The quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And I’m an extremely light sleeper. The only issue is parking. You can only park in the garage next door and it’s $51 a night. If you go through the hotel it’s only $41.

The main negative impression was the check-in front desk who appeared not enthusiastic at all and not willing to talk much. After checked in, he didn’t give back my driver’s license or call me coming to pick up the driver’s license. The staff on second day was really good actually. She had my driver’s license and recognized my face at time we checked out, gave it back to me. She was cheerful and enthusiastic. I was fortunate to ring the bell to inform the front desk, and didn’t do the key drop off when checking out.

Outdated. Parking for guests was closed upon arrival. We could park in front but qr code did not work with international phonenumber, there was no support from frontdesk. Location is good.

The only part that was nice was the first glance view of the Hotel. The bed looked like it was made by a 5 year old child. The window was super dirty. The whole feel of the room just felt dirty. The Ice machine was not working. The parking was $40 in the next parking garage. I got charged $38 more dollars for checking in 1 hour early.

The O'Brien Riverwalk Hotel is an absolute gem, and it is easily our favorite place to stay whenever we want to experience the true heart of downtown San Antonio! The location is incredibly convenient, sitting just steps away from the legendary River Walk, which means you completely bypass any parking or driving stress. We absolutely love the beautiful wrought iron balconies, which add such a charming, historic feel to the stay and are perfect for stepping outside to enjoy the local atmosphere. You are also entirely surrounded by fantastic restaurants and local dining spots, making it incredibly easy to grab a bite to eat at any time of day. Plus, being so close to the local art scene and destinations like La Villita Historic Arts Village adds a great layer of culture right to your doorstep. It is a warm, cozy, and perfectly positioned boutique hotel that we completely fell in love with! The hotel staff are so friendly ..we love this boutique hotel
