Parking lot was good, staff very friendly, highly recommended

Bldg is showing wear. Elevator stopped on 2nd floor and would not close doors ro go to my room on 3rd floor. Tiles broken outside elevator, floor uneven.

A very good trip. The people that work there are ready too help with what ever you need. I have to give a big shout out too the front desk clerk, Raymond. Personality, smile, dedication too his job, I could go on and on. As the show goes "Everybody Loves Raymond" ❤️. The house keepers were friendly. Everything looked nice but the floors could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was a winner 🏆. Loved the all day coffee machine until 9pm. The espresso machine was great. Convenience can't be beat. Everything is right outside your door. I would definitely come back again. And definitely recommend 👌. The price can't be beat for what you get. Very fast checkin and out.

It would be nice if I had some vending machines like the hotel used to be when it was Econo Lodge

Arrived a few minutes early but no one was at the front desk until at least an hour later to check in. Had a good time in our room and the pool was ok, but not cleaned often. Other guests drank alcohol and smoked right outside the fence.

We checked in late and there were no parking spaces available. We had to park at Starbucks or cracker barrel. During our stay it rained heavily, we had water coming in our window and there was water coming from the light fixtures in the lobby. Staff was very friendly.

Clean , nice beds, no laundry , no snack machines, no sausage at breakfast (ran out an hour before the end of breakfast on Sunday the first day of two, no meat, the second day) I got some carbs though!?

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the pool was nice.

Great Hospitality, only would recommend fixing the back entrance door. Damaged my foot trying to enter the hotel.

There was seldom anyone at the desk including when I wanted to check out. The halls were dirty; they needed vacuuming. The entire property was "run down." We'll never stay there. I'm shocked that the Best Western chain allows their name to be associated with this sorry excuse for a hotel.

I chose the property for the positive reviews and the price. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. We were there for two nights. When we came back from dinner on our first day, there was definitely an ant problem. I didn’t make a huge deal of it because of the time of year. We got some bug spray from the front desk and the ants were taken care of. On the second day when we got back to our room, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We hoped it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, there was another one in our bathroom the next morning. The front desk didn’t offer any solution or compensation. We will definitely find other accommodations next time.

Its an old building barely holding the paint. The room had sticky floor. There were ants near the window. We asked the hotel receptionist to take care of it during the day. But when we came back in the evening they were still there. Only after reminding them about it someone sprayed something which was of no use. They do not clean the room daily. This is only if you request they will clean the room, take out the trash and make the bed. I mean it is a given that these things are done daily irrespective of a request being made or not. The shower wasn’t draining properly too.

Our room smelled like mildew, our bed sheet were damp as if they didn’t get to dry at all, hair from the previous visitors all over the bathroom, the staff was very kind but the hotel itself need work!

The whole place needs a good deep clean. Had ants in room 112 at a/c unit.

We checked in, got up to our room, and our bedding was dirty; it looked like food and lipstick on the bedding. I went down to let them know, and I was informed that it was wash day, so they had no other bedding to offer us and to come back around lunchtime the next day. I also showed them a picture of the damaged area in the bathroom. She made a note of that. Housekeeping was making rounds when I left that morning, so I assumed they would do it. I got back around 6:30-7:00 PM. Housekeeping did not stop by. I went downstairs, where I was given towels and bedding to do it myself. The floors was sticky and left my kids feet black. This is just a few of issiues this room had. I would not recommend this hotel at all

Filthy room! Stunk of old onion food. Smell was so bad I could not sleep. Floor was filthy full of debris and literal clumps of hair! Bathroom sink, toilet and shower were full of hair and toothpast splater. Sheets had stains! Horrible experience! The front desk staff were very kind and professional! Too bad housekeeping is so horrendous!

