The staff was very nice. They tried to make my stay comfortable. The pictures were a little misleading. Pool was closed and it was still getting up in the high 80s during the day. It was a much older inn than what the pictures were showing. For me and I my husband it was ok but I would not have my family to stay there. It was directly on the road and the noise level was very loud. But for the price it was okay for a 3 night stay

Very quick check in. Plenty of parking. Clean pool. Breakfast right next door. Very friendly staff!! Would definitely recommend. It's a hidden gem. It's not the newest hotel, but definitely one of the cleanest

The ramps to the upstairs were AWFUL! My mother was supposed to come on this trip with us, and there is no way she would've made it up and down that.. Room was okay.

We arrived late at night. Staff was super nice and helpful. Locked myself out of the room once. No problem. Got another key from the front desk right away. Room was clean. Got to park right in front of my room. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. Definitely would stay here again.

Staff was always on her phone, every time I saw or tried to speak with her! Even when checking in! No amenities to speak of, no continental breakfast, room was dated, the incline on the ramps to get to second floor was very steep! Not for the elderly!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in There r no frills but it’s got to be one of the cleanest and friendliest we have come acrossed The only disappointment is the pool we experienced a much larger pool from the picture

Hotel was clean. Pool was not open either day and the suite had two full beds and i pull out loveseat instead of the 2 king and 1 queen that was stated on description.

We stayed for two nights and this place was perfect for that. It was very clean- has a pool, ice machine, drink machines, and in walking distance to flap jacks. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was supplied with shampoo/conditioner and soap as well as a fridge and microwave. Things to consider: you can hear the loud cars from the road so bring a fan. This place is older but the up keep is phenomenal. The pool is not very big and it close to the main road where it’s super loud. Overall a very good stay

small parking. Attendant was very rude. plus, they had cockroaches. I killed one on my bathroom door, then when I went to tell them there was another at my door. We left right away and had to find another hotel. The owner argued with me about my refund even though she admitted to knowing there were roaches... She finally gave me a refund for one night. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. Spider webs on the wall. Never recommend

This property seemed dated like the sign stated. Lol but the big thing is the sign is also right they are very very clean. I have OCD and there was only one thing i found and that's they need to clean the inside of refrigerator better because there was hair in it. The only problem we had was there was stuff broken and one thing that was broken was a big item for me. Bc it's a bar in the tub. I'm disabled and that bar helps me keep stable but i couldn't take a shower bc it was broke. Oh and the lady you had in there working was one of the nicest people I've had in a long time. Thanks allot

The sign reads 'older than some, cleaner than most'... I had a wonderful stay. The room was very, very clean! It's older but updated. A refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and an abundance of linens is standard for all rooms. I was really pleasantly surprised and would certainly stay there again if I'm ever in Sevierville again.

Older basic hotel provides a very nice experience for travelers. I look for cleanliness in a hotel, it is my top priority, and this one did not disappoint. The room and pool were exceptionally clean. If you’re looking a nice budget hotel this is it.

This is an older place, but is clean and comfortable. It has the standard, basic amenities. The shower head height is a little low. The only real complaint was the 1st night of my stay, around 3:45, there was a dripping noise that woke me. Sounded like the shower was dripping, but it wasn't. The noise came from the AC/heater unit, which wasn't running. I turned it on, but it still made the same noise. I didn't sleep much afterwards. I kept the unit running and didn't have any problems the next 2 days/nights.

We enjoyed ourselves a lot, the room we had was a double room and it was very clean, comfortable, but small. The beds had no crumbs and were quite soft. The A.C worked well and heated/cooled out room on quick succession. The only problem we had was something very loud kept going off, not sure exactly what it was, but other than that we enjoyed it. Would recommend for a budget friendly stay.

The room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Location and parking was convenient. It is on a busy road so you do hear traffic at night. Nothing ear plugs don't take care of. Never heard the neighbors. The staff at check in was not rude but not real welcoming either. My credit card was denied unexpectedly (as was the man trying to check in ahead of me). The lady at the desk told me to try a different card, which I don't have. Then she said I needed to call my CC Co. (told the man the same thing). We both complied and were advised no charges had been denied. I let desk staff know it must be their card reader but she kept telling me it was because I crossed state lines - that this happens all the time with CC's. I tried to explain I had been in TN for 4 days already using my card with no problem. She just kept telling people the issue was their card & credit card company. What they need is a new card reader. Check-in was very frustrating.

When coming into office, manager was having a heated discussion with a guest. Manager said they were understaffed as one maid quit/didn’t show up. Therefore many rooms were not ready (despite the fact that it was 4 pm). I had no issues checking in (used hotels.com) and (luckily) my room was ready (but we did not have towels). Room was clean We booked the room just a few days before and it is an old school motel. Room served its purpose (no more, no less). Reminds me of motels I stayed at back in the 70’s.

We got the three queen room, as there were three of us and we each wanted our own bed. Unfortunately, one of the queen beds was a queen pull-out couch, and that was not noted in the description. The mattress on that was one of those terrible spring things that you can't possibly sleep on. Therefore, two of us ended up having to share a bed and it was not ideal. Also, the bathroom fan had to be turned on with the light and it was incredibly noisy.

