The staff was mice. The room was good size but it had roaches. The pool was so darn murky! I had to attend my grandsons bootcamp graduation so i dealt with it. I notified the front desk and they said they were aware of the bugs.. exterminator did not come. Pools condition- pool guy did not come. I reserved for 5 nights… i stood for 4 - as soon as my grandchild graduated.. please do better…

For a Days Inn I didnt expect much but was very pleasantly surprised by how great the room was! It was a great 3 days there, I had my 3 daughters with me and they were all happy with it also. Simple breakfast, but enough for my girls to be happy. Small, clean pool. Daily housekeeping which you dont see too often Post-Covid in hotels since they got lazy! I wish all hotels were run by women like this one is! We will be back!

Pros: The staff were super friendly and I loved the text opt to ask them questions because they were super fast at responding. Room was over all newer looking and clean. Cons: Parking area was sketchy looking and since I had to enter the rooms from outside, it added to the feeling of being unsafe. Had a lot of construction and oil field workers staying there and loitering around the area late at night. if you are looking to fill up on breakfast, dont count on it unless you are on a liquid diet. I wanted to rate the hotel higher, but the outside/surrounding area made for lower rating. If your looking for a quick place to sleep and move on the next day, this is the perfect place then. Priced about right.

Over all the location was good for what I needed, however the room cleanliness was lacking. There were dead bugs in our 2 rooms we booked. One room was clean other then the dead bug and the floors and the other room the toilet was disgusting. Something covered the front of the toilet and a little on the seat as well. The shower had brown stuff all on the bottom as well as the shower head was dirty. The sink had hairs and dirt in it. The bed as well had a rip or cut and the pillows except for 2 were dirty. Also found one live bug on one of the beds.

Front desk was very nice. Super noisy due to how close it was to the freeway, only thing they offer for breakfast is toast and cereal, door was broken, parents room had cigarette stains on bathtub and reeked of cigarette smoke although it was supposed to be non smoking room, when I shook off the sheets there was dirt flying off. I guess I got what I paid for… the reviews and photos were very misleading.

For a last min stay it was pretty convenient. Warning to look out for is the rates are different being bookes throufh hotel.com vs the actual property. I recommend booking through hotel for a cheaper rate. The room was prerty spacious, bright colors, big bathtoom overalls pretty nice. Bed was comfty. I would stay there again if it was a last min option.

The hotel was okay. The room was not cleaned when we arrived. Our room was right next to the freeway so very loud. There was a hole in the wall behind bathroom door. Broken blow dryer and the breakfast is only cereal, toast, small muffins.

It was conveniently located near expressway, which also meant it was noisy, if you had a front room. The room and bathroom, especially, were unusually large, which was nice. I stayed twice, in two different rooms, and had problems with the key card both times.

It was a great location. Staff were helpful. Towels were small and only two in the room. Pool was great. Breakfast was kind of lacking. There were some visible defects and a couple roaches in the room. Beds were comfy though and ac was on point.

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights during New Year, it was conveniently near to our family and friends. We needed the room accesible for wheelchairs, the room and bathroom are big enough and comfortable. I would add an accesory for the shower for seatting while taking the shower, we had our own foldable plastic chair so we managed. What I didn't like was: 1) the room had no telephone line to the reception, one night there was excesive noise at 3am and we couldn't ask the night manager to handle it and had to endure the loud voices until 4am. 2) I noticed the sheets were not changed during the entire 8 night stay. 3) The room inside was recently renovated and looked modern and clean, however, the exterior does look old.

I booked this hotel for a cheap place to sleep. After I researched it I was nervous from some of the reviews. But over all it was a decent place to sleep. It may need some updating but the our hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. We weren’t in our room that much. It was good for the price for what you got.

I had a encounter with a gentleman from cleaning services, he came banging on the door at 1015, mind you check out is not until 11. Once I opened the door, he had walked away, but once I address him, I told him that was very rude, he mentioned this is his job and he had been doing this for 15 years. He did proceed to tell me what you going to do about it. I suggest that Expedia takes this hotel off of your website. Very unprofessional service being rendered at this hotel. The bathtub, is not secure it feels like you are about to fall through it at anytime no support even my 10 and 13 year old niece and nephew was scared to stand in there to take a shower. Very subpar establishment. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Don't care how low the price is.

Unfortunately for the price point this place was below standard. This is more of a $45 per night place. The housekeeping person opened our door even with the do not disburb sign poste on exterior side of door. Luckily we had the safety latch on. Hotels.com please do a better job at vetting your participatimg hotels.

Staff were friendly and checking in was fast. Cleanliness was lacking in many ways. Sink had residues that made me want to puke, carpet smelled musty, sheets and pillows had stains, the sheets actually made my partner and I very itchy the first night until they got changed the next morning were able to sleep comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, just white bread with jelly/butter and a few options of cereal.

I reserved a king room, but when we arrived they told me there were no king rooms, They had given us 2 double beds. The girl at the front desk then upgraded us to a business class with a king at no additional charge. I have been in many business class rooms, and if I had paid for this upgraded business room, I would have been very disappointed. Also, the site advertised free breakfast, but when we got to the hotel, there was no breakfast, only coffee and juice.