Stay away!! I made the mistake of a quick star rating which showed 8 of 10 and hopped on this booking. We arrived late to our room. The lady at the front desk was watching movies on her phone. There was no welcoming feel, thank you, kiss my grits, nothing. We got to our room on the second floor. Elevators opened to the floor of mustiness, mildew, and dampness. Entered our room with our 2 children that immediately hopped on the bed. The sheets appeared clean, we were tired so no showers or anything that evening. I did notice the walls in the room had something splattered down them. Dust was two inches thick on all surfaces, bathroom light was rusted pretty bad, the tv had a dried substance that had dripped down the screen. We made it through the night. Get up to take showers and I wouldn’t let my family step foot in that area. We went and purchased bleach and I cleaned the shower before any of us used it. When I wiped the shower to clean it the rag was black, to no surprise. There was hair everywhere in the shower, thick soap scum residue, the drain had visible mold, there was fuzzy, yes fuzzy gray and black mold at the shower entrance. We brought a fan to use during our stay. The outlet we located wasn’t quite accessible so my husband pulled out the tv stand and it has NEVER been cleaned behind. The wall there was full of dirt, grime, and spatter of who knows what. Review is longer than allotted characters

I could see dusts in the lights overhead. I’m sensitive allergic to dusts. Dirty like black bits all over the floor! Too dark in the room! I was not able to read books or magazines well cuz of light above the bed shine half shadow like a dim lower. The light above the desk keeps on and off itself all night when I tried to turn on. The clock was set a hour early which I missed breakfast in the morning and did advised other staff but never did correct the clock. Tv closed caption too small, can’t find the font so I’m able to read closed caption as I’m deaf. Breakfast good. The staff there nice.

The bed was rock hard and limited options for breakfast

The check in staff was very friendly and the room was nice. My only issue was that every night shortly after 10pm the night staff would come on duty I assume and the lobby tv would be turned up or a radio turned on and then early morning they would begin openly talking and it was very disruptive.

Bathroom was really small and you could hear everyone walking above our room.

We had a connecting room and heard everything from the other room. No seal on the connecting door frame. Smallest room we’ve ever stayed in. Only one light above the bed and above the window worked. The price was great though. Maybe that’s why not sure.

The staff was friendly and that is the onky plus to our stay. Bed was horrible and breakfast options were limited and the eggs/sausage were cold. Tables in breakfast area were sticky and dirty. Our room appeared to not have been cleaned well. A dirty used towel was left on the sink and hairs were all over the counter/tub. You could hear everything in the room whether it was in the hallway, other rooms or outside. Someone's car alarm kept going off all night. So needless to say, we didnt get much sleep.

Need new Mattress . Very hard, seemed old. Room had a lot of room to get around in, I really liked that

Only complaints I had was the bed was not very comfortable and the walls were thin. I could hear adjoining guests too easy. But for the price I was very satisfied. Room was clean and just big enough.

It just to small for my likes. But if all you want to do is sleep and sleep on a hard bouncy bed.

It is a really nice room. Comfy beds and clean room. The only downside is the walls are a little thin. You can hear when people flush, or shower.

Hotel was clean, AC worked fine, loved the coffee 24/7. Breakfast was ok. Location was fine. Pretty nice hotel for the price. The only thing was the bed was so uncomfortable, too hard.

Very clean, modern and surprisingly affordable. Special thanks to RAYMOND at front desk on the day. Our night clerk was obviously wishing she was somewhere else but....some folks just aren't blessed with social skills. 🙄 Will seek out this hotel everytime im in the area. Thanks to all for a nice setup.

We extended our stay by 1 night and out of 5 total nights, our room was cleaned only 1 time….no trash emptied, towels changed, beds made etc. our toilet in the bathroom had so much built up per on the side of it, I couldn’t stand it anymore and cleaned it myself.

It took 45 minutes for a person to come to the front desk I wasn’t the only one just standing there waiting then I man that worked there but could check no one in called me and the other customers liers for say we had been there that long and I even called the front desk phone in an attempt to get someone up front but nothing

Not sure we will stay here again. This was the second time we have used this hotel. Last year we didn’t have any issues other than the front desk personnel wasn’t the friendliest. This year we had the same issue. The room wasn’t bad until we woke up the next morning with ants. There is a shelf above the AC unit by the window where you can set your bags or whatever. It was covered in ants when we woke up. They got all over and in the bags we had sat there. When I informed the front desk upon checking out they didn’t bother to try and make things right at all. Just said sorry about that. The bathroom is rough looking. Paint is peeling, the tub is old but it seemed clean. The breakfast is pretty good though!

