SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sevierville

Clean room, hot breakfast and great shower. Fridge didnt get cold and no visible clock. Not ideal set up cause both fridge and microwave are in cabinet.

The rooms were clean but it is an older hotel. Breakfast was okay

I won’t be going back . It was very dirty, the bathroom shower did not drain

The breakfast was nice. The staff was professional.

The hotel room was generally dirty coming from someone who has cleaned them before. There was a dirt ring around the toilet and the shower curtain was falling off the wall and the floor was sticky. Otherwise, we had nice clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows, and a staff was extremely nice upon check-in and checkout. Would return for staff, would not return for room.
