Our two complaints were the air conditioner didnt work very well, and was the pool hours. Really stinks nowadays you cannot come back to swim after a day out on the town with family. This hotel had the earliest pool shut down time ive seen being 9pm.

It's just a cheap hotel. It's really a motel instead of a hotel. Room doors all exit to the parking lot. The indoor pool was right outside our door. They built a lean-to structure on the end of the building to create the indoor pool. A/C in our room sounded awful, like it was dying and about to burst into flames. It never did, thankfully, and it was still cooling, but we decided to go to another hotel for our last 2 nights. I guess I should have known for only $100 a night. It would have been fine for 2 more nights, most likely, but we wanted to stay somewhere nicer for our last 2 nights.

We were able to relocate our room to the 1st floor (from the 3rd) thankfully. No sheets were provided for couch sofa in the room. The web site and hotels.com notes there is a fitness center at this Quality Inn but there was NO fitness center (see attached screenshot of amenities listed that says 'break a sweat in the fitness center.'

Good hotel. Been there a while. Could use updates. Only con is one elevator in middle of long bldg. Our room at the end. No lights around the outdoor pool at night. Breakfast was great.

The area was great since we were mainly interested in the flea market, buckees and area stores. The mattress was a bit hard for us. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Very good experience. Our a.c. Went out and they couldn't fix it so the guy ripped it out and put a new one in. Indoor pool needs to be warmer, but hot tub was perfect.

The property needs to be updated when you go in the winter time and you have to go out of your door into the cold to get to the pool area. That’s something I did not like.Also they had know ice ! The pool was nice. The Jacuzzi was nice. They have an outside pool that if you go in the summertime, I’m sure would be nice.The pool was nice. The Jacuzzi was nice. The pools and breakfast were nice. And the room was what you would expect for the price, my only complaint would be that the carpet in our room was DISGUSTING! After only a few minutes of walking on it, feet or socks would be black. A good shampoo would have really gone a long way for that floor! Even for the price, the nasty floor wasn’t worth it. Now if they get those cleaned it’s a deal, and a convenient location.

I'll start with the pros, the heated indoor pool and spa was amazing and this was easily the best continental breakfast I've ever had. The sheets were buttery soft and lovely to slip into and the pillows were also wonderful. We had a suite and balcony that were really convenient and a lovely layout. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. I'm trying to be fair, because it's hard to find cheaper stays that are still overall nice for a family. The bed itself was really springy and uncomfortable, but again if you're looking for cheap and clean, not a big deal. There was some corrosion on the metal in our room because we were in the indoor pool area. Again not a big deal. My 2 biggest complaints were that 1) the carpet was filthy. You would shower and walk across it and your feet would be black by the time you made it to your bed. 2) We found a live roach in the drawer in the kitchenette area, halfway through our stay. That's a deal breaker for me, so I would want to know as a future guest. My husband dispatched it and searched the entire rest of the area and pulled open cupboards and drawers to find more and he did not. It's entirely possible this was a one off, but I couldn't sleep the rest of the trip worrying about what we might bring home. We never saw another one outside or inside the rest of the time. Not sure we would stay again just for that last reason. They were so good in so many other ways, but I hope that they consider setting off bug bombs at least.

Place was pretty nasty. Children's greasy hand prints all over the sliding door, black hairs in the tub. Lamps and cables were pilled out from TVs. Breakfast buffet was between cold and warm at best. Just expected more for $180 a night. Needs updating bad.

Booked room online due to late arrival from trip. Checked in at 12 midnight. Gary the night manager was very cordial and accommodating. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of clean white new towels and plenty of toiletries. Room had coffee maker and supplies. Breakfast was plentiful with cold and hot selections including waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits. Lots of breakfast choices. Fresh fruit and yogurt. I would recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

We were in town for a national volleyball club tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center which was 3 minutes away. The hotel's location was great however the condition and cleanliness of the hotel and hotel rooms were disappointing, especially for what we paid. I would have expected this if it were less expensive than the other area hotels, but it was not. The sheets on the beds were stained, one of the comforters had blood on it, the shower and sink were just not clean, and the floors were beyond gross. Our hotel room phone and safe did not work and was not fixed during our stay. I told someone about the safe once and the phone twice but it was never fixed. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to call the direct line to get the front office, I would get sent to the call center that is not at the hotel if I was left on hold too long. On the last day of our 4-day/3 night stay the elevator didn't work so I had to make 3 trips up and down from the 3rd floor in 11-degree weather (this wasn't fun). The hotel has the potential to be so nice...they need to clean it up a bit. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus for the girls and their teammates and the breakfast each morning was good..the dining area was very clean and sanitary. If they cleaned their rooms the way they do the dining area this place would be a B+, A- hotel. I will say that all of the staff were very nice and respectful.

