good, my car was illegally parked and I was sent the notice, thankfully I got the ticket resolved. The valet service was also very slow, the valet company works with 3 hotels; I would try to find your own parking if you plan on staying here.

Nice hotel facing on Main St. Shops and restaurants all along main street and only few block from Beale St. Very close to Mud Island and the Pyramid too. Unfortunately my wife and I woke up with bites around our ankles the last morining, which means the presence of bugs in the bed.

The staff is very friendly and the beds are comfortable, but the hotel is dirty. Our beds had dirty sheets and we had to change them. The shower/tub had a dirt ring and still had a wet towel in it. The man downstairs offered to give us $50 off but because I booked with Expedia the lady the next morning said I would have to reach out to the 3rd party. The hotel is in a great location and has so much potential, but needs to be managed better. Valet guy was nice too.

But, we ended up going to target to buy cleaning supplies because the bathroom was dirty, the couch had hair and stains, and there were no trash can liners. Housekeeping staff that we came across were either on the phone or gathered having loud conversations... The location was great, we walked just about every where we went.

This may have been one of the worst places I have ever stayed in the US or abroad. Both rooms had problems. Both rooms required us to move and both rooms the second time around were not that great. This place is way over priced. Rooms are big but if they smell horrible, are dirty, and you have to move around to find one that was actually cleaned, it doesn't matter. Very disappointing. They also claimed they were discounting my room but I never saw that on my bill?

The inside of this hotel was really nice. Everything looks nice and clean. There wasn’t really a lot of dust anywhere. The staff are also really friendly when we first got there the front desk staff was friendly at first, but then also a little annoyed. The room was nice. It was kind of tight in there, but it was nice. The bathroom had a weird smell, and it looked like sweater of blood on the bottom part of the door, but we weren’t sure what it was. It’s a hot tub was not working or functional, which was a little bit disappointment for our kids. The breakfast was amazing and really tasty. There is two days when they ran out of the breakfast batter and it took a minute to bring it out, but they were friendly while doing it

The staff was great, and the location was within walking distance of most things. However, the room itself was kind of dirty, and there were issues. It’s listed as a pullout sofa bed, but it was actually some sort of futon with a trundle. When we lifted up the futon cushions, there were crumbs and junk all in the futon. The toilet wouldn’t flush without holding down the handle. My daughter said there was hair in the shower. The remote was just stuffed in a drawer without any sort of indication that it was clean.

The location is the only thing I liked about our stay, and the mattress was also good The rooms are very dark, even with all the lamps on, it’s dark. The rooms are noisy, you can hear anyone walking by and their conversations, plus we could hear our neighbours talking until 4:00 am. We were here 2 nights, the wifi couldn’t keep up with how busy it it. I would give this hotel a 2 1/2 star rating, but they’re charging and claiming 4 stars.

Before anything else, this was on me: Parking. It was listed within hotel information, but I easily overlooked the valet parking as there is no on-site (included) parking at the hotel. Like I said, this was on me for not paying closer attention and it ended up being a costly mistake; however, the valets were very kind workers. All staff of the hotel were kind and exceptionally great at their jobs. Breakfast was great! Plenty of options and the staff kept the food hot and fresh. The internet connection was very slow which made trying to stream disappointing, but that's not a required commodity for our stay. The room size (booked a Studio, Multiple Beds) was larger than expected! Overall, the stay will encourage me to stay at another Marriott.

The trip was good from start to finish, check in was quick & the gentleman was nice. The rooms were clean & very cool, as well as the hotel itself (it was 90 degrees while we were there). The location was amazing for everything we wanted to do. Super close to Beale street. The pool was clean & the breakfast was good. Definitely will stay here again!!!! 10/10. There was 1 downside, the tv kept buffering, you honestly couldn’t watch a show without it stopping/freezing

As a Marriott Titanium Elite member I was a bit disappointed. No upgrade offered. Suite was small. Water in bath tub dripped consistently. The air conditioning unit was I foot from the bed and operated at its own pace regardless of the setting. Air blew directly on you all night long. There was one TV in the middle of the room that turned a quarter of the way to each part of the room. The room was very cramped with 3 people.

