The pool area was wild as ever! People blasting music, packing around drinks in the containers, bringing in cases of beer and carrying on with horrific language with no regards to the children in the area.

Very friendly staff. Easy check-in. All areas of the hotel were clean, well-lit, towels were plentiful in the pool and hot tub area, coffee area was clean and maintained all day. Plenty of rolling carts and plenty of free parking. Pools, lazy river, and hot tub were very clean.

The motel was lovely. The lazy river was terrific. Clean and quiet. Only 1 guest washer and dryer available is my only complaint. Not enough of a problem to bring down the score.

Rooms were average and a bit past their prime. The poil was cloudy and we saw staff mopping around the pool and rinsing the mop in the pool. We were grossed out and never used it.

Great stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was hot, ready, and plentiful. The location was ideal fo us as we did not want to stay in the busy part of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The indoor and outdoor pools could use some upgrading and there were never more than 2 tubes for the small lazy river when we wanted to use it.

Check-in was easy and Pam was very nice. She explained where everything was and the process was quick. The hotel had a wonderful smell throughout the halls and in our room. The room was clean and beds/pillows super comfy. There was a pullout couch but we never utilized it so I can’t speak on how comfortable it was. There was a balcony with some chairs that was nice to sit in. There was a small coffee pot, fridge and microwave in the room as well. Breakfast was complimentary and very good. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausages, hash, hashbrowns and cinnamon apples were on the hot bar. There were breads to toast as well as yogurt oatmeal and cereal. A waffle station, juice and coffee bar were also very nice. Indoor pool and an amazing hot tub are open 24 hours. Outdoor pool and lazy river were nice too. Any staff we interacted with were very nice. Hotel is a quick drive to pigeon forge, depending on traffic but never took us more than 20 minutes. For the location, price and cleanliness we will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent consistently everyday which was great. We enjoyed the pool with the lazy river. Great place to just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I do wish the outside pool was open earlier than it is, but the indoor pool is open 24 hours which is better than most hotels. All in all it was a great stay.

Clean room, very friendly staff, easy parking, great location and very, quiet. Loved that it had its own private balcony. Breakfast was really good as well. You had multiple choices to choose from for breakfast! Will be staying here again on our next trip

The only we had there ants in the room, we to go to customer service and ask for ants spray to put in the room than we had to spray with smell a way . That’s the only complaints we had. Everything else was fine thanks Irma ballard

Super friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Room was very comfortable and very nice with fireplace. Also quiet. One small cockroach in the bathroom which made us panic but after searching the room we didn’t find any so hope that’s the end of it. We’ll stay here again.

This has been our "go to" hotel when we come into town to visit family. This stay was our worst experience sadly. We were getting ready for bed, when we realized we were not the only ones staying in our room. The small, four-legged guy was not a paying guest. Granted, this hotel is right beside a river (not a river "view", just a river behind the hotel). I immediately called the front desk, and the poor, seet young lady was totally unprepared for this sort of situation. I had to tell her to get us a different room...now. She brought the new room keys to our door, but moving is not convenient for us, as it\'s just me and my son with multiple disabilities. He was very shaken by the whole experience. We have to travel with a lot of "necessities", so it took 2 trips with a cart to go down the hallway, all the way next to an exit door. I\'m not sure we will be going back to this location. Although she apologized, besides getting another room for us there was no offer to "make it right". I inquired, but of course it was nighttime, no supervisor was available and no one ever got back with me. When I took my first shower in the "new room" the tub/shower would not drain and the sink would not drain. Gross.

We were in room 115 which was a suite including a fireplace and hot tub. The fireplace was nice. We did not use the hot tub, so I can’t comment on it. There is no other sitting arrangement except for the bed or sofa which is a sofa bed and just using it as a sofa it was horribly UNCOMFORTABLE. The TV reception was awful with most of the channels not working and when watching a channel that did have reception, every couple of minutes it would go off line and a message would appear stating bad signal. We wanted to stay in and rest as well as shop a little, but you could not sit on the sofa very long not to mention it either sits low to the floor or is just broken down low to the floor. The staff was very nice and we love the location of the hotel.

