Pleasantly surprised with the evening happy hour...complimentary beer, wine and snacks. Very nice after a long day on the road. Convenient to airport and they have a shuttle. And free parking if you're driving.

It was a good stay, the only thing I wasn't too happy about was that there was no washer/dryer or gym. I don't believe that the renovation part was told to us when it was booked. Other than that, we had a good stay.

We had a pleasant experience at this property. Staff were very friendly and room/and amenities were clean. My only complaint is one of the two elevators was out of service which caused an inconvenience as the two elevators were the most convenient elevators on the property, and were used by everyone.

Love the airport shuttle, it also takes you a mile radius around to the target,Walmart and restaurants. Nice simple breakfast. Great room. Customer service Overall would definitely book again!

Came with large breakfast options, has an outdoor pool, all of the staff were great. It’s being redone so some floors are empty. I just didn’t like that where the laundry area was, you’re all alone down there and I didn’t feel safe in that dynamic.

What a great find! We needed a place close to the airport and this was about 5 minutes away! Super clean! Great, hot breakfast! Wonderful, friendly staff! Shuttle showed up quickly and got us to the airport right away.

Nice room, very nice pool area. Could have been cleaner, particularly the floors. Breakfast was good. Had a parking garage. Apparently there is a problem with cars being stolen in the area. Very close tovthe airport.

The sink was clogged and had previously tenants spit stuck in the pipe of the drain that would come up when you tried to use it. It was disgusting. the toilet took at least 10 minutes to fill up after a flush.

Breakfast was decent and well stocked. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to the nearby mall, airport, etc. There’s a Walmart and an Applebee’s nearby.

I checked in at 10 PM and was given a room that was filthy. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned at all unless this is considered the hotel’s regular standard. On top of that, the circulating fan was extremely loud, making it impossible for me to sleep. Around midnight, I went to the front desk to request a room change, but I was told that no additional rooms were available. The next morning, I encountered something even more disgusting—something came out of the bathtub that made the room utterly uninhabitable. I went to the front desk again to request a different room and was given the same response: "No rooms are available." However, when I showed the picture of the issue to the front desk staff, I was suddenly given a new room immediately. I’m not sure how that happened, but it raises serious concerns about the management\'s honesty. I spent the first night in that unclean room, unable to sleep, and only received a clean room on the second day. This experience was completely unacceptable.

The moment I walked into the room, it was extremely stinky with a bad horrible sour smell, carpet looked super dirty, room felt disgusting filthy with a very nasty strong smell to it. Stayed at this hotel before and never disappointed. I've noted that since the I-410 roadway was raised in order to add new road lanes, there is more vehicle noise than before on side that faces the roadway...all other services were great.

This hotel was quite clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, and well appointed with a comfortable bed with nice linens, and good air conditioning. It was generally quiet, with occasional noises penetrating the walls that were not really a problem. The breakfast buffet was quite adequate, with a good variety of tasty, quality food and beverages, and plenty of them! Parking was readily available and easy to access; the lot was gated for increased security. The streets around the area are a bit challenging to navigate at first, but I was able to manage travel in the area satisfactorily by day #2 (rental car).

Overall, our stay was great. The original room we were given had a musty almost urine like odor. Called downstairs and they gave me a new room right away. Come to find out it had to do with the A/C and humidity so can't fault them for that. Beds were super comfy and CLEAN. The free breakfast in the morning was great. Decent selection but go early. Depending on when you stay it can get very crowded. The only issue we had was parking. We really liked the security aspect of having a guest only, code required parking but it is shared with the Drury inn next door. A couple of times we arrived back to the hotel with nowhere to park. We had to park off the property across the street. To some it might be nothing but it is a chore when you forget something and have to make that trek. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

The doors opening and closing from other rooms was so loud. At first I thought it was other guests opening, slamming doors shut, locks clicking, over and over in the morning. It was hard to get rest. Then realized it was housekeeping. It was loud and so repetitive. Most hotels keep the door open they are cleaning. Here they open and close each time they go back into the hall. Needless to say it was 2 rough mornings. The locks make so much noise and the paper thin walls made it worse.

The facilities are very good, the room is very nice, my only problem was, the mattress is too hard for my taste, I woke up with back pain every day, the bathroom cleaning was not the best, the floor looked dirty, and Since it is next to the freeway it is very noisy, do not expect a quiet night.

This hotel and my stay overall, was absolutely excellent! It was a breeze to check in and out. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! They did mention ahead of time that construction would be taking place at the hotel, but as I was on business most of the days, I did not hear anything. My room was clean and in perfect condition and I cannot mention enough how extremely nice everyone was. I am not from the state, so it is always a little worrisome when you don't know the area, but I am glad I picked this hotel. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here.

This hotel is so nice. The rooms are large, well-appointed and clean. Conveniently located close to the airport with very handy shuttle service. The staff couldn’t be better. The young woman I dealt with went out of her way to help me solve my transportation issues. Very much appreciated her kindness.

I really like the options to park outside or under cover of the parking structure. Also, there is a 24h security on the premise who drives around the parking lot. The staff are friendly. Good options for breakfast. We really liked the fact that it is 5 minutes from the airport since our flight was at 5:30 AM.

This Holiday Inn left me with a mostly positive impression. It’s located right next to a questionable neighborhood, where the hotel provide gated parking. However, the location is very conveniently located- near airport, shopping, and restaurants. Most of all, the staff is very nice and friendly, and breakfast is well stocked. Thumbs up.

Apart from the rooms being clean, upkept, and in a superb state, we were able to save some money by eating the breakfast that was included in our stay! The breakfast was filling, and the staff there are very amicable which makes the vibe very welcoming. The garage access straight to each floor is convenient as you can just park and go directly to your room. This is definitely my go-to hotel when I’m in the San Antonio area!

The girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. My only complaint was that the breakfast was disorganized. I had a child with me and this hotel made breakfast difficult as the flow of getting plate, food, drinks etc made no sense. Everything was scattered and it was hard to ask questions or find anyone that worked there easily. The employees were nice though.
