The beds are horrible for the price you pay for the stay. Some of the lights didn't work and we left a note but nothing was done.

While we enjoyed the stay, for the most part, the hotel is quite pricey. The pool was great and a nice place to hang around. The room was nice, though the noise from next door was too easily heard and disturbing at night. The sound insulation definitely needs to improve. Check in was okay, but our room wasn’t ready in time, which was inconvenient. Our coffee maker in the room didn’t work and we needed to have it replaced. There was an extra “resort fee” charged for an already pricey room and overnight valet parking was also pricey. While the property was good overall, the cost and being nickel and dimed left a bad taste and impression.

Pool is terrible. No chiller and the water is hot. Also the pool is cloudy and and SLIMMY. Soo much sun tan lotion. IDK how you can do it but get the walk up bar people to use the restroom instead of peeing in the pool. Food and staff are absolutely amazing!

Our stay was good, staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean, but not an ideal location by the elevators . Not quiet at night time . Pool was nice, very crowded at one point.
