For the price there should not be that many complaints. But here they are. Connecting rooms had dead roaches in the door jam. The couch was stained. Everything was outdated. There was riff-raff in the parking lot. Me with my wife and kids ok, but without me I wouldn't have felt safe for them. You can see the outside coming in from worn out weather strip or warped door. The bed was about a 8 on firmness. The pillows were run down and flat. The best thing about this place besides the price was the a/c blew really cold.

The pull out bed from couch was in horrific condition should not be mentioned on ad. Not even using our own blankets could we sleep on it. There was burned cigarette buds on top of the mattress that was already extremely dirty and stained. Wish I would've taken a picture because it was truly unbelievable. We don't usually stay at this type of location but during spring break we didn't have much choices. The pool was really dirty as well as the play house next to it. Not staying here again EVER!

There were a few stains on the couch and floor, but they were cleaned, I mean what are you gonna do yk? The bathroom shower had a few chips but nothing unsanitary or too big. We enjoyed it and it was a good place to just come to sleep. Also pool is very enjoyable :)

Small cockroach behind the mirror , The coffee machine had like built up calcium from the hard water . Toilet flusher was very loose . The truck next to my vehicle got broken into glass all over the pavement. The window driver side was busted out. No one heard a thing . Shady sketchy area.

Hotel overall very good, had to tighten bathroom door so it would close and had to prop the mini fridge with a makeshift leg so it would open better. Had to go to main lobby for ice since ice machine on side of building was not working. The hotel room overall was very good enjoyed having two rooms and privacy.

The owners were very nice. Unfortunately the property was much more of a motel than Inn. The beds were very hard and the bedding thin. The walls in the bathroom needed to be cleaned as there was splatter on them, the same with the back of the door and wall behind entry door. The sheets were stained. We bought pillows, towels and blankets from Walmart.

I choose this hotel because I used my points and the pictures shown on the site were nice however when I checked in it looked nothing like the picture It looked very run down I was told I wouldn’t get my points back so I stayed I went to my room the couch was torn up the floors and walls had stains the toilet wasn’t cleaned pee in the back of it holes in the walls I think they had bed bugs because when I woke up I had small bites in my legs I called to let them know but because my room was lottery free there was nothing they could offer me I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay at this location

Just a terrible place to stay with family. Very dirty unsafe and dingy rooms. Our door would not open we had to jam it open and it was unsafe. This is not ok to have doors that don't open and close properly. The front desk person was very friendly and offered to give me back the deposit I paid for on top of the hotel charge. Never again

The room had a mold odor, the main door had to be slammed in order for it to stay shut. The bathroom door was the same way oh and the bathroom light wouldn't come on right away either. I won't be back

The door was either too small for the door jamb or it just didnt close right. About a quarter of an inch brtween the bottom of the door and the floor. Iron, but no ironing board. Beds are really firm. Shower water pressure was great. Room was dim. Air conditioning worked like a champ. Front desk person was great. Location was good.

I was booked a handicap room with a walk-in/roll-in shower. I had wanted a tub to soak in but they told me they were completely booked and couldn’t accommodate me. The room smelled musty since the AC had been turned off. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, as hardly any water came out. The sink faucet also sprayed a lot of everywhere. When the AC would kick on, there was a loud bang almost every time, a couple of minutes afterwards. Not the best place to stay for $250 for 2 nights, but because the Final Four was in town this weekend, it was all that was available in that area that was a decent price.

The motel was older, the bed very firm if you like that. The water had good pressure and hot. The pool small. No breakfast but the price was cheap so didn’t really expect it. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience at all. Room cleaned nicely every day.

Low budget motel, didnt expect too much. Usual 1990s style decor, tired nweds remodelling. The major dissapointment not allowed for, was a shower that couldn't even get you wet. What a dismal dribble that couldnt even wet my bald head. The room coffee was nothing like coffee, and none available at breakfast time either. I'm British and used to poor hotels, but I would give this a miss next time and pay just a little more for a huge improvement.

Had a nice stay. Our room was spacious and quiet. Check in was quick and efficient. The bed was firm but comfortable. We brought our own pillows because they were thin but had 3 so that was nice. Enjoyed our stay. A great price.

My family and i just needed a place to stay for the nigh we found this place for a cheap price and it let us check in late (2:30 am)when we arrived the staff was nice our room was clean the beds where comfortable but it only as two thin pillows 😒other than that it was good not to much noise.

The rooms are really ckean ,spacious and the staff is awesome. I have Multiple Sclerosis and when I was checking out the front desk csrwas really cool about helping me with my things. Whenever im in San Antonio University Inn and Suites is where to be be. Very pleasurable experience.

I had in total three interactions with the night manager while booking, confirming the booking some months later and on-site during my stay. He was slow/reluctant to answer questions or commit himself on any subject. This individual needs to learn how to deal with the public given the job he's in. The balance of the staff were very good.

It was old and ran down,… but it was cheap and that is what i needed. There was literally a police stand off with guns drawn in the parking lot next door while we were there. We were not in a very safe area.