I travel once a month for work so I stay in hotels often this is by far the worst I’ve stayed in. It’s dirty and run down. There were stains on the linens, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, all 3 faucets and the shower dripped, there were pee stains around and on the toilet, the shower water pressure and temperature fluctuates, the first two days only the garbage was removed and towels swapped, third day we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones and take the garbage out. We had to request to have the room cleaned including the beds be done. When we got back from being out all day the room was cleaned but the door to the room was left open!! Thankfully we didn’t notice anything missing. The indoor pool smells like a dirty fish tank. The breakfast area is smell and dirty. There was no point in complaining to the front desk.

This hotel has a few things to recommend it - location, included breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools, and price. The property is a little dated. The outdoor pool hours are "variable". Breakfast was plentiful, with offerings for everyone (please add grits). The outdoor dining space was never set up and the interior space is limited. Our balcony was really only half usable because one side had the air conditioner exhaust blowing on it. It also overlooked a car dealership's lot and repair garage. Our room was spacious with two distinct living areas, two televisions, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room safe didn't work. The bedside lamps were three-way lamps with one-way bulbs, making it necessary to push the on/off switch several times to achieve on or off. There seemed to be a leak somewhere in the roof or wall along the bathroom and dripping could be heard during rainstorms and showers. Probably the most egregious of all the problems was overhearing the staff discuss and mock a customer who had called to complain about her acommodations after her visit. I found their behavior to be rude and unprofessional as they stood at the front desk having their conversation while the custmer was on hold. I easily heard them while seated in the breakfast area. I think this property would benefit from some remodeling, a deep cleaning, and some new staff members.

The balcony had an amazing view of the smokies but the bed was super uncomfortable. We were in the indoor pool area on the 3rd floor so that was ridiculously warm as well.

The location and convenience to restaurants and shops was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was worn but pretty clean and spacious. Front room got a little warm, as the air conditioning unit is in the back but overall good for a stopover.

Target is right next door. Shower was small and shower head wasn’t very high. I had to been down and I’m 5’9”. Towels were clean and beds were comfy and the room was huge!

Definitely needs some upgrading. Tiles in the ceiling look like they are ready to fall, lighting is dark, the shower head was at my husbands chest, water wasn’t super hot. Service was great, things like sheets were clean but overall I wouldn’t stay again.

I don’t recommend breakfast. The front staff is rude and unhelpful and the pet fee is ridiculous. There’s other hotels in better locations with no pet fees. I ended up paying almost $500 for two nights with the pet fees.

Property next door is under construction so it does make parking a little harder however all the staff was friendly, check in was easy, our room was mostly clean ( you get what you pay for), and the room was much larger than we expected. My only suggestion is if the pool closes at nine to have some strictly enforce it, we were located on the indoor pool side so the noise from the pool carried loudly into our room and at 9:30-9:45 we could still hear people and there music from the pool area.

This hotel has a few things to recommend it - location, included breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools, and price. The property is a little dated. The outdoor pool hours are "variable". Breakfast was plentiful, with offerings for everyone (please add grits). The outdoor dining space was never set up and the interior space is limited. Our balcony was really only half usable because one side had the air conditioner exhaust blowing on it. It also overlooked a car dealership's lot and repair garage. Our room was spacious with two distinct living areas, two televisions, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room safe didn't work. The bedside lamps were three-way lamps with one-way bulbs, making it necessary to push the on/off switch several times to achieve on or off. There seemed to be a leak somewhere in the roof or wall along the bathroom and dripping could be heard during rainstorms and showers. Probably the most egregious of all the problems was overhearing the staff discuss and mock a customer who had called to complain about her acommodations after her visit. I found their behavior to be rude and unprofessional as they stood at the front desk having their conversation while the custmer was on hold. I easily heard them while seated in the breakfast area. I think this property would benefit from some remodeling, a deep cleaning, and some new staff members.

