Room clean; Staff friendly; All parking by front door is for handicap, so you have to park elsewhere and walk back to the front door to check in/out. Kitchenette nice but unnecessary. The one-time pet charge covering up to 2 dogs for up to 5 nights is a real added bonus. Staff explained that door locks are in process of being changed, but mine was not. Still I had to return to desk 3 different times to have my card reloaded so I could unlock the door. Then the card to the back entrance worked fine first time, but a couple of hours later, it failed & had to walk around the hotel to have the card reprogrammed as well. I never saw them change one lock. Maybe when they get the locks changed, then the cards will work properly, but it was a major inconvenience during this stay. They also have a "pantry" set up with all kinds of snacks, candy, and cold drinks, right off the lobby. There is no information on the pantry. Is everything for free? I doubt it. No signs and nobody anywhere around to tell you what to do. Very confusing, so I just went hungry. And the TV: Each time you turn it off, when you turn it back on, it takes a good 5 minutes to "reload" the channels available. There is a guide is a joke -doesn't work. The price was great, the staff friendly, and the room clean, but these other problems made me drop the rating to a "3". There is no breakfast served, but coffee packs and maker are in each room.