Room is super small, I was worried the room next door would be able to hear our TV so I didn’t turn it up very loud. The mattress was hard but if you like a hard mattress I guess that’s fine. The location is good and for the price I guess it works if there is only one of you (two at the most if you REALLY like them). As long as you know what you are paying for before going in it’s fine

Absolutely wonderful!!! It is a little older but interior is like new. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in before in all my 58 years. Grace at the front desk was AMAZING!!! One of the sweetest people you would ever meet and can remember names like crazy. This will be the only place I stay when I go to Sevierville. Rooms are cleaned daily and you have enough towels to take them to the pool and still have plenty to dry on. All I can say is that this place is incredible!!!

We arrived @ 8:40 PM. When we arrived the check in door was locked & no one anwered the phone. Waited 30-45 min for her to come back to check us in. We knocked on the door, called & walked around to find someone. Clerk said my reservation wasn't in the system. We confirmed @ 7PM. She acted like we were bothering her. All we wanted was to check in. The room had only coffee - no creamer or sugar. WILL NOT USE WYNDOM AGAIN!!!!!
We arrived @ 8:40 PM. When we arrived the check in door was locked & no one anwered the phone. Waited 30-45 min for her to come back to check us in. We knocked on the door, called & walked around to find someone. Clerk said my reservation wasn't in the system. We confirmed @ 7PM. She acted like we were bothering her. All we wanted was to check in. The room had only coffee - no creamer or sugar. WILL NOT USE WYNDOM AGAIN!!!!!

Do not stay here. The lady at the front mumbled under her breathe when we walked in because she had to help us. I had booked with the hotels.com credit card which I didnt have because I was just approved for it. When she asked for my credit card and license. I handed her my debit card then went to explain to her that i would still like to keep the card on file for the room. That she could run my debit card for the security deposit. The next sentence out of her mouth was since I am IGNORANT to how things work. After that i asked for my cards back & said i wasn't staying there. They said they would cancel my booking which still hasn't happened. I have been in customer service for over 25 years. That to me was beyond rude and i couldn't stay there. I ended up paying for 2 different hotels this trip because hotels.com couldn't get a hold of the hotel to approve my cancelation.

The room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Location and parking was convenient. It is on a busy road so you do hear traffic at night. Nothing ear plugs don't take care of. Never heard the neighbors. The staff at check in was not rude but not real welcoming either. My credit card was denied unexpectedly (as was the man trying to check in ahead of me). The lady at the desk told me to try a different card, which I don't have. Then she said I needed to call my CC Co. (told the man the same thing). We both complied and were advised no charges had been denied. I let desk staff know it must be their card reader but she kept telling me it was because I crossed state lines - that this happens all the time with CC's. WE had a great stay at Mountain Aire Inn, the front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend staying at this hotel, close to restaurants, great shopping, and close to Dollywood!

When coming into office, manager was having a heated discussion with a guest. Manager said they were understaffed as one maid quit/didn’t show up. Therefore many rooms were not ready (despite the fact that it was 4 pm). I had no issues checking in (used hotels.com) and (luckily) my room was ready (but we did not have towels). Room was clean We booked the room just a few days before and it is an old school motel. Room served its purpose (no more, no less). Reminds me of motels I stayed at back in the 70’s.

We stayed for two nights and this place was perfect for that. It was very clean- has a pool, ice machine, drink machines, and in walking distance to flap jacks. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was supplied with shampoo/conditioner and soap as well as a fridge and microwave. Things to consider: you can hear the loud cars from the road so bring a fan. This place is older but the up keep is phenomenal. The pool is not very big and it close to the main road where it’s super loud. Overall a very good stay

This property is a very good value for the price and I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs to stay on a budget. The hotel was clean, check-in was easy, and the environment was safe. The Mountain Aire Inn is in a convenient location with many dining options and tourist attractions nearby. I would stay again, but am giving it a 4 stars due to its lack of breakfast and because there are nicer hotel rooms out there, however I believe this is the best one you can get for the price and it is the best budget hotel that I have stayed in.

We just needed a one night stay and this place was perfect. With the money we saved, we walked to the restaurant next to it and we had a lovely breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is on a busy road so there is some road noise, but it wasn’t bad.

We really enjoyed staying here. It had two bedrooms with the bath in the middle. It was clean and beds comfortable. There isn't a breakfast but the Pancake house was next door. The room was clean even over the bed. Even though it was on the main road it was quiet. The staff were very nice as well. I think it was a great choice for my families stay even if it was just over night. I will be booking here again. It is close to shopping and dining.

Mountain aire merts all my needs when visiting sevierville/gatlinburg. The rooms are clean, bug free and quiet. No breakfast is included but the rooms have fridge and microwave so you prepare your own. Highly recommend this location.

I planned a quick getaway for my family on a budget. Mountain Aire came up as a good budget option. This hotel was very nice and clean, and the service was very friendly. The pool was closed when we visited. Flapjack's is RIGHT next door, so a cup of coffee and tourist-watching is fun. The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. The queen bed was so hard it was like sleeping on rocks and we stayed there for 5 days. Front desk person was very rude to us first thing until she found out it was our first time coming there.