When we first arrived at the room door was standing open room had not been cleaned at all front desk clerk said they had no other rooms available we would have to wait after driving 5 hours to get here until they clean the room up only offered a bag with a few treats . Hotel.com did give $55 should have been $155 dollars rewards back to me on my next adventure but as far as sure stay it's just a glorified Days inn and we'll probably never stay again at one of their resorts or hotels. Very dissatisfied!!

Great hotel. I stay there two times a month. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean. Breakfast is great, one of the fee hotels around that has a fresh breakfast every morning. I have never had an issue with noise as is common with most hotels in the area. I was surprised to see the night shift clerk actually checks the security of the parking lot. Bed covers and towels are always fresh and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Everything in the room works.

The sweet lady working the front desk who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. I was really impressed with her!

We had excellent time. Check in fast and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and the bedding was excellent didn't have to use our own bed sheets. We will stay again, highly recommend.

Had a late check in and staff was no where to be found. Rang the bell several times and also called the hotel directly numerous times before an employee finally emerged south blood shot eyes and not very friendly. Beds were not comfortable. Walls paper thin.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience left much to be desired. Upon check-in, the person providing parking passes also attempted to push a timeshare presentation on us, which was an unwelcome and pushy sales tactic. The bed in our room was uncomfortably hard, and the pillows and blanket provided were thin and small, necessitating a trip to purchase additional bedding since none were available. The parking lot was consistently overcrowded with trailers and vehicles parked across multiple spaces, making it challenging to find a suitable spot. While the breakfast had its moments, most days, it lacked a significant portion of the advertised food selection, which was disappointing. During my extended week-long stay, I found it concerning that housekeeping never entered the room for cleaning or upkeep. This lack of service left me with an uncomfortable feeling of neglect. The pool’s location right next to the road made me feel exposed to passing traffic, and to top it off, the ladder for exiting the pool was in a state of disrepair, almost causing an accident. All in all, my stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I would advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and Convenient location.

I was staying by myself for a friend’s wedding in Sevierville, and SureStay did not disappoint. Affordable yet clean. Convenient. Bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. At first, I was worried it’d be noisy, but it was silent by 9 PM. Even as a young woman traveling solo, I felt safe walking to and from my car. The parking lot was well lit. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in the perfect location and the check in attendant was really nice and polite. We would definitely stay again.

The property is in a great location surrounded by a lot of options for shopping and dining. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. On Expedia it mentioned check in being at 4 but we were able to check in earlier. For the price this is a really great place to stay if you are staying one or two nights.

Not a fancy property, but I don’t pay high dollar for a place to just sleep. I look for location and cleanliness. This had it. Pretty updated. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Mattress might too hard for some but it was good for me and I slept well. All staff was friendly. This is a good location for the conference center, which is what I needed. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was awesome and friendly! Will definitely stay there again! It is very convenient to shopping and attractions, and one of the best priced of the hotels I seen in the area.

It was a cheap place, so my expectations weren't high. It was alright, but definitely not the cleanest place. Property itself seemed run down. The breakfast wasn't great either.

This is a good place to stay for a few nights. The rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great. The elevator and the walls around the buttons were gross. Breakfast area was clean and food tasty. Area was very safe and there is ample parking.

Breakfast was a little lacking. No variety and less offered everyday.

We have all stayed in rooms that only had one or two outlets. Always in places inconvenient. My room had nine. Four near the head of the bed. Three around the desk and two more around the bed. I was near the end of the hall but my laptop still showed 97% for the wireless. The room was very clean and the bathroom had more than enough towels and washcloths for my stay. The water got hot very quickly and the water pressure was unexpectedly high. Breakfast was the standard fare for the area. Biscuits and gravy,scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, and cold cereal. The 24 hour a day coffee was a nice touch. Even though it is right on the parkway, the room as very quiet. It was a very pleasent stay and I would stay there again.

Convenience to everything. They could have had more options for breakfast

The property was fairly easy to access and was in a good location and convenient to lots of stores. The only “petty” thing I can complain about is there were no lids for the coffee cups to take on the go. The breakfast biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs were awesome! They used real eggs, not powdered. Yum!

The location is great; the rooms could have been cleaner especially around baseboards; the staff was friendly; breakfast was the same thing every day for a week (sausage links and scrambled eggs) and you could make a waffle. A little variety would have been nice.