Showed up at 4pm (check in time). Was told room was not ready. When asked how long the wait would be, no range of time was provided. I asked for a courtesy call when ready. After an hour of waiting I had to use hotels.com chat and be connected to an agent who could not get hold of the hotel. After another hour, the agent finally reached the hotel and the room was ready. Never got a courtesy call. So check in was not as convenient as advertised.

Reggie at the front desk was outstanding! Not only was he friendly and took the time to explain the amenities of the property, he also took time to show us around parts of the property. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was okay, but the staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. I would Def barely stay here again. 5/5 stars.

The staff was very excellent. They go above and beyond for your needs. The front desk manager Countrel always makes me feel at home!! He's an all around guy. All management staff were superb!! Only place i stay when in Memphis.

I was a little apprehensive having read recent reviews but we had an excellent stay. A very warm welcome and easy valet parking. Room was comfortable and clean. Good shower and daily housekeeping on request. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice and, again, very friendly and helpful staff. Ideally situated with a tram stop outside the rear entrance of the hotel but also walkable to Beale Street.

Good position but always better to go around with the car (there's a park closeby Beale Street). Good vallet parking and Byron has been excellent as car vallet employee, thanks! Nice breakfast. Just need to wash the sofa in the room as we got some bites.

Is a nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable and big. YOU HAVE TO BE ALERT WHEN GOING MEMPHIS. I got my car stolen in front of the hotel in the valet area as soon as we're taking the suitcases out of the car.

The staff were excellent! There was a good variety for breakfast. Our room was a good size. You really need to be situationally aware in the area. There are a lot of car break ins. On arrival there was a single person walking the valet area looking in each window. Later I saw a the same person with a group going car to car looking inside and pulling car door handles. There was someone in the group wearing a safety vest. He seemed to be acting like he worked at the hotel. This group of people walked through multiple times, looking for opportunity. The hotel spans two different buildings that are connected. It was a bit inconvenient for us. We didn't want to leave anything in the car. If your room is in the other building, you'll have to go through one elevator to get to the connecting hallway. Then to the next buildings' elevator to connect to your room. The pool and hot tub are fenced in on the ground level facing an alley. I found it hard to enjoy that area since that is where I saw people trying to get into cars.

The welcome to the hotel was somebody jumping into our rental car and stealing it in front of the entrance door on the covered area. Fortunately we had just retrieved all the luggage into a cart, but in the escape, the two juveniles that took out car, hit the luggage cart and ran over a bag and scattered the rest of the luggage. With a beginning like that, you can imagine how the rest went, The staff were outstanding and the service was great, but the location doesn't seem to be very safe. We ended up leaving a day earlier. The hotel was in bad condition.

This is a great location to stay for Downtown Memphis being at the top end of Main Street - near enough for easy walking to most attractions but far enough away from the noise of Beale Street. The facilities at the hotel are good. We stayed in a king suite (bed is superking to Brits). Very comfortable. Huge tv mounted on wall which could be angled to watch when on the sofa or in bed. Small kitchen area with microwave & fridge was handy. Very clean rooms which were cleaned daily. Super friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that let this hotel down was breakfast - there was a reasonable choice (would have liked more hot choices) from a self serve buffet. The main let down for me was the plastic cutlery, cups & plates. Obviously done to save on staffing/cleaning, but did not make for a good dining experience and definitely not recylced - everyone put food waste & the plastic into one bin. This did not however spoil out stay and we would definitely stay there again. Hotel also feels very safe. We did not have time to use the pool or hot tub but it was small and looked very clean.

In Downtown Memphis , walk to Beale St . , we enjoyed the river walk with a stunning sunset which is just across the street from the hotel . Breakfast was awesome with varieties of selections. There is a bar as well. Bed is comfortable, amenities with the gym which I accessed was good even after plenty of sidewalk dancing on Beale Street. Awesome stay!

The inside of this hotel was really nice. Everything looks nice and clean. There wasn’t really a lot of dust anywhere. The staff are also really friendly when we first got there the front desk staff was friendly at first, but then also a little annoyed. The room was nice. It was kind of tight in there, but it was nice. The bathroom had a weird smell, and it looked like sweater of blood on the bottom part of the door, but we weren’t sure what it was. It’s a hot tub was not working or functional, which was a little bit disappointment for our kids. The breakfast was amazing and really tasty. There is two days when they ran out of the breakfast batter and it took a minute to bring it out, but they were friendly while doing it
