For the price, this place is way better than any other motels. Everything is extremely clean and it has a pool, gym and free breakfast! Parking is a little tight but manageable!

Great customer service! The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Had 4 pillows which we really like. The shower was great. The water was hot with great water pressure. There were decent sized 4 bath towels! We have a dog and they put us near the exit door which was perfect to take our pup out. They have doggie bags and trash can on the side area which was great! The breakfast was better than ok. There were eggs sausage and potatoes plus a waffle maker and the continental breakfast foods. Great price for us! We would stay at this hotel if we are in the area again.

The outside looks new but inside is different story. Folks were friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable but inside is old. Carpet in hallways is old. Elevator creaked and AC unit in room was very loud shutting off and on Bathroom was not good No bathtub and sliding door was rigged up and didn’t even close. Kitchen area was old and needed updating. Breakfast was minimal. Orange juice was watery. Sorry to be negative but was not a pleasant stay.

Needed an overnight to break up a 12 hour drive and selected to stay here. It was interesting... in all the wrong ways. Check in was completed with one employee while his peer chit chatted with a friend. The keys provided didnt work initially and my visit back to the desk, the chatting assocate was engaged to help. We get in the room and inital win was AC worked great and it appeared clean. As we got settled we found the sink did not drain, shower "pod" leaked water all over the floor and cubbie that also housed the toilet when showering. Wifi was not working and after calling their help desk to no resolve went back to front desk who let us know they are aware. Trying to make the best we used the small gym, with low ceilings that you cant do an overhead press if over 6 ft and swam in the pool that should have been labeled smokers lounge. Dont worry they have signs up telling you to dry off upon entry but dont provide pool towels. Beds were soft full size but we were more than ready to head out in the morning. It was interesting in all the wrong ways... not again.

convenient location being on the main strip. far enough away to not deal with chaos of traffic, but still close enough to tourist places, food options, stores, ect... Only downside is the smell of the hotel (sign says it just converted so may be a work in progress) and ice machine did not work. friendly staff.

Overall it was a fairly clean place and we were satisfied until bed time....when all the bugs came out. Three different kinds of bugs.....bathroom had little flying bugs, not sure what they were but l definitely knew what the next three were....small/young roaches. Then there was another kind crawling on the wall next to my bed. I took a picture and showed the desk clerk at check out. She just made light of them and didn't show any concern about it. I was very disappointed in her lack of caring about my complaint so l assume it is an every day occurrence there in the motel. l'm sure nothing will be done about it.

The room smelled like dirty feet/dog. We did not get clean towels nor was our trash taken out. I had to ask for towels the next afternoon. also the sink was stopped up and I told the front desk, but nothing was done about it. I thought Clarion Hotels were top notch. Not this one. You can do better. I was disappointed!!!! Will not stay here again

Terrible odor in the room, checked in late and very tired so we just dealt with the odor in the room(likely from dirty and wet AC unit) room wasnt clean enough, rooms and hallways are not as good of shape as the lobby. Mattress are small and thin and very uncomfortable, would not stay here again.

in some rooms like mine and my friends with whom I traveled and who used the same hotel there was a lot of moisture and mold. The bedding and everything on the beds was very damp it was hard to sleep. My family and I complain about the unpleasant smell. The windows are blocked so that it was impossible to open.

VERY clean hotel(the room, hallways, lobby,etc.), great shower pressure, EXCELLENT breakfast bar included in stay! Breakfast bar had eggs, gravy, biscuits, toast, potatoes, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, water, etc. and was delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will for sure be staying here in the future!

Not really a Clarion. Sign still says Sleep Inn. Reeks of weed. Door to room didn't close correctly. Outside doors were broken and unsecured. Property was covered in Brown Beatles, some in the room. Very uncomfortable double bed just don't stay here.

It was an okay stay. The room was damp. It had a musty smell to it. The floor under the sink was sopping wet. The sink had a big crack in it. So we were able to change rooms. In the next room everything was okay. The new room was damp. Had to turn on the heat to take away the dampness. Go new keys cards for the new room and one key card never worked. Had to get a new key 3 times. The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful

This is a small economy type hotel that apparently has recently changed ownership. It seemed clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. The television situation is not good, though, if you're wanting to watch anything, which we were. There's an 8-step instruction paper attached to the key cards when you check in that's supposed to tell you how to turn on the tv. We had to have a desk clerk come to our room every time we wanted to watch television. Each time, the clerk had to spend 10 to 15 minutes in our room, clicking on numerous options and, eventually, resetting the television.