One reason we booked this hotel was for the location—close to but away from the noisy, crowded center of town. We didn’t know there was a helicopter tour business across the street, so they were flying over the hotel constantly! There was only one elevator and it was on the opposite end of the building from reception. The room itself was clean and had a small balcony. It was dated—many nicks in furniture and need for paint. The bed also was old and spongy. The paper products were very poor quality. The buffet breakfast was quite good—better than most hotels have.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. They're using a nice air freshener scent in the lobby and rooms with a pleasant smell. The pool/lazy river area is lovely and well maintained. Cons: We upgraded to a King Suite which was situated on the front of the property on a busy road so the road noise was constant. Also, these King suites have a jazuzzi soaking tub and evidently the people above or below us filled theirs at 10pm one night. It was crazy loud hearing the water rush through the pipes for about 30 minutes. We could barely hear our TV over the noise! LOL! Overall, a nice place but if we stay there again we will ask for a quieter room at the back of the property.

We were situated at the end of the hall and the WIFI service was extremely up and down. More down than anything. Also the maid had forgotten to do our room one night out of a two night stay. When I first checked in and asked questions about the property the girl did not seem to know a lot. Maybe better training is needed. This property is found quite a bit always from downtown sevierville where there are more eating options. I would not stay there again only due to the location.

Later, housekeeping was very helpful, bringing me orange juice from the breakfast bar to my room, since I have difficulty walking and all drink machines on all floors had been empty for 3 weeks - staff was trying hard to find out why and were themselves very frustrated with that issue. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausages, hash, hashbrowns and cinnamon apples were on the hot bar. There were breads to toast as well as yogurt oatmeal and cereal. A waffle station, juice and coffee bar were also very nice. Indoor pool and an amazing hot tub are open 24 hours. Outdoor pool and lazy river were nice too. Any staff we interacted with were very nice. Hotel is a quick drive to pigeon forge, depending on traffic but never took us more than 20 minutes. For the location, price and cleanliness we will definitely stay here again.

This has been our "go to" hotel when we come into town to visit family. This stay was our worst experience sadly. We were getting ready for bed, when we realized we were not the only ones staying in our room. The small, four-legged guy was not a paying guest. Granted, this hotel is right beside a river (not a river "view", just a river behind the hotel). I immediately called the front desk, and the poor, seet young lady was totally unprepared for this sort of situation. I had to tell her to get us a different room...now. She brought the new room keys to our door, but moving is not convenient for us, as it\'s just me and my son with multiple disabilities. He was very shaken by the whole experience. We have to travel with a lot of "necessities", so it took 2 trips with a cart to go down the hallway, all the way next to an exit door. I\'m not sure we will be going back to this location. Although she apologized, besides getting another room for us there was no offer to "make it right". I inquired, but of course it was nighttime, no supervisor was available and no one ever got back with me. When I took my first shower in the "new room" the tub/shower would not drain and the sink would not drain. Gross.

One reason we booked this hotel was for the location—close to but away from the noisy, crowded center of town. We didn’t know there was a helicopter tour business across the street, so they were flying over the hotel constantly! There was only one elevator and it was on the opposite end of the building from reception. The room itself was clean and had a small balcony. It was dated—many nicks in furniture and need for paint. The bed also was old and spongy. The paper products were very poor quality. The buffet breakfast was quite good—better than most hotels have.

We were in town for just one night for a volleyball tournament, and this hotel was a quick 10-minute drive straight up the highway to the Sevierville Convention Center, super convenient. The exterior is absolutely charming and gave off that cozy, old Charleston vibe. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were kind enough to let us check in before the official time. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great options. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Sevierville!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little dated, but they do take care of keeping it clean. The breakfast is excellent. The great thing about this hotel is the location. It’s off the beaten bumper to bumper path, but doesn’t take long to get to everything.

So close to everything that we wanted to do. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast options were above avaerage from other hotel breakfasts. The price for this hotel was also good too, would highly recommend!

The facilities were devorated very nice and clean. Oversized it was a very good experience. The only negative things to mention was the water pressure for the shower was very weak, no bathtub, no vent in the bathroom made it hot and foggy and the last thing was there was no redlight to get out onto the 4 lanes of traffic.

Our stay was amazing. We had an accessible room and it was perfect. I would have liked a room with a different view besides the street, but it was overall comfortable. The breakfast was good, more fresh fruit options would have been nice. The baked apples still had the skin on them and were difficult to eat.

Love that the indoor pool and coffee is 24 hours. The breakfast was really good and served till 11 am so you don't have to be up extra early to make breakfast hours.