The lady at the front desk when I called to tell her there was no AC and refrigerator didn’t work was very rude about it. I just had surgery on both my feet. She knew that when I checked in and she still made me walk all the way to the office to get keys for the next room we were going to and got mad about having to put us in another room I rented the room because of the Jacuzzi, but by time we sweat for hours we didn’t have any interest in using it so it was a waste of money

The hotel was what was needed for our trip. Very spacious room. The separate living room also came with a refrigerator and a sink. Was nice. Also the inside pool and jacuzzi were a plus. The room could use an update and be a bit cleaner. The staff was very friendly, kind and understanding.

Booked room online due to late arrival from trip. Checked in at 12 midnight. Gary the night manager was very cordial and accommodating. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of clean white new towels and plenty of toiletries. Room had coffee maker and supplies. Breakfast was plentiful with cold and hot selections including waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits. Lots of breakfast choices. Fresh fruit and yogurt. I would recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

This hotel refused to cancel a reservation I had made in error, through hotels.com. I needed a place to stay with my kids, so I paid for the night I arrived there, thinking I had a reservation. When I figured out that the website had switched the date to a week from the actual date, I tried to cancel the reservation with the hotel and the hotels.com website. They both said that the other had the power to cancel, but nobody would actually cancel it. I’m still fighting the charge with my credit card. I don’t recommend using hotels.com or staying at this hotel, which is filthy dirty.

This property is listed as pet friendly and when I booked they charged a non-refundable pet fee. On arrival they refused to honor the reservation because I had a cat. At 1 AM in the morning I had to find another hotel, and this property has refunded neither the prepaid cost paid through Expedia nor have the refunded the pet fee. I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay in Sevierville.

It's just a cheap hotel. It's really a motel instead of a hotel. Room doors all exit to the parking lot. The indoor pool was right outside our door. They built a lean-to structure on the end of the building to create the indoor pool. A/C in our room sounded awful, like it was dying and about to burst into flames. It never did, thankfully, and it was still cooling, but we decided to go to another hotel for our last 2 nights. I guess I should have known for only $100 a night. It would have been fine for 2 more nights, most likely, but we wanted to stay somewhere nicer for our last 2 nights.

Property was not the newest but it was clean and close to the convention center. Price was good especially compared to the hotel attached to the convention center was nearly double the price. There is free breakfast which was better than McDonald's. It's not a 4 star restaurant but great if you're trying to save money and have a family to feed. Room was clean with fresh towels, trash taken out and beds made daily. Mattress was comfortable. Nice size fridge and a microwave. No vending machines but a larger Target was a stones throw away. 2 pools but we didn't use them. My biggest complaint was trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot on to the main road. We usually had to turn right, go to the Target parking lot, do a U turn and go left at the traffic light.

This is a very old property. Great location for events at the convention center. Our room was literally in the indoor pool. Shower didn’t drain properly. Room was a great size. Could definitely use some upgrades but for the price it was acceptable. New Target one stop light down the road was incredible and convenient.

Bed linen and bathroom were dirty. Pool had unattended children that were using squirt guns to spray non pool guests. When something was said to the front desk they said we were the 4th guest to complain yet the children remained. Provided breakfast was less than desirable with undercooked meat and cold eggs.

I liked the location, as it was convenient to attractions and shopping. The pools were well kept and clean. I didn't like the breakfast. Fake eggs, plant-based meats and the juices were too sweet; not mixed well. We got a room with two beds: one queen-size for my daughter and in the back room, a king-size for me and my wife. No problems with the queen, but the king was broken in several places; very uncomfortable.

We were in town for a national volleyball club tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center which was 3 minutes away. The hotel's location was great however the condition and cleanliness of the hotel and hotel rooms were disappointing, especially for what we paid. I would have expected this if it were less expensive than the other area hotels, but it was not. The sheets on the beds were stained, one of the comforters had blood on it, the shower and sink were just not clean, and the floors were beyond gross. Our hotel room phone and safe did not work and was not fixed during our stay. I told someone about the safe once and the phone twice but it was never fixed. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to call the direct line to get the front office, I would get sent to the call center that is not at the hotel if I was left on hold too long. On the last day of our 4-day/3 night stay the elevator didn't work so I had to make 3 trips up and down from the 3rd floor in 11-degree weather (this wasn't fun). The hotel has the potential to be so nice...they need to clean it up a bit. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus for the girls and their teammates and the breakfast each morning was good..the dining area was very clean and sanitary. If they cleaned their rooms the way they do the dining area this place would be a B+, A- hotel. I will say that all of the staff were very nice and respectful.