It was just a one-night stay, and they do allow dogs, which is a big plus. However, the shower was slippery and the water pressure was weak. The staff was great, and the internet was decent enough for streaming TV. The biggest issue was the bed — the mattress kept sliding off the metal frame, and if you’re not careful getting out, you can easily bang your shin.

This hotel was pretty decent overall. The front desk staff were responsive and helpful. This is a remodeled Sleep Inn and it does show in places, but the overall decor is fairly current and the room and facilities are clean. The rooms are pretty quiet which is nice. The parking lot is in good condition and is well-lit. It was a good value for what I paid per night. There were a few downsides though: First was the internet speed. I'm not sure if they throttle or not but from check-in Thursday until Friday afternoon I was only getting about 1.9mbps and couldn't even watch YouTube videos. I mentioned it to the front desk and when I got back in Friday night the speeds were better at about 9mbps. Second, there were some issues with the TV reception, but that also cleared up on Friday. Third, the breakfast was OK, not great. The eggs and prepared foods were not great, but there were make-it-yourself waffles, cereals, yogurt, fruit and premade pastries. Finally, the room architecture was a bit odd, the shower was an unusual rounded "pod", and the bed was on the hard side. That sounds like a lot of negatives, but really this place in not bad at all. It's not a Hilton or Marriot, but it's not priced like one either. So with the right expectations you will have a good stay here.

We were staying 2 nights the first morning while I was getting ready so I sent Hubby to get 2 additional towels , the housekeeper would not give us 2 me we had to give him our towels to exchange, I wanted extra because they are smaller and not as absorbent as I usually use

I will definitely stay at this hotel again & would highly recommend it! The staff were amazing! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! I received a call from the front desk about 15 minutes after I checked in to make sure that my room was ok & asked if there was anything that I needed. Wow! My room was very clean, updated, and the mattress was firm and comfortable just the way I like it. The stand up shower was very large and it had an updated shower head with different spray options. The only negative was that I couldn’t get the hairdryer to work.

We only stayed one night thank goodness. I asked the staff upon check in for a room on the lower floor due to elderly with ambulatory difficulty. Checked in later in the day and it went very smoothly. The room was exactly as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was getting the TV set up and didn’t have as many channels as it said on the guide. The WI-FI took a few tries but was adequate. Loved the shower, was set up for anyone who needed a shower that one did not have to step into really high over the edge. Would totally recommend this hotel. It was at a perfect location right between Pigeon Forge and downtown Sevierville.

This is a very upgraded modern hotel on the whole thing with tax only cost me $82. It’s right in the middle of pigeon Forge so it’s very close to everything and that place was swarming with tourism and I thought I was gonna have to pay $250 a night and I didn’t. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice service overall. The bathroom is really tiny. There was a tour bus at the hotel so breakfast was way too crowded. There is a nice Flapjack restaurant across the parking lot so it worked out.

The outside looks new but inside is different story. Folks were friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable but inside is old. Carpet in hallways is old. Elevator creaked and AC unit in room was very loud shutting off and on Bathroom was not good No bathtub and sliding door was rigged up and didn’t even close. Kitchen area was old and needed updating. Breakfast was minimal. Orange juice was watery. Sorry to be negative but was not a pleasant stay.

I felt very unsafe here there was a crack in our door that was big enough for someone to break into a room and when I notified the front desk, there was nothing they could do about it. The noise from outside traffic was so loud it almost seemed like the window was open but it wasn’t. The breakfast was pretty bad I would not count on eating here. The Wi-Fi is terrible and the TVs don’t work.

VERY clean hotel(the room, hallways, lobby,etc.), great shower pressure, EXCELLENT breakfast bar included in stay! Breakfast bar had eggs, gravy, biscuits, toast, potatoes, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, water, etc. and was delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will for sure be staying here in the future!

We were only there one night and was traveling with our pet. The room was nice, comfortable and met our needs nicely. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The pet walk was well lit and felt very safe. The breakfast was really good.
