The hotel is good it just needs a lot of touch up and I'm great some of the TVs like I said no hot water breakfast is always good staff members are excellent and the cleaning staff are very friendly.

Everyone was okay had to change room could have no hot water TV remote does not work move to the second room and TV with blue talk to management center maintenance man he did the best he could the TV just sold needs to be replaced.

I have a nice room until I got up to go to the restroom and found cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed 4 through the night in the bathroom. I killed on small on that got on the bend. I could not sleep and had no way to leave without transportation. I called front desk and complained and requested my money back. The front desk they would report this to the manager to see what could be done about my stay since I could not sleep. It was just gross.

I was trying to check in on May 10 2026 at 2:00 AM. Leaving the same day. When I hit the book now button it changed my check out to May 11th. This is not what I needed as I was traveling home to Colorado on May 10th. I was coming in from Louisiana to drop off my kids so they could fly to their mom‘s house for Mother’s Day. I need a spot that I could rest for a couple of hours (2am-4am) When I realize what happened I contacted hotel.com and was told I could not switch the dates and would not refund me. Due to this error My 3 kids and my self had to sleep in the car for a couple of hours before I dropped them off.
